50. Returning to the Team
Lin Jiang never expected that he would spend his last day of vacation in the hospital.
He opened the door to let He Gu leave, but the other party refused to leave.
The alcohol numbed his sense of pain; he didn't react even when blood streamed down his hands, kneeling lifelessly before him.
"Lin Jiang, shall we start over?"
He reached out stiffly and grabbed Lin Jiang's sleeve, all his former poise and composure gone, leaving only a walking corpse. Blood stained Lin Jiang's wrist; he abandoned his proud negotiating skills and laid bare his heart to him.
Lin Jiang suddenly felt...
It felt as if he was killing He Gu.
Things have fallen into a strange, vicious cycle.
The events of their past lives created a vast chasm between them, but for He Gu in this life, he always saw only a step away, so he always held onto hope, always feeling that Lin Jiang would one day return to his side.
So a strange circle formed between the two sides, and Lin Jiang couldn't resolve this strange situation. He could only clean up the broken pieces in his house, put on his shoes, and take a taxi to send He Gu to the hospital.
The doctor was cleaning He Gu's wounds inside, while Lin Jiang sat outside, staring at the ceiling. The long-term fatigue had left his mind suddenly blank.
After his wounds were treated, He Gu developed a high fever again in the middle of the night. The combination of alcohol and illness made him feel dizzy and disoriented. He lay in bed receiving an IV drip while Lin Jiang treated the wound on his foot. He kept watching him with his eyes half-open.
The nurse asked them, "How did you get injured? Did you fight?"
Lin Jiang didn't reply, but He Gu slightly opened his eyes. "No, we didn't fight."
Have you never been in a fight?
Lin Jiang suddenly felt confused about what had already happened.
From He Gu's perspective, they had never fought, but in their previous lives, they had.
During the four years that He Gu was stuck with KUG under his contract, his paranoia became more and more severe. He would stop his competition because of a hand injury report, he would argue with him because of disagreements, and he would get drunk and break into his apartment in the middle of the night because he had talked to Yu Ming a few more words, questioning him about whether he still loved him.
When you are threatened, whether you love someone or not is no longer important. When He Gu pinned him to the bed without warning, that was the first time Lin Jiang hit him.
He punched him twice, then smashed the watch he had given him, yelling at him to get out.
He Gu had also been drinking that day, and perhaps he felt that Lin Jiang couldn't possibly have anyone else besides him, so he spoke with great confidence: "Who else could you be with besides me?"
For the first time, Lin Jiang realized that even a normal person could be driven crazy. He really didn't know why He Gu said such things, or why he felt that he should always be his appendage.
The two had a huge fight and smashed a lot of things. It was at that moment that Lin Jiang realized that He Gu would never learn how to love someone, and no one could teach him.
His memories began to become confused, and Lin Jiang didn't have the energy to think about those things.
He felt that after so many things had happened, the fact that he had still brought He Gu to the hospital, called his assistant for him, and paid his hospital fees made him the kindest person in the world.
Lin Jiang wearily picked up his coat and got up. When he left the hospital, he checked his phone and saw that it was already three in the morning. There was no light except for the streetlights.
By now, Shen Ju should be asleep, right?
On the other side, the door to the apartment was being opened furtively. He skillfully entered the password and then sneaked inside.
Although Shen Ju verbally promised Lin Jiang to restrain himself, he ultimately couldn't control his feet and sneaked over.
Afraid of startling Lin Jiang, he walked very quietly, carefully changing his shoes and taking off his coat before stealthily making his way to the bedside. He felt immense satisfaction even before his fingers touched the cup or the person.
Sure enough, I still miss him too much.
It was the right decision to come find him in the middle of the night.
Shen Ju climbed onto the bed and gently hugged it, but suddenly realized something was wrong. He squeezed it again and realized it was a pillow.
He jumped up, turned on the light, and looked at the pillow on the empty bed and the empty apartment: ?
Holy crap, where's Lin Jiang?
He quickly called Lin Jiang, who answered promptly. Lin Jiang's cold voice came through the phone: "Hey, why aren't you asleep yet?"
Shen Ju felt inexplicably flustered. He grabbed his coat and started putting on his shoes. "Where are you?"
Lin Jiang immediately poured cold water on the situation: "I'm at home."
