Harigana nodded, then shook his head: "I don't feel unwell, I'm just so tired, I want to sleep a little longer."
Kangxi couldn't help but chuckle softly; such words could only be heard when she was drowsy.
It seems he has really good stamina, otherwise how could his darling be so confused?
"My dear, it's still early. Sleep a little longer. Once you're well, I'll take you out of the palace, okay?"
Kangxi still needed to deal with memorials, and by then the weather would be warmer, making it the perfect time to take Harigana out in the mild weather.

She turned sideways and hugged his waist, finding a comfortable position in his arms, and soon let out a soft moan.
Kangxi held the person and sat for a while, making sure they wouldn't wake up, before putting them on the bed.
He sat on the edge of the bed, tidying her messy hair. Because her cheek was leaning against him, there was a red mark on it.
Her lips were slightly parted, and her nimble little tongue was still faintly visible, making Kangxi's Adam's apple bob.
"Jiaojiao!"
He bent down and kissed the corner of her lips, making sure she wouldn't fall, before heading to the Imperial Study.
