Chapter 76 Like a Mad Dog

Chapter 76 Like a Mad Dog

Jing Qianheng: "......."

Seeing his confused expression, Jiang Zhishui bluntly said, "I... I'm afraid I won't be able to control myself and will want to pounce on you."

Jing Qianheng was stunned. Her cheeks flushed red as she accused, "Actually, it's also your fault. You learned those improper things and made me... I became like this."

Jiang Zhishui bit her lip in annoyance. "No, that's not what I meant. Anyway, it's not what you think. I'll be fine in a few days. Just don't worry about me."

As she spoke, she lowered her head and was about to walk out when Jing Qianheng shifted his foot and blocked her path. Jiang Zhishui looked up at him, and he stepped back, gripping the door and slowly closing it.

Jing Qianheng leaned against the door, his expression unreadable in the darkness. His Adam's apple bobbed slightly as he asked in a low voice, "Are you... afraid of me?"

To be honest, in the current situation, with his room in front of him and his slightly trembling voice, Jiang Zhishui was afraid.

But she didn't want to see Jing Qianheng's desolate expression again, so Jiang Zhishui gently shook her head.

Jing Qianheng slowly approached her, his tall figure looming over her. Jiang Zhishui looked up at him, her eyelashes trembling with fear. He swept her up in his arms, and she was easily pulled into his embrace.

Jiang Zhishui hooked her arms around his neck, a little afraid to meet his eyes. His eyes were filled with an unmistakable desire, and meeting his gaze was incredibly aggressive, making one's legs go weak.

Jing Qianheng carried her to the bedside. He was already extremely anxious because of what Uncle Zheng had said. The thought of losing her completely one day filled him with a thousand unwillingnesses. When he imagined her being with another man, he wished he could kill that imagined man.

Uncle Zheng is right.

He can't do it, how could he possibly do it?

Jing Qianheng gently placed her on the bed. When he leaned closer to her, she backed away. Jing Qianheng steadied his breathing, not wanting to frighten her by being too hasty. He had just stood up when Jiang Zhishui thought he had changed his mind. She quickly grabbed him and, without thinking twice, pressed him down onto the bed.

Jiang Zhishui sat on him, her clothes askew, the outer garment on her right shoulder hanging diagonally on her arm. She hurriedly tried to untie his belt, and after successfully untying it, she suddenly froze. What to do next?

She placed her hands on his chest, looking at him helplessly, her fingers tightly gripping her clothes. The room was so quiet that only her rapid breathing could be heard. Outside, the rain was drizzling. She sat stiffly in the tent, her mind buzzing.

Jing Qianheng sat up, carefully embraced her, and couldn't help but kiss her lips. He took off her coat, supported her waist with his hands, and she felt a tickle all over her body, so she couldn't help but snuggle closer to him. His lips slid to her ear, sucking on the tip of her ear, and then pressed down to her neck. He held her and turned over to change positions.

Jiang Zhishui felt uncomfortable all over because of his repeated hesitation. He knew she was afraid of pain and had been very careful, restraining his impulses and not daring to do anything rash. Just as he was about to use the same method as last time, Jiang Zhishui kissed his lips and said defiantly, "I... I can do it."

Having come this far, Jiang Zhishui didn't want to back down anymore. She didn't want to keep having those inappropriate thoughts lingering in her mind, like a lecherous man.

She thought that once she got past that barrier, she wouldn't be so hung up on it anymore. It was just making up for the lack of consummation since they got married, nothing serious. It wasn't like she and Jing Qianheng hadn't done it before.

Jing Qianheng stared at her, making sure there was no fear in her eyes. Then, without his previous reservations, he lowered his eyes and his expression changed instantly.

Jiang Zhishui's wrist was gripped tightly against the pillow. She clearly sensed Jing Qianheng's change. Just as she opened her lips slightly to say something, he leaned down and sealed her lips with his. In that instant, her pupils shrank, and her face was filled with panic.

The sound of raindrops pattering down gradually subsided. The mountain night was extremely quiet, yet it somehow gave off a sense of surging restlessness.

Jing Qianheng kissed her lips deeply. Jiang Zhishui had difficulty breathing several times and tried to turn her lips away to catch her breath. But after a short while, he forcefully turned her face back and began to kiss her, becoming increasingly rude and completely losing the gentleness he had shown at the beginning.

He held onto her with an unprecedented possessiveness, and he became even more unscrupulous whenever she struggled slightly. Only when she pretended to cry a few times would he calm down a little.

He realized she was faking her tears, so he stopped holding back. Jiang Zhishui bit his neck hard, determined to return the pain he had inflicted on her. But it was no use. No matter how deep she bit, he didn't even flinch. Instead, she cried until tears streamed down her face.

He had panicked and was at a loss when he saw her tears in the cave before, but this time, he didn't know why, but he became more and more excited. He whispered to comfort her, coaxing and cajoling her while holding her in a soft voice, but he just wouldn't let go of her.