The action of putting on his shoes suddenly stopped. Chen Ju was holding his phone, as if he realized something. He opened his mouth but no sound came out.
Lin Jiang's voice sounded tired, and he didn't want to talk to him much. "Be good, stop making a fuss and go to sleep early."
It took Shen Ju a while to find his voice: "...Okay."
After hanging up the phone, the air seemed to grow cold, and the white monsters seemed to start crawling out of the walls again, silently surrounding him.
He didn't come to his senses until his phone fell to the ground.
Impossible. Lin Jiang would never do that to him; he's not that kind of person.
He shook off the absurd thoughts in his mind, bent down to pick up his phone, and his eyes fell on the fragments under the gap in the entryway. He picked them up and recognized them at a glance as the golden retriever's tail.
Shen Ju looked at the table blankly, only to find that the two cups that had been placed on it were long gone.
Is Lin Jiang...?
I regret it.
Lin Jiang, on the other side, didn't take a taxi. He figured he'd be alone anyway, so he might as well get some fresh air and calm down.
He walked down the street late at night, wrapped in his coat, his mind a jumble of thoughts that made it hard to distinguish between things. He even felt like he was still in that dream, the streets deserted, the apartment deserted. If it weren't for the need to eat and drink, he might have mistaken himself for a ghost.
Back at the apartment, Lin Jiang had no expectations.
Lin Jiang thought he was dreaming until he turned on the light at the door and saw Shen Ju sitting on the sofa.
My first reaction was, "What are you doing here?"
His second reaction was to suddenly explain, "Um, Shenju, listen to me, I just..."
Shen Ju didn't listen to anything. He suddenly got up from the sofa, rushed over and hugged him tightly.
The chill on his body was suddenly dispelled, and Lin Jiang finally understood what he really wanted: someone who could be by his side at all times.
The puppy's voice was full of grievance as it hugged the dog tighter and tighter, "I know you didn't mean it. Where did you go? I thought you didn't want me anymore."
Before Lin Jiang could even begin explaining, he had already completed his self-conquest. Lin Jiang didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
If it were He Gu, he probably would have smashed seven or eight of his cups before he even got back.
Lin Jiang stroked his hair, secretly not wanting him to know such a terrible thing, so he said, "I accidentally dropped a cup while cleaning and cut my foot, so I went to the hospital to get it treated."
Shen Ju immediately went to check his foot. He didn't even question why such a small wound required a trip to the hospital. He quickly picked him up, put him on the sofa, and squatted down to examine him.
Why didn't you call me?
I thought you were asleep.
"You should have called me even if I slept with you." Shen Ju's tone was a little anxious. Seeing that the wound wasn't as serious as he had imagined, he was slightly relieved. "How can I feel at ease if you go to the hospital alone?"
The hospital was a terrifying place for Shen Ju; he had bad memories of it. He seemed to realize he was getting too agitated and gently leaned against Lin Jiang's knee. "I'm sorry, I was too scared."
Lin Jiang didn't say anything. He gently stroked Shen Ju's hair and could vaguely guess why Shen Ju hated hospitals so much. He heard that his mother died from an illness back then, and later his father married two more wives. He heard that one of them had given birth to an illegitimate child for his father before marriage, who was a year older than Shen Ju.
He changed the subject: "Aren't you tired coming all this way so late?"
"I'm not tired. I'm so excited about you that I can't sleep. I even planned on the way here that I would sneak into your bed and give you a shock when you wake up tomorrow."
Unexpectedly, Lin Jiang wasn't there at all.
Shen Ju was furious just thinking about it.
Lin Jiang chuckled. He could even picture Shen Ju's expression at that moment. He scooped the puppy onto the sofa and asked him seriously, "What were you thinking back then? Were you thinking that I was cheating on you with someone else?"
Shen Ju turned his face away uncomfortably, "I didn't."
Lin Jiang turned his face towards him, pinching his cheek, "Really not?"
Shen Ju admitted, "Okay, a little bit. Put yourself in my shoes, how would you feel if your boyfriend wasn't home in the middle of the night, but told you he was?"
"Let me think about what I think." Lin Jiang really put himself in the shoes. "It must be that my dog couldn't sleep in the middle of the night and ran out to take pictures of other people's dogs. Yeah, that must be it."
