Shu Ying linked arms with Huang Meiling, bringing the two closer together. Since her mother's passing, she had never had a female elder who cared for her so much.
“Mom, I can manage in the hospital by myself. Zhiyan is much better now, and there’s only one bed here. You and Dad can’t rest here by yourselves. I can handle everything by myself, so you and Dad don’t need to worry anymore.”
Xie Zhiyan echoed, "Mom, I don't get up at night, and I don't really need anyone to take care of me here. You and Dad just got back, so you should go back and rest."
The two elders are getting on in years, and they can't really get proper rest in a place like a hospital.
