Chapter 134 Molly Gets into a Fight

Chapter 134 Molly Gets into a Fight

The family members were all busy with their own things, and in the blink of an eye, it was Molly's senior year of college. Molly hadn't graduated yet, and the six younger members of Ji Yi were going to junior high school.

The children are busy with training and studying every day, even busier than Molly, a medical student. Sometimes when Molly comes home and sees the house empty, she doesn't quite feel used to it.

"How come they're already drifting away from us before they're even ten years old?" Molly said dejectedly.

Ji Hefeng sighed and hugged Molly. "I also want to tell you today that the special department has taken a liking to our children and wants to take them away."

Molly, not understanding what department this was, asked, "What do you mean by 'take away'?"

Ji Hefeng considered for a moment and said, "Secret training may keep me away from home for several years."

Molly: "......."

She refused.

“Ji Yi, Ji Er, and Ji Wu all want to go.” Ji Hefeng’s tone was tinged with guilt. “The higher-ups directly spoke with the children.”

Molly's face darkened. "Who came to negotiate? I didn't know about it."

Ji Hefeng sensed the killing intent. He knew he had angered Molly and could only honestly reply, "Head Coach."

He had actually refused, but the head coach wouldn't listen and went directly to the school to find a few children.

Molly: "Tomorrow's the weekend. Let's invite that head coach over to our house. I want to see what he's capable of."

Ji Hefeng: "......Okay."

Ji Hefeng called the head coach that very night and said, "My wife is angry. Be prepared."

Head coach Zhao Zheng is thirty-four years old. To become the head coach, he had to overcome numerous obstacles and was chosen from among hundreds of thousands of candidates. In addition to physical strength, his intelligence is also exceptional.

"We didn't do things right. If my sister-in-law wants to scold us, I'll take it." Zhao Zheng admitted his mistake with a good attitude.

Ji Hefeng sighed, "She won't just scold me, she'll hit me."

Zhao Zheng waved his hand dismissively, "I won't fight back when hit or talk back when insulted."

Ji Hefeng: "You should really pay it back, otherwise I'm worried something might happen to you. By the way, could you find a few people who can fight?"

Zhao Zheng was the only one, and he was worried that his wife wouldn't be satisfied.

Zhao Zheng rubbed his ears. "Did I hear that right? I'm not enough for your sister-in-law to vent her anger on my own? You want to get a few more people? Are you planning a group fight? If you and your sister-in-law come together, I can bring a few more people. Everyone has been wanting to fight you, but they haven't been able to find an opportunity. I think tomorrow is a good day. Don't go to your house. You can bring your sister-in-law and the kids to the camp."

Ji Hefeng silently mourned for Zhao Zheng for a few seconds. He had only arranged for Zhao Zheng to come to his home to save face, but Zhao Zheng had unexpectedly invited them to the camp.

"Let's make this clear first: if you've taken a liking to my child, you can't make any moves on my wife," Ji Hefeng said, giving them a heads-up.

Zhao Zheng's lips twitched. "What are you talking about? Your child is already so big, and your wife is over thirty, right? She's way past the age for enlistment. You're overthinking it."

Ji Hefeng hummed in agreement, "Remember what you said tonight."

Zhao Zheng had been waiting for Ji Hefeng's family since early morning. When he saw Ji Hefeng leading the children over, he glanced around and asked, "Where's your sister-in-law?"

“Here you are.” Ji Hefeng patted Molly on the shoulder.

As Ji Hefeng and his group approached, Zhao Zheng immediately noticed the girl. The reason was simple: she was simply too dazzling in the crowd. Tall and slender, with delicate features, long, ink-black hair, and snow-white skin, her aura was cool and ethereal—truly captivating.

He still thought she was Ji Hefeng's niece, but now he says she's his wife!

Zhao Zheng's face darkened, and his brows furrowed into a deep frown. "Your wife has given birth to six children for you, yet you're following others and getting tired of the old and seeking the new?"

