Chapter 315 A hideous crack appeared on his back

On the hospital bed in the sanatorium, the person who was sleeping suddenly trembled and opened his eyes abruptly.

Upon seeing the light-colored ceiling, Hua Changle paused for a moment, then covered her mouth and fell off the bed. She staggered to her feet and ran to the bathroom.

Hua Xiange was no longer there. Hua Wuyan came in from outside and happened to see her like this. He stepped forward in surprise and wanted to help her up: "What's wrong with you?"

Hua Changle shook off his hand, almost crashing into the bathroom, and vomited violently while leaning over the toilet.

She vomited until she felt short of breath, but there was nothing in her stomach at all; she only vomited some acidic fluid after a long time.

Hua Wuyan was startled and squatted down next to her, stroking her back up and down to make her feel more comfortable.

His hand ran down Hua Changle's spine, and Hua Changle cried out in pain, his voice hoarse, "It hurts! Go outside and vomit... cough cough vomit..."

Hua Wuyan was at a loss: "Then, then, you hold on for now, I'll go get you a glass of water."

With his stomach churning and unable to vomit anything, Hua Changle collapsed to the ground, his face deathly pale.

The scene from her dream still lingered in her mind, making her feel nauseous.

That's absolutely disgusting!

How could something like that grow inside her body?

The split-open person, the dense tentacles, her face...

What kind of monster is that?!

The image of the tentacles flashed back quickly. Hua Changle suddenly thought of something, reached out to touch his chest and stomach, and found no cracks. He breathed a sigh of relief.

She reached out and touched her back, her palm touching her spine, and she suddenly froze!

Hua Wuyan returned with a bowl of hot water, squatted down beside him, and said, "Chang Le, are you feeling better? Have some water..."

He reached out to gently pat her back, but before he could touch her, Hua Changle abruptly turned around and dodged, saying, "Don't touch me!"

Hua Wuyan was taken aback by her tone, his hands frozen in mid-air, too afraid to move: "W-what's wrong?"

Hua Changle bit her lip hard, suppressing her wildly beating heart, and tried to keep her voice calm:

"Brother, Fifth Brother..."

"Hey, you tell me."

Hua Changle turned around and gave him a wry smile: "Could you go out first?"

Hua Wuyan blinked, said "Oh," put down the water, and added worriedly, "Then... be careful, call me if anything happens, I'll wait for you outside."

After he left, Hua Changle locked the door behind him.

She pushed the bathroom door open again, turned her back to the mirror on the wall, and pulled off her upper body clothing, revealing her back.

His back, covered in cold, pale scars, was crisscrossed with marks, but the most striking feature was the protruding spine on either side.

Along the spine, between the shoulder blades and the coccyx, on each side of the spine, there is a twisted, centipede-like crack.

Upon closer inspection, the cracks are characterized by fine twists and tiny fissures, and their color is close to blackish-purple.

Hua Changle's eyes widened. She turned her hand behind her back and lightly touched it with her fingers, feeling the uneven texture on her fingertips.

It's not a dream!

It's a real crack!

She bent over slightly, allowing her entire back to stretch out more.

Such a small movement caused several tiny cracks to bleed.

Vibrant, full drops of blood rolled down the crack, leaving a shallow bloodstain on the pale spine, running down the back.

Finally, it dried up on the lower back, like a red mole.

Hua Changle's mind went completely blank.

The grotesque and terrifying crack on his back was deeply etched in his mind, as if it were about to tear him apart from the middle at any moment, gushing out a large amount of sticky and foul-smelling tentacles.

Her torn face seemed to appear right before her eyes, wailing in agony.

Hua Changle's vision went black, and his subordinate quickly grabbed the sink to steady him.

Her hands and feet trembled uncontrollably. She was all alone, and she couldn't help but break down.

"Bunny... Bunny!"

In this situation, 422 is the first thing she thinks of.

"Bunny..."

Her voice was choked with sobs.

422 appeared: [I'm here]

"Rabbit, will I turn into a monster?" Hua Changle pouted, trying not to let her tears fall.

422 remained silent, not answering immediately, as if after carefully considering its words, it finally spoke:

I will always be there for Hua Chang Le.

Hua Changle could no longer hold back her tears, which streamed down her face. But she dared not cry out loud, so she covered her mouth and wept, leaning against the cold corner of the wall, feeling the warmth emanating from her own body.

A dense, stinging pain emanated from the fine cracks on her back, like a curse that constantly reminded her of her abnormality.

422 said softly, "Lele, don't worry, maybe things aren't so bad."

[I can detect that there is indeed an abnormal supernatural reaction in your body, but that thing is somewhat similar to your vines; perhaps it's just another supernatural symbiotic entity.]

Upon hearing his words, Hua Changle's chaotic thoughts returned slightly: "Symptoms?"

[It's not fully formed yet, I'm not sure if it is.]

Why don't you try to control yourself?

Hua Changle felt some resistance to the lump inside her body, fearing the disgusting state it manifested in her nightmares.

But in order to seize any chance, she endured her fear and tried.

Given her current physical condition, she can only utilize a few strands of her supernatural abilities, tentatively trying to touch that unfamiliar and frenzied thing that had appeared inside her body.

Like touching a hedgehog, the probing energy receded as if electrocuted, while the thing resisted her control as if it were covered in thorns.

Hua Changle tried again, and the thing rolled around more violently, leaking out dark purple mist that resembled tentacles.

"well?"

Hua Changle's eyes suddenly lit up.

In that brief moment of contact, she sensed a familiar psychic power emanating from that thing—it was Beein's energy!