Enraged, Shen Ju pushed Lin Jiang onto the sofa. "You actually laughed at me! I was just trying to make you happy! You have to keep this to yourself and not tell anyone!"
Lin Jiang laughed until his stomach hurt. He lay on the sofa, ticklish, and could only keep begging for mercy, "Okay, okay!"
Shen Ju was terrified at that time. He even imagined Lin Jiang regretting it and kicking him away, but he didn't expect that he was just overthinking it.
Shen Ju hugged him, feeling both fearful and relieved. "Lin Jiang, let's make a promise. We won't hide anything from each other, and we'll tell each other immediately no matter what happens."
Lin Jiang suddenly fell silent, staring intently at Shen Ju. His gaze made Shen Ju a little flustered. "What's wrong?"
He shook his head. "It's nothing."
Then I asked him, "What if it's something really outrageous? If I told you, would you believe me?"
"How outrageous is it? I'd like to hear it."
I won't tell you.
"Lin Jiang..." The puppy bit him angrily, but couldn't bear to hurt him. "You only know how to bully me, do you believe me or not..."
"What?" Lin Jiang looked at him, his eyes so clear they seemed to be bewitching.
Shen Ju couldn't resist any longer and pinned him down on the sofa, taking two kisses. He thought Lin Jiang would refuse, but to his surprise, Lin Jiang immediately adjusted his position and lay on the sofa in an ambiguous manner, waiting for him to do whatever he wanted.
Even in the critical moment, Chen Ju still had a shred of rationality. "Are you sure? If we run out of the stuff, it might hurt a lot."
Lin Jiang gave a curt "hmm," then chuckled softly, his tone carrying a hint of allure, "Why do you keep asking? Are you impotent?"
Shenju: ?
Do you know you're going to die a horrible death?
No one slept that night, and they tossed and turned until dawn. Shen Ju tried to let him go several times, but Lin Jiang was too enthusiastic and kept teasing him: "You won't be able to touch me when we go back."
If he could tolerate this, he wouldn't be a man.
Shen Ju kissed Lin Jiang inside and out, holding him tightly in his arms. No matter how hard he kissed, it wasn't enough. Afraid of leaving marks that his teammates would notice, he could only repeatedly restrain himself. He restrained himself so much that his heart was burning with desire, and he couldn't help but leave red and purple marks where no one could see.
As he was printing, he thought Lin Jiang would definitely beat him up if he found out, but strangely, Lin Jiang didn't seem to care at all. He was lying on the bed and seemed to be longing for a fierce fight as well.
Lin Jiang was acting strange that day. How can I describe it? He seemed to have a fierce urge to die in his bed.
Shen Ju is really going crazy.
He swore this was the most intense he had ever been.
How intense was it?
The next day, Lin Jiang was carried to the hospital by him. Both of them wore hats and masks. When the doctors and nurses looked at him with those kinds of eyes, Shen Ju buried his face in the ground and didn't dare to say anything except to pay the bill.
When they got back, Lin Jiang leaned against him, looking listless and barely able to lift his eyelids. He also had a slight fever that afternoon.
Shen Ju suddenly felt a little regretful. He gently touched his burning face and said painfully, "Why did you provoke me?"
Lin Jiang smiled weakly, took his hand and kissed it lightly, then looked at him with a smile in his eyes, "Because I like you."
The fingers he kissed immediately tightened, and even the back of her ears felt tingly. No wonder he was so irritated; who could resist that?!
Lin Jiang asked for a day off, which Du Lun approved. That evening, Shen Ju didn't want to go back, so Lin Jiang scolded him, "Don't forget what you promised me."
Shen Ju awkwardly said, "Then I'll go back and show my face, and then I'll sneak back over tonight."
"What about tomorrow?"
"I'll get up early tomorrow and sneak back."
Lin Jiang sighed, "Being love-struck is really great. It takes an hour to get to and from the base, but he doesn't mind the hassle at all."
Before leaving, Shenju cooked porridge for him and cleaned the house thoroughly.
The apartment fell silent again. Lin Jiang sighed and lay on the sofa, looking out the window. He didn't like the floor-to-ceiling window at all; every time he looked at it, he worried that he would jump out.
When Lao Mao visited before, he complained, "Why is the decor so aloof? Doesn't it feel lonely living alone?"
