Lin Wanqing went straight to the desk and began searching. Ah Yu, on the other hand, carefully examined the bookshelf, hoping to find clues related to the man with the cufflinks. His gaze swept across the bookshelf, and suddenly a seemingly ordinary notebook caught his attention. Gu Yanting threw the folder on the desk, looked coldly at Ah Yu, and said, "Hmph, innocence? Sometimes, whether you're innocent or not isn't up to you. You'd better not meddle in other people's business, or you won't be able to bear the consequences."
Seeing this, Lin Wanqing quickly grabbed Gu Yanting's arm and said coquettishly, "Honey, don't be angry. Ah Yu didn't mean it. We really just wanted to help."
