Commander Lin has managed to stay here peacefully for so many years, so he is certainly not a rough man who only knows how to fight. He does have some education, but to be honest, it is far from enough for the leadership position and future development.
It wasn't that Qin Qinghuai was being sarcastic; it was just that Commander Lin himself had said it many times. In addition, Qin Qinghuai's arrival made him feel pressured. When they were discussing picking up those professors, he joked to himself that the future still belonged to intellectuals.
After settling everyone in, Commander Lin felt somewhat relieved.

The only highly educated family member in the compound was probably Jian Dan, but without even asking, Qin Qinghuai himself refused.
"My wife doesn't like this job, you should find someone else."

"Yes, primary school is fine, but we need to be extra careful with the training classes for the brothers here. They all come from rural areas and are naturally sensitive and resistant to people who are educated. The two walked slowly toward the busy farmland.

Team leader, actually, out of so many of us, there aren't that many who are truly suited to learning. However, everyone has their own strengths. Those who are good at farming or animal husbandry are now in a good position, so they don't have to worry about anything. Learning and internships are readily available.
There are also people who are good at driving, car repair, cooking, wood carving, brick making, and maybe even those who are interested in these machines or have other talents.
We don't ask for anything else, just that they can shine in their areas of expertise. Even if they can't stay in the end, taking that skill back home is a way out; you never know when it might come in handy.