Lin Jiang was embarrassed to admit that he had come based on He Gu's preferences, assuming that He Gu would come often. Now, thinking back, he was really mistaken.
Once the team matters are settled, let's renovate and change this place.
He vaguely felt someone opening the door, instantly waking up from his dream, and then saw Shen Ju running over and hugging him like a dog.
"Didn't you go back to the team?"
“I’m not going back,” Shenju said, hugging him. “I just called Lao Du and told him I’m sick and need to take a day off.”
The unexpected surprise made Lin Jiang happy. He patted Chen Ju's head, signaled him to come over, and then gave him a quick kiss on the lips.
Shen Ju felt a little embarrassed by the kiss, and couldn't help but smile. Then, he swallowed slightly and said, "Don't seduce me. It's really not possible today."
Lin Jiang slapped him on the head, "What are you thinking?"
The two slept together in each other's arms that night. Lin Jiang, who usually suffered from insomnia, slept very well that day. The next day, when Shen Ju was about to leave, Lin Jiang suddenly felt a little reluctant to part with him.
He said, "Go back quickly, I'll wait for you to arrive before I go back."
Holding Shen Ju's backpack in his hand, he slowly zipped it up. It was truly outrageous. Lin Jiang never expected that he would one day fall into such a sour and nauseating relationship.
He quickly handed the backpack to Shen Ju and forcibly sent the person away.
After receiving a message from Shen Ju saying, "I've arrived," Lin Jiang packed his things and prepared to drive back.
My back really hurts.
Therefore, it's better for people to remain rational.
When Lin Jiang arrived at the base, almost everyone was already there. He initially thought it might feel awkward, but once he got to the base, he rarely thought about those things anymore.
The familiar atmosphere made him feel relaxed. Before he could even put his things down, his teammates were calling out to him all at once: "Captain, Captain! Come quick! Song Zhixu brought some local specialties!"
Lin Jiang looked over and immediately saw Shen Ju, who was sitting in a chair with a smug face, complaining to Song Zhixu: "I've been here for two years and I've never seen you take care of anyone, but you've already arranged it for me as soon as I arrived."
Song Zhixu retorted, "Can't even beef jerky shut you up?"
After he finished speaking, he looked at Lin Jiang with a carefree smile, picked up the local specialties on the table and offered them to him, "Captain, the dried sweet potatoes and beef jerky aren't spicy, come and try them! If I don't protect you, these bastards will eat them all."
Lin Jiang walked over and saw that Song Zhixu had brought a lot of things. He joked, "It's different when you have control of the finances. You're buying beef jerky by the case."
His teammates burst into laughter, and Ah Deng asked him again, "Didn't your stepmother ask you for money when you got back?"
Song Zhixu shook his head vigorously, "No, my cousin is a genius. He completely fooled my stepmother! She still thinks I'm working overtime illegally!"
Duren immediately slapped him, saying, "This is how you ruined my reputation."
But the beating was real, and the affection was genuine. He couldn't hide his smile and gestured to Song Zhixu, "Hurry up and thank your captain."
Song Zhixu naturally dared not forget Lin Jiang's kindness, and he quickly handed him all the beef jerky on the table, saying, "Captain, eat more, you're doing us a great favor."
Lin Jiang accepted it with a smile; he ate a piece and found it quite delicious.
Ah Deng still wanted to eat some, but Song Zhixu quickly stopped her, saying, "No, no, it's all for the captain!"
Lin Jiang laughed and said, "It's alright, give it to him."
Song Zhixu scratched his head sheepishly, "I should have bought more." Then, looking at the empty box, he said speechlessly, "You bunch of bulldozers, I just went to the bathroom and you've already used up the whole box!"
Everyone ate and chatted together, having missed each other after only half a month apart. Song Zhixu, in particular, kept talking non-stop.
Lin Jiang sat to the side, eating snacks and listening to their conversation. His gaze swept over everyone and landed on Shen Ju, who pretended to be calm, as if nothing had happened.
After sitting for a while, Lin Jiang changed his position. Shen Ju secretly glanced at him and then sent him a message: Your back hurts, do you want to go upstairs and lie down for a while?
Lin Jiang's phone pinged, and everyone looked over. Lin Jiang calmly switched it to silent mode, replied to the message, put it back on the table, and continued chatting with them.
