The next day, the work bell still rang, urging everyone to get back to work.
As soon as Ruan Tang and Yan Yu arrived at the threshing ground, they sensed that something was wrong.
It's so lively!
The commune members gathered in small groups, craning their necks to look at the center of the field, their faces clearly showing their eagerness to watch the show.
The people being watched were Jin Yuhong, Gu Jinzhou, and Shen Yishan.
Ruan Tang's eyes lit up, but before she could pull Yan Yu over, Lin Xiangnan rushed over like a gust of wind with a bowl in her hand.
She lowered her voice, her lips moving as fast as a machine gun:
"My goodness, you've finally arrived! We missed the show!"
"That newcomer, Jin Yuhong, is unbelievable! The moment she saw Gu Jinzhou, she let out a scream and jumped into his arms!"
"And guess what? It's like Gu Jinzhou has a spring in his butt, he just popped open! The woman fell flat on her face with a 'thud'!"
Lin Xiangnan spoke with great enthusiasm, almost dropping the bowl in her hands.
Ruan Tang looked in the direction she pointed, and the scene was indeed quite exciting.
Jin Yuhong was being pulled by the women's director, and she slumped pitifully to the ground, her new rubber shoes covered in dirt. Her eyes were red like a rabbit's, and she kept calling out "Brother Jinzhou, Brother Jinzhou" in a voice that was both coquettish and aggrieved.

She abandoned all semblance of a refined lady, broke free from the people holding her back like a madwoman, rushed forward, and grabbed Jin Yuhong's hair!
"I'll teach you to seduce Brother Jinzhou! I'll tear your mouth apart!"
The two girls, one crying and trying to hide, the other baring her teeth and claws, rolled together on the ground in an instant, raising clouds of dust.
Ruan Tang clicked her tongue inwardly; this drama was even more exciting than what she had heard last night.
She was engrossed in watching when Yan Yu, tall and imposing, subtly moved forward half a step, completely shielding her behind him.
"Stop looking."
A deep male voice sounded above her head.
"Dirty eyes."
Ruan Tang was unhappy and peeked her head out from under his arm, only to be blocked by his broad back.
She poked his waist defiantly and muttered, "It's not dirty, it looks great."
Just then, Shen Yishan, who had been pulled away by several women, suddenly broke free.
She pointed at Gu Jinzhou, whose face had been cold from beginning to end, her voice shrill and piercing:
"Gu Jinzhou! Why aren't you saying anything! Are you just going to watch this bitch bully me?!"
Swish—
All eyes, like searchlights, instantly fell on Gu Jinzhou.
Gu Jinzhou stood in the crowd, his brows furrowed in a frown.
On that usually indifferent face, a look of disgust, as if someone had dragged him into the mire, appeared.
He glanced at the disheveled Jin Yuhong on the ground, then looked at Shen Yishan, who was trembling with anger beside her, his voice devoid of any warmth.
"What does this have to do with me?"
He spoke, his tone so calm it was almost cruel.
"I don't know this woman."
"I dodged her and ignored her."
"It's your own business if you fight with her."
The entire threshing ground fell silent for a moment after these words were spoken.
