Joining hands to build dreams, sharing the path of growth.
Chapter 1: The First Aspiration
After recovering, Ah Yu, Zhong Hua, and Su Yao seemed to have undergone a baptism, gaining a deeper understanding of the hardships they had endured along the way. They also felt an even stronger urge to pass on their valuable experience and resources to inspire more young people on their path forward.
After returning to the company, Ah Yu immediately began preparing for the mentorship program. He carefully reviewed the company's employees' files, his gaze lingering on each young name and resume, trying to select the most promising talents. The young employees were initially excited and nervous upon hearing about the project, all hoping to be chosen by Ah Yu, given his undeniable achievements in advertising and marketing.
Meanwhile, Zhong Hua was meticulously planning her internship program in her design studio. She decorated the studio with a warm and artistic atmosphere, filled with anticipation for the upcoming college students who love art and design. She hoped that this place could become a haven for their dreams, allowing them to unleash their creativity and grow as individuals.
Su Yao was busy organizing her past materials in the field of international business, listing all the success stories and lessons learned, intending to share the most authentic and useful content with university students. Every time she received an invitation to give a lecture at a university, she prepared meticulously, as if it were an incredibly important battle, because she knew that perhaps a single word she uttered could change a student's future.
In the midst of their busy schedules, the three of them would occasionally get together to chat about their progress and tease each other. Ah Yu would laugh and say to Zhong Hua, "You'd better keep a close eye on those interns. Don't spoil them like little artists and make them forget about practical business considerations." Zhong Hua would give him a reproachful look and say, "Hmph, art is about free expression, unlike your marketing, which is all about data and strategies." Su Yao watched them bickering, laughing heartily, and then said seriously, "Anyway, our goal is the same: to help those young people."
Chapter Two: Mentoring Time
Ah Yu's mentorship program officially launched, and the selected young employees arrived at Ah Yu's office with mixed feelings of trepidation and excitement. Looking at their youthful faces, Ah Yu seemed to see her former self, and smiled gently, saying, "Don't be nervous. From now on, we'll be both teacher and friend. I'll teach you everything I know, so you'd better study hard."
From the most basic market research methods to how to accurately target customers, and then to the conception and planning of creative marketing plans, Ah Yu imparted his knowledge in meticulous detail. He took the young people to participate in actual projects, letting them experience the impact of each decision in practice. A young employee named Xiaofeng initially struggled to grasp the focus of his marketing plans. Ah Yu patiently analyzed cases with him time and time again, accompanying him to revise his plans until he gradually mastered the tricks and produced an excellent plan. Xiaofeng looked at Ah Yu gratefully and said, "Master, without you, I really don't know when I would have made such progress." Ah Yu patted him on the shoulder: "Keep it up, you have great potential, and you will definitely be able to stand on your own in the future."
Zhong Hua's studio also welcomed a group of energetic interns. Standing among them, holding his own paintings, Zhong Hua began to share his artistic insights: "Art is not just a combination of colors and lines, but also an expression of inner emotions. You should be bold and try new things, incorporating your own stories into your work." During the interns' creative process, Zhong Hua would guide them individually, pointing out areas where the composition could be more ingenious and where the color combinations could be more striking. One intern, Xiao You, lacked confidence in her designs, feeling she had no talent. Zhong Hua encouraged her: "Talent is only part of it; more importantly, it depends on hard work and understanding. Look, the brushstrokes in this painting have a great feel to them. Keep it up!" With Zhong Hua's encouragement, Xiao You became increasingly confident, and her designs became increasingly excellent.
Standing on the university lecture platform, Su Yao faced a sea of eyes eager for knowledge. She recounted her experiences at the international business negotiation table with great passion. When she spoke of successes, the students gasped in amazement; when she spoke of setbacks, their faces fell with seriousness. After class, a group of students would always gather around to ask questions. One student, Linlin, blushed and said, "Professor Su, I want to start a business, but I'm afraid of failure. What should I do?" Su Yao smiled at him and said, "Don't be afraid of failure. Failure is a stepping stone to success. First, clarify your ideas, and I can help you with your project plan and provide some resource support."
Chapter Three: Love Awakens
In this frequent interaction and communication, some different feelings are also quietly growing.
During her mentorship, Ah Yu grew to appreciate Xiao Feng's dedication and hard work, feeling a surge of pride as she watched him focus on his tasks. Xiao Feng, in turn, deeply admired Ah Yu, finding him not only highly skilled but also remarkably approachable. One night, after working late on a project, Ah Yu and Xiao Feng went to buy some late-night snacks. Walking along the street, the dim streetlights cast long shadows of them. Suddenly, Xiao Feng said, "Master, I feel so lucky to be able to learn from you. I want to become as capable as you someday." Ah Yu smiled and replied, "You definitely can! Maybe you can even surpass me." At that moment, their eyes met, and a unique understanding flowed between them.
The relationship between Zhong Hua and Xiao You became increasingly subtle. Whenever Xiao You finished a painting she was satisfied with, she would show it to Zhong Hua first, her eyes shining with anticipation for praise. Zhong Hua would look at her paintings and offer sincere compliments, followed by suggestions for improvement. Once, Xiao You accidentally fell and injured herself in the studio. Zhong Hua was frantic and rushed her to the infirmary to treat her wound, anxiously asking, "Does it hurt? It's all my fault for not cleaning the studio properly." Xiao You shook her head and said, "Sister Hua, it's not your fault. It was my own carelessness. Don't blame yourself." Seeing Xiao You's tearful yet determined appearance, Zhong Hua felt a pang of heartache. At that moment, she realized that this little girl held a special place in her heart.