Shen Ju opened the message and read: It's alright, nothing special.
He nearly crushed the screen. "..."
He discovered that ever since he got together with Lin Jiang, he had been constantly oscillating between "killing Lin Jiang" and "regretting it afterward."
After a brief reunion, everyone went back to their rooms to pack their things. Since they didn't come back until midnight, the seats were covered in dust.
Song Zhixu was very diligent. He wiped the seat and computer until they were sparkling clean, and then he wiped Lin Jiang's seat until it was sparkling clean as well.
After taking one last look, Ah Deng seemed a bit too obvious between them if he didn't wipe it clean. So he wiped Ah Deng's table until it shone.
After wiping, I saw Zhou Wen standing next to me, and I felt bad not wiping mine. In the end, looking at the row of shiny tables and Shen Ju's table, I resigned myself to wiping his table as well.
After cleaning up the home team's office, Duren, who was passing by, glanced at it and said, "Wow, so diligent! Why don't you clean my office too? Oh, and the consultant's as well."
Song Zhixu sighed resignedly, realizing that some people are truly born with a life of toil.
However, he also received praise from Lin Jiang, who sat in a chair and looked at him with a smile: "So diligent, I wonder which girl will be lucky to marry you in the future."
Upon hearing this, Song Zhixu felt energized, as if he could clean the entire building.
After wiping down the office, everyone took their places and gathered in the conference room for an induction meeting. The main purpose was to explain the upcoming training arrangements. He had made the form, so naturally he was the one to explain it to everyone.
With little training time remaining, each day was basically fully booked. In addition, Lin Jiang also tailored a training plan for each of them for the rest of the time.
First is Song Zhixu. He needs to continue to improve his proficiency with heroes. Currently, he has only met the requirements for Ornn and Quesanti, as Li Qian has given him. There is still a long way to go.
Lin Jiang will continue to play solo with him and will conduct more precise targeted training. This training content will be fully disclosed to the coaching staff, and Song Zhixu will also cooperate in the review.
Then there's A-Deng. He still needs to learn a lot about gameplay. This task is currently being handled by Li Qian, who will take A-Deng to gain a deeper understanding of the true strength of the world championship teams.
Next up is Zhou Wen. He's currently at a bottleneck and can't fully utilize his abilities, but fortunately, AD damage has increased in this version, which will enhance Zhou Wen's protective capabilities.
Finally, there was Shen Ju. Lin Jiang had only one requirement for him: "Take care of your hands."
Shen Ju's expression changed. "I've been recuperating for half a month, Captain. I can participate in training now."
Lin Jiang's voice was unmistakable: "You can participate in the team's training, but you should stop individual training for now. The World Championship is a long journey, and I don't want you to fall halfway through."
Shen Ju wanted to refute, but didn't know how. Suddenly he felt so wronged. The person who said she liked him yesterday wouldn't even look at him after returning to the team.
After Lin Jiang finished explaining all the training plans on stage, there was one more important thing to announce, so he handed the rest of the time over to Du Lun.
Duren stepped onto the stage, cleared his throat, and asked them mysteriously, "Gentlemen, what do you think of our base now?"
"Is that even a question?"
"I think it's a bit rudimentary, is that okay to say?"
"Ha ha ha ha……"
OT's base is arguably the worst on the entire network. Not only are the facilities outdated, but they also lack proper functional zoning. The lounge and tea room are mixed in with the training area. Even Ryan's office area is right next to Zheng Yu's, so he can type for a while and watch a game during his break.
Besides these, there's also the most troublesome problem.
That means there is no training camp for OT (Overtime Training).
Nowadays, almost all LPL teams have their own dedicated training camps, or even form second or third teams to supply talent to their main teams and ensure their dominance in the league.
But OT has nothing. Even if you are lucky enough to win the glory, what will you rely on to protect it in the future?
Since joining the team, Lin Jiang has done a lot of research on this matter. Duren and other senior executives also agree with Lin Jiang's view that if they want to set up a training camp, the first thing to do is to change the base.
Duren took this matter very seriously, and finally, his hard work paid off when he found a suitable location, which is now almost completely renovated.
