Chapter 36 She Knows Everything

It turned out to be Mr. Zhang from the next village. His old rheumatoid arthritis had recurred and the pain was unbearable. In the end, he lost sensation in his legs. Because no one was looking after him, he didn't have time to go to the toilet in time and urinated all over the floor. His son, who was herding shepherds, only found out about it after he came home with the sheep. He was so scared that he immediately came to Wang Xiaomin for help.

People in the countryside seem to have good voices. Tao Wenwen could hear Zhang Wenkang's words clearly even though she was upstairs. When she heard that there was a patient, she immediately became interested.

She ran downstairs, but Wang Xiaomin was no longer in the room.

Shi Qingyuan was busy in the kitchen, wearing an apron. While cooking, she took the time to talk to Tao Wenwen. "I heard that Mr. Zhang is sick again. Your mother should go and see if he's hungry. He should be fine in a while."

Tao Wenwen curled her lips in boredom. Although this peaceful life was good, it had been a while since she woke up, and so far, she had only met Gao Yue.

She felt like her hands were rusty.

"Not hungry." Tao Wenwen wondered, and went back upstairs dejectedly. Ah, this salted fish life was really getting boring...

Just when I was halfway there, I suddenly heard a bang in the yard. The door made of iron bars hit the wall heavily, making a sharp sound.

Tao Wenwen couldn't stand it anymore and covered her ears.

"What's going on today? You're not going to give people peace..." Shi Qingyuan rushed out of the kitchen to the yard cursing when he saw who was coming. When he saw who was coming, Shi Qingyuan stopped cursing.

He remembered the young man in front of him, who had stood up today to testify for Tao Wenwen. What was his name?

Shi Qingyuan thought for a moment and called out, "Xu Xiangdong, right? Why are you here so late? Is there something wrong?"

Xu Xiangdong ran all the way here and was still gasping for breath.

He was so anxious that he lost control of his strength when pushing the door and almost dented the wall.

"Wang..." He took a deep breath and then spoke smoothly, "I'm looking for Aunt Wang. My second sister at home has a fever for some reason. Her head is burning hot and she won't wake up even if I call her!"

Oh, today is such an eventful day, with everything happening at once. Shi Qingyuan thought to himself and said, "He's not here. I just went to Shangnan Village. They said Mr. Zhang's old illness has come back and he can't move his legs. Why don't you go inside and wait?"

"It's burning! How can we wait?" Xu Xiangdong was so anxious that he was like an ant on a hot pan, running around in circles, even scratching his hair. "What should I do?"

Tao Wenwen had come downstairs and reached the door at some point. She was worried that her hands were getting rusty from sitting idle, so she immediately said, "I'll go with you."

"Right, right, Wenwen is here." Shi Qingyuan thought of what Wang Xiaomin said about how Tao Wenwen had taken care of Gao Yue's injuries. A fever was nothing. He said proudly, "She knows everything."

Of course Xu Xiangdong didn't believe such words. He was also clear about what kind of person Tao Wenwen was.

"This, this won't work?" Xu Xiangdong looked at Tao Wenwen, hesitant. He thought, "Second sister is only nine years old. She's not in good health to begin with. How can I let Tao Wenwen come to see her?" Even if she follows Tao Mingzhi and Wang Xiaomin, it doesn't mean she will be able to do it.

"Why not? She even saved dying people!" Shi Qingyuan would not allow him to deny Tao Wenwen like this, and immediately became serious.