Jiang Zhishui half-heartedly went along with him, but she was filled with regret. She regretted saying such boastful things earlier. She grabbed the bed curtains and tried to escape, but he grabbed her ankle and pulled her down. The bed curtains slid open from her palms, leaving nothing behind.

The little white fox's ears twitched a few times, and it suddenly opened its eyes. It heard a strange sound. Following the direction of the sound, it jumped up the steps and came to Jing Qianheng's door. The door was tightly closed, and pitiful sobbing could be heard from inside. The little fox pawed at the door, trying to push it open, but it was too small and powerless to do so.

The little paws softly scratched at the tall door, the screeching sound mixed with the deep, secret sobs from inside. A loud rumble echoed through the night, and the little white fox, terrified, ran away with its head in its hands. Inside the curtained room, someone was kissing the tears of the person beneath them, apologizing again and again, tirelessly.

The rain continued until the next day. Jiang Zhishui lay on the bed, fast asleep. The red marks on her back were shocking. Jing Qianheng looked away and reached out to cover her with the blanket.

He covered her with the blanket and when he withdrew his hand, his fingers touched her hair, and his fingertips trembled slightly.

Jing Qianheng stood up, lowered the bed curtains, and walked out in a daze.

He opened the door, closed it extremely slowly, and then stood there motionless, his hand on the doorframe.

After a long while, he moved again, turned around and walked down the steps.

He descended the steps, leaned against the railing, closed his eyes, and slammed his head heavily against a pillar, leaving a red mark on his forehead. He didn't feel any pain. The little white fox stood beside the swing, tilted its head, and looked at him strangely.

After banging his head several times, Jing Qianheng remained stunned for a long time. He went to the kitchen, intending to cook before Jiang Zhishui woke up, but he was in poor spirits. He cut his hand several times while chopping vegetables, leaving the knife covered in blood and some on the vegetables. He threw the vegetables away in frustration and walked out of the kitchen.

Blood was dripping from his hand, but he was oblivious. The little white fox walked to his side, looked up at the dripping blood, circled around Jing Qianheng's feet, and nibbled at the corner of his clothes, reminding him to bandage his wound.

Jing Qianheng looked down and saw the little fox. He squatted down and, ignoring the blood on his hands, went to hug it. The little white fox struggled and jumped out of his arms, running to the tree. Seeing that its snow-white fur was stained with blood, it barked angrily a few times in Jing Qianheng's direction. Then it lowered its head and circled its tail, trying to lick the blood off its body.

Jing Qianheng sat on the swing, his mind blank. Last night, he had thought about keeping her completely by his side, but the closer he got to her, the more out of control he became. The temptation to have her completely was too great, and he had no reason to let go.

Throughout the long night, he almost ignored all her pleas for mercy, and only released her at dawn.

He's practically a mad dog.

Jing Qianheng felt anxious and distressed when he thought about what happened last night. He bent over, covered his head, and sighed helplessly.

The little white fox keenly heard the sound of flapping wings, and it raised its head, staring warily at the gate of the yard.

The big black chicken, Li Mo, limped in like a drowned rat. Much of its feathers had been plucked, leaving a bare patch on its body. Its claws were bandaged, and its pupils were hollow, as if it had experienced something terrible outside.

It staggered over to Jing Qianheng, its round eyes glistening with tears, as if it were about to cry.

Li Mo went out to find a way to get rid of the chicken body. After walking for so many days, she encountered children who tied it up as a toy, several old women who wanted to kill it to make soup, drowning, being bullied by other chickens, and being chased by a giant python. After all these tragic events, when she returned to this cozy little house and saw her blood relatives, Li Mo couldn't help but want to cry.

Jing Qianheng and the big black chicken stared at each other for a long time. Just as the big black chicken was about to step forward for a hug, Jing Qianheng said coldly, "Let's cancel the previous oath."

Cancel.....

Cancel......

The vow was an agreement between the two. Three months later, Jing Qianheng would voluntarily offer his body to Li Mo. Although Li Mo was still trapped in the chicken's body and had not yet been freed, as long as Jing Qianheng was willing to use his magic, even if he had to live a humiliating life in the chicken's body for the next three months, there was still hope. He could be reborn in Jing Qianheng's body after three months.

But now... it's been cancelled?

They said they'd cancel—and they just canceled it!!!

After Jing Qianheng finished speaking, he got up and walked away. The big black chicken was stunned and stood there blankly.

In the afternoon, Jiang Zhishui woke up feeling sore all over. She didn't even have the strength to lift her hand. She lay there for a while before she could turn over.

She raised her hand to cover her eyes, breathing softly. A faint fragrance filled the bed, the scent of Jing Qianheng, permeating the air.

Smelling the odor, Jiang Zhishui's breathing became erratic. She got up and realized she was naked. Glancing at the marks on her body, she couldn't help but shudder. Her arms and legs were covered in teeth marks. She touched her neck and, although she couldn't see clearly, she could feel that there were quite a few marks there as well.

Jiang Zhishui got up, grabbed the clothes from the stool, and put them on. Her feet were trembling uncontrollably as she stepped on the ground. She sat down again, patted her legs, and looked at him with a disappointed expression.