At first, he had a fairly good impression of the girl; after all, everyone appreciates beauty. But when he learned that this young girl was a stepmother to six children, Zhao Zheng's goodwill vanished instantly.

Ji Hefeng sighed, knowing this would happen.

"This is my wife, Molly, and the mother of my six children," Ji Hefeng said solemnly.

"Who are you kidding? She looks like she's not even twenty years old." Zhao Zheng didn't believe it.

Ji Hefeng turned to Molly, spreading his hands helplessly, "Wife, you explain."

Molly didn't explain; her face was cold. "Did you go to the school to look for my child?"

Upon hearing that icy aura, Zhao Zheng's expression froze. He said, "It's me."

Molly chuckled and rolled up her sleeves. "I'd like to see what you're capable of, trying to take my child away from me."

“Molly, that’s not how it works. Zhao Zheng may not be as strong as you, but he’s a highly skilled expert. The children can learn a lot from him,” Ji Hefeng explained on Zhao Zheng’s behalf.

Molly glanced at Ji Hefeng sideways and said, "I know you were involved in this, and you can't escape it today."

Ji Hefeng choked, then guiltily touched his nose. "Wife, you're so smart, you guessed that too."

Molly snorted coldly. If it weren't for Ji Hefeng's matchmaking, her children would have been studying well and wouldn't have been targeted.

Ji Hefeng's family is good-looking and attracts attention wherever they go, especially with Zhao Zheng, a celebrity, by their side, which only increases their popularity.

When they arrived at the training ground, it was already crowded with people.

"Are you sure you want your wife to fight me?" Zhao Zheng asked Ji Hefeng for confirmation, afraid that he might lose control of his strength and hurt this delicate woman.

Ji Hefeng nodded, "Good luck to you."

Zhao Zheng looked at Ji Hefeng in disbelief, "Are you out of your mind? I can't beat you, but I can't beat your wife?"

Ji Hefeng remained calm and said, "Good luck."

Zhao Zheng: "...If your wife cries later, I won't be responsible for comforting her."

With so many people around, he was worried that the girl might be too shy and upset if she lost.

Ji Hefeng: "Just don't cry."

Zhao Zheng pointed at Ji Hefeng angrily, "You're so stubborn."

He made up his mind; he wouldn't hold back anymore. Otherwise, Ji Hefeng would think that he was getting old and his strength was declining.

Molly, dressed in a tracksuit, was already impatient. "Are you ready?"

That's pretty arrogant.

Zhao Zheng planned to teach her how to be a person.

"Dad, can Mom beat the coach?" Ji Yi was a little worried, as she had never seen her mother fight before.

The other five children also looked at their father with worry in their eyes.

Ji Hefeng gave them a reassuring look, "Your mom is invincible."

Ji Yi didn't say whether she believed it or not, but asked again, "Then, between you and Mom, who's more powerful?"

Just as Ji Hefeng was about to speak, the outcome of the match was already decided. Molly grabbed Zhao Zheng's neck with her long, slender fingers. It seemed like she had no strength, but only Zhao Zheng knew how terrifying that hand was. It could break his neck, let alone steel.

"I concede."

We've already lost?

The onlookers didn't even see how Molly made her move; there was just a muffled thud, and their best coach, Zhao, was taken down!

Molly let go, but the anger in her chest hadn't dissipated, and her eyes remained cold.

Ji Hefeng coughed twice and said to Zhao Zheng, "Didn't I tell you to find a few good fighters?"

Zhao Zheng nodded and pointed to the others beside him, "All of you, come at me together and unleash your full power."

It ended too quickly; he didn't even have time to react before he lost the ability to resist. This time, he's just observing from the sidelines to see what kind of tactics this girl has up her sleeve.

"Isn't it inappropriate to gang up on someone?" someone whispered.

"You have to be able to bully her first. Her husband hasn't even said anything yet, and you're already feeling sorry for her," Zhao Zheng said irritably.

The soldier looked somewhat uneasy and said loudly, "Protecting the people is our duty."

Ji Hefeng: "......."

That's right, and he can't refute it.

