Chapter 173 Midnight Horror

So, just as Susie touched her small bag containing knives, the tiny, round little bundle of joy beside her darted out like a cheetah.

She was startled and reached out to grab the little dumpling back, but only managed to grab one of its tiny feet.

Then you can see the little dumpling's tiny paws poking into the huge king cobra.

The king cobra trembled and swayed wildly for a moment.

Time and space seemed to have stood still; all Su Xixi could see was the snake that was still trembling.

After a while, the little dumpling withdrew its hand, and the snake silently fell onto the bed.

The little dumpling raised her chubby, white hand, wiped the sweat from her smooth forehead, and turned to look at Su Xixi, "Sister, are you alright?"

Su Xixi stared blankly, then shook her head in surprise, "It's nothing."

Seeing that her older sister hadn't come to her senses yet, the little dumpling put her little paws on the bed, stuck out her little bottom, stood up, put her hands on her hips, and said, "Sister, I defeated that big snake, wasn't I amazing?"

Susie's lips twitched. "Little dumpling, you're the fattest. Is the snake dead?"

The little dumpling shook its head. "Probably not. The electric cell phone that Dean Mom gave me doesn't seem to kill anything; it can only knock them out."

Susie's eyes lit up, and she quickly got out of bed, walking barefoot out the door.

When she returned, she was carrying a large glass jar.

After entering the room, she put down the glass jar, and very professionally took out a pair of latex gloves and put them on her little hands. Then, she picked up the snake, put it into the glass jar, and sealed the lid tightly.

Looking at the large snake in the jar with satisfaction, he thought, "I'll also ask Uncle Li to bring back ten catties of liquor for me. I'll soak it in this jar and then give it to my good father. It'll be perfect!"

The little dumpling's eyes sparkled. "Sister, don't you think it's a bit of a waste to give such a big snake to Uncle? Why don't we take it back and give it to Uncle Liu, so he can make us some dragon and tiger soup!"

Susie took off her gloves, gave the little dumpling a disdainful look, and patted her fluffy little head like she was petting a puppy. "Little dumpling, it's good to be curious, but do you know what the tiger in that dragon and tiger soup you mentioned is?"

The little dumpling thought for a moment, and realized that... she really didn't know.

Before she transmigrated, she did spend some time studying food, but it was limited to convenience foods, such as baked goods like cookies and bread, or quick and easy foods like noodles.

She knew nothing about complicated dishes like soup.

She learned about Dragon Tiger Soup because Uncle Liu made a stewed raw meat dish a while ago, and she thought it was particularly delicious. So she went to rave about it to Uncle Liu, and that's when he mentioned Dragon Tiger Soup, which made her long for it.

Suddenly, a thought flashed through the little dumpling's mind, "Could it be...could it be a cat?"

"Bingo, you got it right!" Su Xixi snapped her fingers and hugged the little dumpling's shoulders. "How about it, do you still want to eat Dragon Tiger Hot Pot?"

"No... I don't want to think about it anymore!" The little dumpling looked a bit embarrassed.

The two sisters were too scared to live in the house where a snake had crawled.

So they moved to Su Xixi's room together, but as soon as they opened the door, they heard the same eerie hissing sound coming from inside.

The two sisters exchanged a glance.

Su Qianqian instantly flew into a rage, clenching her small fists. "Su Zimei, if I don't kill you today, I'm not a Su!"