After they finished their chattering discussion, Duren cleared his throat and finally began to speak: "Our base is a bit rudimentary, but the location is still good. When we were thinking of expanding it, I even went to the floor above to talk to them about the price, but I didn't expect the landlord to raise the price so drastically."
At the time, Du Lun also said that he would rent the upstairs room and make single rooms for them, trying to trick Shen Ju into living with Song Zhixu. However, after several months of trying, he still couldn't get it done, and Shen Ju had already accepted that Du Lun was lying to him.
“But,” came the twist, “we found a better location, and we’re very happy with the functional layout. The price was definitely much higher at the time, but our boss was generous and quickly secured the place. The renovation has been going on for about a month now, with just a few finishing touches left. We expect you can move in next week.”
Even after he finished speaking, Song Zhixu was still skeptical, "Really? Isn't our boss very stingy?"
Duren immediately pulled out his phone. "Of course it's true. I just filmed a video last week. Let me show you."
As soon as the video was released, everyone started exclaiming "Wow!" Song Zhixu excitedly said, "Can we choose a room now? I want to choose one right now!"
"Hey, no rush, no rush, all the rooms are pretty much the same..."
Song Zhixu thought to himself, "It's completely different, okay? The room is on two floors. If I stay on the same floor as Lin Jiang, we can chat all the time. But if I stay on the other floor, there's nothing to do."
As they started choosing rooms, Shen Ju was a little unhappy. He quite liked the current layout, and he could sneak over from the balcony to check on Lin Jiang whenever he wanted. The new base was so bright and spacious that it would be too easy to be discovered.
Lin Jiang didn't participate. He waited until they all quieted down before reminding Duren, "There's one more thing."
Duren slapped his forehead. "Oh right, there's one more thing. Our former consultant, Li, has officially signed a contract with the company. He will be our head coach from now on. Coach Fang will be our data analyst and assistant coach. When Coach Li comes over tomorrow, remember to greet him hello. Also, focus on training and don't embarrass me."
They hadn't known Li Qian's power before and didn't take him seriously, but now that they did, they were all filled with awe.
"Don't worry, Manager Du, we won't let you down!"
"That's right, that's right..."
The meeting room quickly erupted into chaos again, with everyone acting like children. After Lin Jiang finished all the work, he began to organize them to get into training mode.
Everyone was a bit out of sorts on the first day, and Lin Jiang didn't demand too much. He just reminded them, "Li Qian has very high standards. If he sees you still like this tomorrow, he'll probably start yelling at you."
Upon hearing this, everyone straightened their backs instantly.
It's so embarrassing to be scolded by Li Qian!
Lin Jiang was finally satisfied with their training progress, and he devoted himself to the new training. He noticed out of the corner of his eye that Shen Ju was looking at him several times. Fearing that Shen Ju couldn't help himself, he could only pretend not to look at him.
When they went to the restroom, Chen Ju couldn't hold it in any longer. He followed Lin Jiang the whole way, and when he saw that no one was outside, he quickly closed the door and pulled him into the inner room. "New base, can we choose rooms on the same floor?"
He finished speaking with some sadness, "The first floor and the second floor are too far apart. If we were on the same floor, at least I could see you through the window."
Lin Jiang was both amused and exasperated. "What can you possibly see through the window? You live upstairs, so you can just stick your head out and look around, right?"
“It’s different,” Shen Ju felt it was different. “They live next door separated by a wall, or upstairs, on different floors.”
Lin Jiang didn't care about these things, but seeing how much he cared, he pinched his cheek and said indulgently, "Okay, okay, you can help me choose the room later."
Shen Ju was very easy to coax and immediately cheered up. He buried his head in Lin Jiang's neck like a puppy, rubbing against him and making Lin Jiang feel ticklish.
Just as Lin Jiang was about to speak, the sound of a door opening came from outside, along with A Deng and Zheng Yu's conversation: "Nightmare has really been buffed. I played it yesterday and it was so much fun."
"Really? Has this version been changed a lot? It feels strange, I can't quite put my finger on it."
"The damage of both carries has been buffed, and AD carries are stronger than in previous versions. Basically, we lose games where the bot lane is weak. Our jungler position is similar, but we need to shift our focus to the bot lane a bit in the early game."
