Chapter 6 My sister will complain

Bai Shuqin never thought that the person who had just been kicked out of the house would be seen again in the Jiang family's garden in less than an hour.

Bai Shuqin's face was clearly filled with astonishment. For just a second, her eyes suddenly fell on the middle-aged woman next to her who was obviously dressed as a nanny, and she instantly understood.

This woman is probably Guan Xuxu’s biological mother.

A sister-in-law.

Yes, for someone who comes from the mountains, it is considered quite respectable to be able to find a decent job and be a housewife in such a place.

Guan Ruirui obviously guessed the same.

He felt disdain and amusement in his heart, but his face showed sympathy and worry.

"Sister, so your family works here. But this is the Jiang family, you must not move anything around, or you will cause trouble for them."

The butler who was leading the way had a slightly chapped expression when he heard this. Just as he was about to explain something, he heard Guan Xuxu speak indifferently.

"Don't bother."

After a pause, he saw the pair of bright almond eyes turning from behind Guan Ruirui, seeing the light grey shadow almost right behind her, Guan Xuxu raised his eyebrows slightly and said,

"If I were you, I would stay at home right now instead of wandering around randomly."

There is a protective magic weapon she made before at home, and ordinary evil people dare not approach it casually, but it is hard to say if they leave there.

Bai Shuqin saw that after she left her family and only recognized a nanny as her biological mother, her attitude was still so irritating that her face almost twisted with anger. However, she was concerned about the housekeeper of the Jiang family who was beside her, so she endured it and turned to persuade Guan Ruirui.

"Rui Rui, you have a good temper, but you have to choose the right person. She is an ungrateful person who can't tell good from bad. Why would you advise her to do anything?"

Then he turned to the housekeeper and explained helplessly,

"Excuse me, this is a child we adopted. We didn't expect that after all the hard work of raising her, she would turn against us after she had her biological parents. This child was not a good kid before, always acting clumsy. We tolerated her in our family, but now she's in someone else's home, who knows what kind of trouble she'll cause."

Bai Shuqin looked extremely worried, but her words implied that something bad might happen if the Jiang family kept someone like this at home.

The housekeeper was secretly shocked when he heard this.

Mrs. Guan, doesn't she know that the person in front of her is the eldest daughter that our Jiang family has finally found?

He could slander the eldest lady in front of a housekeeper like this. I wonder what kind of life the young lady had in the Guan family before.

The butler, who had originally treated the other party as a guest of honor because the Guan family had raised a young lady, suddenly became a little cold in his attitude.

Bai Shuqin thought that the housekeeper had listened to her words and was dissatisfied with Guan Xuxu, so he turned cold, and sneered in her heart.

She wanted to see this ungrateful person being kicked out, and see if she dared to show the same attitude when she saw her again in the future.

As for asking her to give up her representative seat, Bai Shuqin thought that since she had connections with the Jiang family, there was no need to waste time talking to her. It was just a seat, and if Ruirui wanted it, she could just grab it.

Sister-in-law Shuqin and Guan Ruirui came over and just stood aside without saying a word. After all, the Jiang family had many rules, and servants generally would not talk to the guests of the host family casually.

But why did she feel something was not right the more she listened to what the guest said?

The words the other party just said seemed to be referring to the eldest daughter who had just been found by the Jiang family.

Ah this...

Seeing this attitude, the housekeeper couldn't help but speak, "Mrs. Guan, Miss Guan, you..."

Just as the words came out, another voice came.

"What's wrong?"

It was Jiang Huai who came over after making a phone call. When he saw these people standing next to Guan Xuxu, he subconsciously quickened his steps and walked up to them in a few steps.

The moment she saw Jiang Huai, Guan Ruirui's eyes almost lit up.

Bai Shuqin also looked at the young man in front of her, her eyes swept over the famous watch on his hand and the cufflinks worth tens of millions, secretly guessing which young master of the Jiang family he was.

When the housekeeper saw Jiang Huai, his face became a little serious. He was about to reply, but found that his young master was asking about the eldest lady, so he pursed his lips and did not answer.

Guan Xuxu didn't know whether it was because of Jiang Huai's previous protection of her or for other reasons, but when she heard him ask this, she made a complaint.

"Oh, they were just making things difficult for me."

A single sentence, sharp and concise, caused the air to suddenly fall into an eerie silence.

Bai Shuqin reacted and screamed, "What nonsense are you talking about, you damn girl?!"

As he said this, he raised his hand and was about to hit Guan Xuxu.

Jiang Huai was originally somewhat surprised to see his sister "telling tales" to him, but the moment he saw Bai Shuqin's actions, the smile on his lips suddenly turned cold.

However, before he could make any move, he saw that his poor little sister had quickly raised her hand and accurately and decisively grasped Bai Shuqin's raised wrist.

Her sudden action stunned not only him, but Bai Shuqin as well. It was as if she didn't expect she would dare to resist, and she subconsciously tried to pull her hand back.

However, although Guan Xuxu seemed to be holding her hand gently, the strength in his hand was unambiguous, and Bai Shuqin was unable to shake it off for a while.

Guan Xuxu held her hand and glared at Bai Shuqin coldly.

"Don't forget, I am no longer the daughter of your Guan family, and I will not allow you to beat or scold me anymore."

As she spoke, she simply let go. Bai Shuqin's struggling movements suddenly stumbled and fell backwards because of her sudden loosening.

"mom!"

Guan Ruirui screamed and reached out to support Bai Shuqin, who was about to stumble and fall. When she turned her head to look at Guan Xuxu, her face was full of disbelief.
