Chapter 401 Like or Dislike
Under the intense gaze of the other person, Yu Yan paused, the spoon she was holding to her lips.
Feng Su quickly looked away, but kept an eye on Yu Yan's senses out of the corner of his eye.
Yu Yan sat at the table, the little blue beast in her arms sleeping peacefully.
She held the bowl in one hand and brought the jade spoon to her lips with the other.
The moment her lips touched the white porridge, she keenly sensed the secret within.
Could it be that Feng Su mistook salt for sugar?
The pause in her movements was only momentary; she took a sip, and her brows furrowed reflexively.
It is indeed salty.
It's not that it tastes bad, it's just a bit strange.
Feng Su, who had been paying close attention to the woman's reaction, felt a sudden unease.
The moment Yu Yan frowned, the man pursed his thin lips.
It seems that Master really can't drink it.
Feng Su turned her gaze back. "Master, I made two flavors. Wait here, I'll go get you the other bowl."
He didn't know why he made savory porridge even though his master had said he liked sweet porridge.
He thought he was probably competing with Lizhe.
After all, his junior brother had never made savory porridge for his master before, and he wanted to be the first.
The result, however, was far from satisfactory.
Yu Yan put down her spoon, surprise in her eyes, "I thought you didn't do it on purpose."
I didn't intentionally make the porridge too salty.
Feng Su's phoenix eyes trembled. When he met Yu Yan's smiling eyes, he suddenly felt a little embarrassed.
His handsome face showed no emotion, but the roots of his ears quietly turned red.
As he turned and left without saying a word, Yu Yan noticed the tips of his ears turning red.
She chuckled softly.
Feng Su left in a hurry, unaware that after he left, Yu Yan scooped up spoonfuls of white porridge and fed them to her mouth.
Don't you like it?
The first time I tried this flavor, after getting used to it, I found it mostly novel.
After all, it was her apprentice's good intention, and she didn't want to disappoint him.
Of course, if Yu Yan really disliked this kind of taste, she would never force herself to take care of Feng Su's feelings.
Yu Yan, who knew herself perfectly well, concluded that she preferred savory porridge.
When Feng Su returned, he saw a jade bowl on the table with half of the porridge gone.
The woman in purple leaned lazily against the soft couch, her hand seemingly reaching out to touch the water unicorn, but for some reason it suddenly turned and her fingers wrapped around her belt.
The thought of his master drinking half a bowl of porridge instantly brightened Feng Su's depressed mood.
"Master, would you like to try this?"
The man had a distinct smile on his lips, and his captivatingly handsome face was excessively attractive.
Yu Yan's eyes flickered slightly, and she said, "Come here."
Feng Su immediately approached.
Before the bowl in her hand could be handed over, Yu Yan said again, "Bend down and lower your head."
?
Feng Su lowered his eyes, his confusion lasting only a moment, but his body involuntarily bent down in accordance with Yu Yan's words.
The tip of my nose was gently tugged.
Feng Su froze on the spot.
Master...
"It's covered in dust."
Yu Yan held her finger out to Feng Su.
She didn't know why she had to wipe it off for him herself, but she did it anyway. He was her apprentice, so it didn't matter.
Feng Su's mind went blank, but the slender jade fingers in front of him pulled him back to his senses.
There was a gray mark on the tip of his pale pink fingertips, just as Yu Yan said, the tip of his nose was stained with gray at some point.
Feng Su was in a huge embarrassment.
A handsome man's embarrassment is never shown on his face, but rather behind his ears, on his neck, and in his heartbeat that has lost its rhythm.
"Has Master wiped it clean?"
Feng Su remained bent over, then looked up and asked.
