Deng Jin paused, his tone somewhat dull, "Either the other party is Chinese, so he didn't invest in China. He might be afraid that someone he knows would see his paper, or he is a complete anti-China person and disdains to invest in China."
As soon as the words came out, the atmosphere in the office became a little dull for a moment.