The six players who took the field also lost.

The onlookers were stunned, unable to believe what they were seeing. It had only been less than two minutes, and they had already lost.

For a moment, they began to doubt themselves.

"Sister-in-law's speed, strength, and ruthless, cunning attack methods are somewhat similar to yours," Zhao Zheng said curiously. "Did you teach her?"

Ji Hefeng didn't deny it, because if he did, it would be difficult to explain where his wife had learned these tricks.

"Is she really your wife?" Zhao Zheng asked again. "She's not even twenty yet, is she? I'm just missing someone like her here—"

“She’s twenty-six,” Ji Hefeng interrupted Zhao Zheng. “She’s a senior majoring in clinical medicine. Her teacher says she’s destined to be a leading figure in the field, a doctor who saves lives. Are you really willing to let her join the army?”

Zhao Zheng was taken aback, but he was still unwilling to give up. "I can save people here too."

“I’m not going.” Ji Hefeng’s tone left no room for negotiation.

Zhao Zheng was somewhat disappointed. "But putting aside your wife, you yourself are getting younger and younger. Have you taken some kind of anti-aging drug?"

"I don't have to be exposed to the wind, sun, or rain. I sit in an office all day. That's how I got this kind of lifestyle." Ji Hefeng wasn't ashamed at all.

Zhao Zheng sensed something was wrong, but he didn't dwell on it. He looked at the children again and said, "How about all six of you come to me—"

"Go home," Molly interrupted Zhao Zheng.

Zhao Zheng: "..."

This couple always interrupts other people; it's so rude of them.

But he didn't dare say anything, because he couldn't beat them.

On the way back, Molly didn't say a word to Ji Hefeng, or even give him a glance. Ji Hefeng smiled wryly, blaming Zhao Zheng and the others for being too weak and failing to calm his wife down.

Back home, Molly strode ahead, with Ji and Feng following behind, the children having to jog to keep up.

Upon reaching the backyard, Molly, without warning, clenched her fist into a claw and aimed straight for Ji Hefeng's face. Ji Hefeng was startled and retreated hastily, narrowly avoiding the attack.

Sure enough, he couldn't escape it; his wife was going to take her anger out on him.

When Ji Yi's six children saw their parents fighting, they were not afraid at all. Instead, their eyes lit up and they clenched their fists in excitement.

Ji Yi: "I bet my mom will win, I bet a hundred yuan."

Ji Er: "I think Dad is more impressive, compared to 100 yuan."

Ji San: "Dad will let Mom win, and Mom will win, but I don't have any money."

Ji Si: "Mom doesn't need Dad to let her win, but Dad will win."

Ji Wu: "Mom wins! Mom is the best!"

Ji Liu: "Mom must win! Go Mom!"

Molly and Ji Hefeng fought for more than an hour, and in the end Ji Hefeng raised the white flag.

"I concede," Ji Hefeng said.

Molly retorted, "You didn't lose."

Ji Hefeng shook his head, "If we continue, I'll definitely be the one who loses. My stamina isn't as good as yours."

Molly didn't object.

Ji Hefeng approached Molly and rubbed her wrists. "Are you still angry?"

Molly glared at him without saying a word.

Ji Hefeng sighed, "Next, I will train them rigorously so that they can protect themselves."

Molly remained silent. Ji Hefeng himself was just as formidable, yet he had nearly died several times.

“The children want to go, and we parents should support them.” Ji Hefeng tried to reason with Molly. “Didn’t you agree to let Xiao An join the army before? Why are you so resistant to Ji Yi?”

Molly pursed her lips. "Ji Yi and the others are still young."

They are still young and don't understand what they want.

"Mom, I'm not little anymore, I want to go," Ji Yi said earnestly.

Molly remained silent.

Ji Hefeng: "If Ji Yi and the others change their minds later, they can come back to study."

"Can I back out?" If it's possible to back out, then it's not impossible.

"Of course." Of course not. But he trusted his child; once he made a decision, he wouldn't back down halfway.
