Chapter 4 Threat
"Yes." Ding Zhigang was delighted and looked up at Wanqing and said, "Wanqing, pour some wine for Mr. Mu!"
Wan Qing looked at him defensively, walked to the table, picked up the red wine bottle, and slowly poured it into the goblet in front of Mu Tianyang. After pouring it, she found that he was looking at her, and she smiled awkwardly and said, "Please enjoy, Mr. Mu."
Just as she was about to leave, he suddenly grabbed her hand. She was startled and was about to speak, but he pinched her chin with his other hand, stroked her lips with his thumb, and said, "I don't like women who wear lipstick."
Wan Qing was so frightened that she quickly broke free from his hand and ran to Ding Zhigang: "Dad——"
Mu Tianyang picked up the wine and glanced at her indifferently.
Ding Zhigang pushed her down on the seat and said, "Boss Mu was just joking with you. I'm going to the bathroom, you eat first."
"No..." Wan Qing wanted to hold him back, but he had already left quickly.
When Wanqing saw that he was not going to the bathroom but walking out of the restaurant, she knew she was being betrayed, so she got up and ran away.
Mu Tianyang sat in his seat without moving. He poured himself a glass of wine and sipped it slowly.
Wanqing ran out of the restaurant and was suddenly stopped by two men, dressed in black suits and black glasses, like gangsters in the movies. She struggled and yelled, "What are you doing? Let me go!"
"We are Mr. Mu's men." One of the men said, "Miss Ding, please wait here for Mr. Mu."
Wan Qing was startled and looked back at the restaurant, and saw Mu Tianyang walking towards her leisurely.
She struggled a few more times, but to no avail.
Mu Tianyang walked up to her and waved his hand. The two men let her go and quickly disappeared from their sight.
He reached out and stroked her face, saying, "Your father sold you to me, a piece of land worth 200 million. Do you think you are valuable?"
“You…you bastard!”
"Do you want to save your mother?" he asked.
Wan Qing was stunned and looked at him.
He said, "Your father will no longer care about you. If you listen to me, your mother can have surgery tomorrow, with the best doctors, the best medicine, and everything will be the best. Otherwise, she won't even have a hospital room tomorrow."
Wanqing stared at him blankly for a long time, then silently lowered her head with trembling shoulders.
She didn't scold, didn't make a scene, and didn't leave. Mu Tianyang knew that she had compromised, and said with satisfaction: "You are very sensible, so you won't suffer."