They chatted happily, while Lin Jiang and Shen Ju, standing nearby, dared not move, remaining in their previous positions until they finished and left, at which point they finally breathed a sigh of relief.
Lin Jiang opened the door. "Don't follow me any further."
Shen Ju closed the door again, clinging to Lin Jiang and saying, "I want a kiss."
Lin Jiang was truly fed up with this dog. It acted like they didn't know each other at all in public, but in private it was like a starving dog.
He leaned over and kissed him, but Shen Ju wasn't satisfied. He pinned Lin Jiang against the door and gave him a long kiss, his breathing becoming more and more rapid, and his hands uncontrollably kept touching his body.
Lin Jiang pressed his hand down, finally ending the kiss. Looking down, he sighed helplessly, "How are we going to get out now?"
Shen Ju didn't know, but that didn't stop him from holding Lin Jiang tenderly. He habitually kissed the tip of his ear, "It's okay, you'll be fine after calming down for a while. Let me hug you."
Five minutes later, Lin Jiang pushed him away again. "When will this ever end?" He opened the door. "Go next door and calm down."
The puppy felt wronged, but it still went.
After a while, he started lewdly through the door again, "Lin Jiang, we haven't done it in the toilet yet, have we?"
Lin Jiang: ? ? ?
Have you no shame at all?
Given that Shen Ju couldn't control his behavior, Lin Jiang sent him a yellow card warning via his mobile phone after he left, saying that if it happened again, he would be punished by being forbidden from going to his apartment.
When Shen Ju came out of the restroom, he was indeed calm. He remained aloof throughout, not giving Lin Jiang a single glance. Zhou Wen secretly approached Lin Jiang and said, "Captain, I feel that Shen Ju is upset. He seems dissatisfied with your training plan this time. Captain, do you want to talk to him? I'm afraid you two might have conflicts in the future."
Lin Jiang coughed, feigning composure, "Yes, I understand."
He patted Zhou Wen on the shoulder and quickly steered the conversation back to Zhou Wen, who had been quite troubled lately, struggling through a creative block.
"Captain, have you encountered a situation like this before? How did you overcome it?"
Lin Jiang recalled carefully that he had actually experienced quite a few bottleneck periods. The biggest one was because: "When I first started out, I really liked assassin heroes. I was quite good at playing them back then, and for a while I was completely immersed in them. Later, the version changed, and I needed to switch roles. That period was the most painful for me."
"The root of the pain was not that I couldn't play new games, but that I had to step away from my previous glory. The sunk costs were too high for me at that time, so it was very painful."
Zhou Wen listened attentively and asked earnestly, "And then? What was the process of change like? Were there any warning signs?"
Lin Jiang couldn't quite remember. He only remembered: "The changes were very slow, but the breakthrough happened in an instant. One day, I was chatting with Zeng Yuan and suddenly realized the changes in myself. Then the process went very smoothly afterward, and I broke through the bottleneck in no time. Looking back now, I don't think it was a big deal."
So it happened suddenly without any warning?
Zhou Wen still didn't quite understand, but after the conversation, his mindset improved a lot. Lin Jiang also told him, "Don't worry, as long as you do what you're supposed to do, you'll break through sooner or later."
He nodded and returned to his seat, then saw Shen Ju glance at him imperceptibly. Zhou Wen shivered. Was it his imagination? Why did Shen Ju's gaze seem a little sharp?
He entered the game, and Shenju invited him. Zhou Wen was stunned for a moment, and entered cautiously. Then he saw Shenju instantly select Zeli and tell him in voice chat: "AD damage has increased in this version, so the main function of the support has become protection. Throw away all your previous data and pick up your own playstyle."
Zhou Wen was stunned for a moment, then suddenly moved.
This was the first time Shen Ju had ever taught him how to play a game...
I was moved, but also a little scared.
On Shen Ju's phone, there was a message from Lin Jiang: Take Zhou Wen to play duo queue and help him get back into the swing of things.
Shenju protested: Didn't you tell me to take care of my hands?
Lin Jiang: Since you're disobedient anyway, we might as well use you.
Shenju: ?
He then entered the game and vented his anger on the enemies.
After playing two games, I suddenly realized that AD damage has really increased, and not only AD, but also top lane and mid lane damage. The average game time on the official website has decreased by 2 minutes, and the overall damage is somewhat excessive.
