Huo Jun stopped in his tracks, his back teeth grinding together.
He turned around and said dismissively, "On the battlefield, do you think the enemy's bullets will give you time to prepare? If you're not as skilled as them, you should accept it."
"Oh~" Su Wantang drawled out, her tone laced with sarcasm, "Deputy Battalion Commander Huo lost, so why is he running away?"
"Is this what the army taught you? To desert before fighting the enemy?"

Huo Jun's face contorted with anger. He clenched his fists and glared at Lu Huai'an.

Su Wantang glared at Lu Huai'an and said, "Shut up."
