After Li Mo'er left, Yue Jun handed a stack of documents to Su Yiqing. "It looks like an accident. The truck driver had taken drugs and is still not fully conscious. I'll interrogate him properly once he's recovered."
Su Yiqing flipped through the documents, a ruthless smile curving her lips, and said confidently, "It can't be an accident."
"But you don't need to investigate any further. If you find anything, it won't be easy for you to handle!" Su Yiqing said calmly.
Yue Jun understood Su Yiqing's unspoken meaning, patted him on the shoulder and said, "Take it easy, don't get yourself into trouble. Don't forget you still have several younger siblings to take care of, and such a beautiful sister-in-law waiting for you."
Su Yiqing glanced at him and said indifferently, "She is my family's driver."
Yue Jun: "Come on, if the upright and well-connected eldest daughter of the Li family didn't take a liking to you, who would believe she'd come to your house as your driver?"
Su Yiqing: "She is a fan of my fourth brother and became his driver in order to see him."
Yue Jun was immediately shocked and his eyes widened. Then he gave a thumbs up and praised, "Su Yan, awesome!"
However, Su Yan is fucking handsome on stage; even I, as a woman, would be smitten.
Su Yiqing gave him a meaningful look. "You're a man, so you can be interested too. As long as my fourth brother is willing, I'm very open-minded."
After saying that, Su Yiqing slowly and tentatively walked out of the ward. Ruan Ruan was still under observation in the sterile room, and he wouldn't feel at ease if he didn't go and check on her.
Yue Jun stood there stunned for a long time, until Su Yiqing's figure had completely disappeared from the ward, before he finally reacted and cursed, "Damn it!"
