"One against two."
"Excuse me, go away."
"Monkey, what about you? Do you want to make a sound?"
“No, no.”
"Hahaha, then I win."
An Jingzhi quietly walked to the side of the wooden house and looked at the group of kidnappers inside the house through the gap.
Four people were playing cards, and the room was a mess, with fast food garbage everywhere.
There was an even smaller storage room next to the cabin. An Jingzhi looked around and it seemed that this was where Wen Shuqi was imprisoned.
He crouched down and quietly moved to another utility room, where there was a small window that was only wide enough for one person to pass through, but the window was now tightly sealed.
Wen Shuqi narrowed his eyes, his face was pale, and his hair was scattered on his delicate collarbone.
Her hands were tied to a pillar behind her back, making her completely unable to move.
She wanted to drive home at around three or four in the afternoon, but she was knocked unconscious by a group of people before she even got down the mountain.
When she woke up again, she found herself in an unfamiliar place, full of dust and cobwebs, and even occasional rats crawling by her feet.
She could only rely on the dim light coming through the crack in the door to clearly understand her situation.
She had been awake for half an hour and had been trying to struggle with the rope behind her, but the more she struggled, the tighter the rope became.
"Huh, you're not awake yet?"
The card game outside had ended, and Wen Shuqi recovered from his coma before anyone came in.
"What are you doing, Monkey? Hurry up, can't you afford to lose?"
The monkey wanted to squat down to check on Wen Shuqi's condition, but gave up when he heard the urging voice behind him.
"Brother Shan, why hasn't this woman woken up yet? Did she give her too much medicine?"
Brother Shan said impatiently, "How many can there be? Do you think this thing is easy to deal with? No matter if she is awake or not, just let her sleep. It will save a lot of trouble. As long as she is not dead, it's fine."
When he heard the sound of the door being locked, Wen Shuqi opened his eyes slightly.
Kidnapped.
She could clearly feel her heart beating violently, as if it was about to break through the constraints of her chest.
Are you asking for money or selling her?
After struggling for a while, she finally gave up. She had no way of untying the rope behind her.
Use the dim light to carefully examine the situation in the room.
But how could the kidnappers make such a simple mistake? There was nothing sharp in the room.
Because of the betrayal incident that year, she became notorious. Although she finally cleared the name on her own, she no longer trusts others so easily, and she has fewer and fewer friends around her over the years.
Few people would have realized that she had met with an accident.
She thought to herself that perhaps only An Jingzhi could discover it first.
But even if it is discovered, what can we do?
Although she was knocked unconscious, the kidnappers' fragmentary words showed that she had not been unconscious for too long.
The noise outside was very noisy, but she could hear that the kidnappers were playing cards with great enthusiasm. This might be the best opportunity for her to escape.
An Jingzhi had just walked around to the back of the utility room when the sounds of chess and card games stopped.
He squatted quietly outside, waiting until the kidnapper named Monkey left and the sound of them playing cards came again, then he slowly stood up.
In his hurry, An Jingzhi only brought a backpack with chocolate to quickly replenish his energy, two bottles of water, and a hammer.
The board was nailed from the outside, which made it easier for him to pry it open with a hammer.
However, when he pried the wooden board, some noise might be made, which could easily be noticed by the kidnappers playing cards in front, so it was a bit risky.
Wen Shuqi was grinding a rope with a small stone that he had picked up and it was as dull as it could be.
After grinding for a long time, the rope didn't even suffer any damage to the skin.
She knew she was doing useless work, but it was better than sitting and waiting to die.
"Knock, knock, knock."
She stopped what she was doing and stared at the place outside the window where the strange noise came from.
"It's me."
Hearing the familiar voice, Wen Shuqi's pupils constricted and blood instantly rushed throughout his body.
There was a creaking sound from the wooden boards outside, and a board was opened. In the moonlight, Wen Shuqi could clearly see the handsome face.
"An Jingzhi?" She moved her lips, making an imperceptible sound.
She had thought of everything, but this scene still felt unreal to her.
An Jingzhi put his index finger to his lips and whispered, "Don't make a sound, just listen to me."
"While they were playing cards, I secretly removed the planks and rescued you."
An Jingzhi finally decided to rescue the people first.
He also thought about waiting for the kidnappers to fall asleep in the middle of the night and then knocking on the wooden board to rescue them.
But at that time, the sound of prying the wooden board was too obvious.
These kidnappers knew what they were doing and would definitely send someone to keep watch. Even if the person on guard dozed off, he would definitely be discovered.
The hammer was too small and he had to deliberately keep the sound low, so An Jingzhi's hands were covered in blood by the time he removed all the wooden boards.
"Monkey, go check again to see if the person is awake."
After removing all the wooden boards, just as An Jingzhi was about to crawl in, he heard the above words.
Wen Shuqi suddenly became nervous and shook his head at An Jingzhi.
The footsteps were getting closer and closer. If the monkey came in immediately, he would find that the window of the utility room had been removed.
The sound of the bolt being opened and the creaking of the door being pushed open were getting closer and closer...
The flashlight swept through the utility room and found nothing unusual.
"Huh? Why haven't you woken up yet?" The monkey squatted down and looked.
