Chapter 83: Older, more caring

"What's wrong?"

Su Yang looked at Dapeng and raised his eyebrows, not knowing what had happened.

Dapeng looked at Su Yang, covered his mouth with his hands, and burst into tears, "Miss Su, my uncle Huai was in a car accident and is still in a coma in the hospital."

Su Yang looked at Dapeng's superb acting skills and panic appeared on his face. "What's going on?"

Dapeng's tears were streaming down his face. "Didn't I just have a car accident yesterday when I was going down the mountain after talking to Mr. Mu..."

Su Yang was no longer particularly worried after hearing this. "Did Mu Yan do it?"

Dapeng wiped the tears from his face and said, "We haven't started investigating this yet."

"Tsk, how inefficient! If a person dies, you can't even take revenge before he dies. What do you think he keeps you around for?" Su Yang said to Dapeng while picking up the computer on the back seat.

Dapeng looked at Su Yang's actions, hesitated for a moment, and asked, "Miss Su, what are you doing?"

"Drive your car, faster."

"There's a traffic jam."

"Tsk, did you see that bossy boss's little brother get stuck in traffic while driving?"

Dapeng: “…” Hiss, it’s really deadly.

Su Yang continued her actions. She remembered that Mu Yan had a poppy field in Yue State, and there were quite a few people there.

After entering the hospital, Dapeng took Su Yang straight to the top floor.

When Su Yang entered, he saw Yan Huai lying peacefully on the bed.

Su Yang looked back at Dapeng, pointed at Yan Huai and said, "He's lying there like he's dead."

Dapeng touched his nose slightly embarrassedly: "Isn't this a serious injury and coma?"

"Oh yes, yes."

Su Yang took a casual look and then curled up on the sofa to play games.

"You must be Su Yang."

A woman in a cheongsam walked out of the bathroom. She was still shaking the water off her hands and looked at Su Yang with a puzzled expression.

Looking at her and Yan Huai's similar appearance, she fell into deep thought. She didn't say anything she shouldn't have said just now. This is a VIP ward, and the sound insulation should be very nice.

Dapeng slapped his forehead, but received a look of disgust from the woman.

Ye Yan lifted her cheongsam and sat down elegantly opposite Su Yang. After taking a look at Su Yang, she changed her sitting posture, sat upright, put her cell phone aside, and poured her a glass of water.

Ye Yan took it, took a sip, and said with a smile: "Xiao Huai is a hard tree that rarely blooms, but he is a little old, which is a bit unfair to you."

Su Yang could only smile. This was someone else's son, and they could say whatever they wanted. But Su Yang was different. After all, he was also an outsider.

Dapeng smiled and said, "Master Huai, you're more likely to be caring when you're older."

"You're the only one who can say that."

Ye Yan continued to talk to Su Yang, "When did you and Xiao Huai meet?"

"One... more than two months ago?" Su Yang's words were neither justified nor confident.

Ye Yan smiled and nodded: "Oh, that's also good."

Su Yang sat there and talked with Ye Yan for a long time. She glanced at the time and saw that it was already late. She stood up and said to Su Yang, "I'll trouble you here. I'll go back first."

After watching Ye Yan leave, Su Yang went straight to the bed and kicked Yan Huai hard, "You are still pretending, you are sleeping soundly."

Yan Huai's waist hurt from being kicked, so he pulled Su Yang down with his backhand. Su Yang climbed on top of Yan Huai and pulled off the bandage on his arm.
