Unsurprisingly, I got another rejection.
Having gained nothing, Zhang Chunhe settled the bill and returned to the bureau.
"What? Nothing found?" The captain frowned.

"Have you made any other discoveries?" the captain asked.
"I don't know if this counts as a discovery," Zhang Chunhe said uncertainly. "There are a lot of rules for eating at this restaurant. Not only do you have to fill out a form, but you also have to wear a ring."

Zhang Chunhe briefly explained the contents of the table.
"They probably want to investigate the customers' taste preferences. That doesn't seem to be a problem."

"Go try it again tomorrow and see if it makes a difference when you eat with the ring."
