Chang Le suddenly flew backward, his wings slicing through the air!
When Chang Le approached him, the vine remained in place, one end embedded in the ground and the other wrapped around his waist. As long as Chang Le had a thought, he could be quickly pulled back by the vine.
The man feigned weakness, thinking he could strike successfully, but his plan backfired.
His breathing was heavy, the blood-stained wings on his back flapped slowly, his toes lifted off the ground, his black pupils contracted, and blood vessels crept into his eyes, making him look almost insane.
The next moment, the man charged forward with a roar. The sound was like a rat choking on its throat, piercing and eerie.
The wings moved like an accelerator engine at low altitude, increasing the man's speed several times over. His hands also gained a metallic sheen, resembling the talons of a falcon. The man's attack was swift and relentless, leaving him completely defenseless.
Chang Le did not try to withstand the attack head-on, but instead dodged backward repeatedly.
This is a hotel, and she needs to hide from other supernatural beings. Since the vines are not suitable for direct defense, she can only dodge and wait for an opportunity to counterattack.
Seeing that he had missed repeatedly, the man let out a sharp cry, flapped his wings and rose into the air. His wings folded tightly and then suddenly burst open, sending countless sharp feathers flying like scattered hidden weapons straight at Chang Le.
Chang Le watched the feather's trajectory and spun around, retreating.
"Kick, kick, kick!"
A string of feathers clung tightly to my toes, half of one piercing the hard rooftop.
Chang Le's left foot was behind, and his heel had nowhere to put weight on it.
A chill ran through her as she turned around and realized she was being forced to the edge of the rooftop, dozens of meters above the ground. The cars below looked like toys, making her dizzy.
Chang Le's face instantly darkened.
She doesn't have a stress reaction now, but those images still come to mind whenever she stands in or even sees similar places.
With a turbulent mind, Chang Le's face turned cold, and the veins on his neck bulged.
This person deliberately pushed her to the edge!
Chang Le looked at the approaching man, her breathing became heavier, and the heavy breaths passed through her throat, producing a low, guttural sound.
The man, relying on his strong wings, glided at low altitude, then folded and flapped his wings again, repeating the same trick.
Feathers, sharp as knives, rained down from the sky.
Chang Le twisted his left foot, pushed off, and shot straight into the rain of knives like an arrow. The ground shattered at the edge his left foot stepped over.
The vines swirled around the body like dragons turning in the sea, densely intertwining and forming a sparse yet impenetrable defense that shattered all the feathers.
In half a breath, Chang Le was already in front of the man.
The man hurriedly turned his body and slashed from the side, but Chang Le dodged and met the attack head-on. With a grab and a hook, his fingers embedded in the wing root, and with a coordinated movement of his waist, shoulders, and back, he tore off a wing with a "rip"!
Chang Le delivered a powerful kick to the man's chest, sending him flying backward and crashing heavily to the ground, splattering blood and sending feathers flying.
The scene was bloody and wild.
She tossed the broken wing in her hand in front of the security guard who had just arrived, raised her eyes and sneered: "Add another dish, cola chicken wings."
Security personnel had already sealed off the top two floors, and they had just arrived when they witnessed this bloody scene.
They looked at the broken wing at their feet, exchanging bewildered glances: So what are they good for? To be spectators?
The man staggered and ran towards the edge.
Chang Le didn't stop walking; the vines arrived first, piercing straight into the man's limbs, wings, and torso. The man looked like a scruffy angel nailed to a wooden frame on trial, the dark green, ferocious vines like the venomous snakes of an evil god, his body stained crimson with gushing blood.
The vines pulled the man back, but he frantically clung to the ground and roared at the sky, his arms and wings twisted and deformed from the struggle.
Chang Le noticed that his mental state was not right. Looking at his wings, he suddenly thought of something, stepped forward, grabbed his throat with one hand to make him tilt his head back, and pressed the other hand against his chest, forcefully penetrating his source with [Swallowing and Spitting].
This chaotic and complex origin!
Another mutant! Just like that leopard man!
Suddenly, the man gripped her hands tightly, and with his last ounce of strength, he yanked her off the rooftop!
"Holy crap!"
The elevator stopped working, so Shen Xiao climbed up the stairs and followed the security guard to the rooftop. As soon as he got there, he saw Chang Le being carried to jump off the building, and he was completely devastated.
Chang Le was not surprised to be suddenly pounced on. Her gaze was fixed on the red dot flashing on the man's chest, and she cursed inwardly: I knew there was this piece of junk!
Another ticking time bomb!
The vines decisively wrapped around the man. Chang Le urged the vines, and the incredibly resilient vines suddenly sprang out, flinging the man directly into the sky!
"Bang—"
These fireworks were truly bloody.
Shen Xiao, who was at the forefront, inhaled a mouthful of bloody stench and immediately felt nauseous.
Due to the reaction force, Chang Le fell even faster, the wind howling sharply. She flung out more than a dozen vines, which directly pierced the hotel walls and windows, while subtly gathering her breath.
After a series of loud crashes as walls tore and windows shattered, Chang Le was found hanging from the wall outside the hotel, swaying precariously in the wind as shards of glass rained down on him.
Chang Le glanced at the ground less than twenty meters away and the crowd of people around him who were running away in fear, then expressionlessly put away the vines and landed lightly.
She soothed the vines that were scratched and broken by the glass, using her supernatural powers to nurture their regeneration, while looking up at the marks she had made on the outside of the hotel.
The walls of the tall building looked as if they had been plowed by the claws of a monster, with furrows and ravines extending over a dozen floors.
The broken window kept dropping shards of glass. The person below, seemingly unafraid of death, used their supernatural abilities to protect themselves while banging on the wall. The person inside the window also started peeking out, raising their wrists and banging on the wall.
Chang Le clicked his tongue, not entirely satisfied: the acting was overdone.
