Qin Yanning waited for Bai Jingchuan's answer with some surprise. Bai Jingchuan calmed down and said, "My illusion is related to my aunt."
Qin Yanning knew Bai Jingchuan's feelings for Bai Yao. She nodded and said nothing more, but a big question mark appeared in her heart. It seemed that only her illusion was different from others.

The black-clothed man's gaze passed through Ning Yu and looked at her as if it were real. Bai Jingchuan moved forward slightly and blocked Qin Yanning behind him. In the brief moment of contact, Qin Yanning noticed the tense muscles all over Bai Jingchuan's body.
She felt warm in her heart. Although the little fox was tough in words, one could tell from his actions that he cared about her. It would take Bai Jingchuan at most seven days to completely cure the poison of the Earth Fire Lotus. Unfortunately, this was not enough to deal with Fang Zhijie.
The man in black naturally sensed something was wrong, but he didn't take action. Instead, he looked at Ning Yu and asked, "Old Ning, are you homesick?"
Ning Yu gently tugged at Bai Jingchuan's sleeve, signaling him not to act rashly. "Who wouldn't miss home after being trapped here? If I could go back and see my daughter, it would be worth it even if it meant risking my life."
The man in black was silent for a moment, and then stepped aside to let a few people in.
Ning Yu then whispered, "The one just now was in charge of patrolling the valley and the settlement. He also wanted to go home. I tried to probe him a few times, and although he didn't say it explicitly, I knew what he meant."
Qin Yanning turned to look at the man in black who had just spoken to the two of them. She could also feel that this person had no ill will towards them.
The closer Qin Yanning got to the residential area, the more men in black she saw, and the more she understood why Ning Yu and the Shi brothers were determined to escape from Jingshan.
