Chapter 26: Getting in Trouble
Lin Yilan was so angry that she wanted to explain to Comrade Huo, who was still so arrogant even in a wheelchair, that money is not everything. However, she remembered Comrade Huo's good mouth and gave up.
The young nurse next to him was quite perceptive. Seeing that the wheelchair and hospital gown this gentleman was sitting in were unusual, she immediately realized that he should be in the VIP ward upstairs.
"Sir, how about I take you back to your room first?" The young nurse stepped forward and spoke in a very polite tone. She was afraid that if she continued like this, her savior might be a little upset.
"No need," Huo Juncheng first rejected the nurse's request, then raised his hand and pointed at Lin Yilan, his eyes meeting hers, "Come back with me."
This woman must be taken back. She has caused so much trouble in just a short examination.

The security captain, who had legitimate reasons for doing so, felt guilty and replied, "Excuse me, sir, this lady needs to go with us to explain the situation. Shall I have Xiao Zhang take you back to the ward?"
Xiao Zhang is the name of the young nurse standing nearby.
Lin Yilan also waved her hand along with Huo Juncheng: "I have things to do now, you should go back first. You dare to run out before your injuries are healed yet!"
Huo Juncheng's face darkened for a moment. What could be more important than accompanying him?
"I see," Lin Yilan said, as if she had remembered something. She took two steps and walked directly to Huo Juncheng. "You must be bored staying in the ward alone. How about I take you with me?"
Her voice was crisp and clear, which was Lin Yilan's usual style. Coupled with her gentle and harmless smile, even if she said some nonsense about the destruction of the earth and human mutation, people would think she was talking about flowers and plants, or ideals in life.
Even Huo Juncheng would sometimes be frustrated for a moment by her train of thought, but he was Huo Juncheng after all, and he could react immediately.
"There are too many people there, and the doctor said I need to rest."
As soon as he opened his mouth, he told a lie that sounded very real and didn't need any preparation.
The nurse wanted to say, "The doctor told you to rest, and you're still out strolling around?" But Huo Juncheng's handsome face was so deceptive that she kept her mouth shut.
"Then just listen to the nurse and let her take you back."
Lin Yilan felt that her temper had improved a lot after meeting her fiancé, and she even had time to continue chatting here.
Who knew Huo Juncheng still had a sullen face, his hands folded in his lap, and he exuded the air of someone ready to negotiate a business deal. He continued, "I don't know her, and I don't trust her to send me off!"
"I'm a nurse, what's there to be afraid of?" Lin Yilan wanted to slap her forehead helplessly. In her black and white world, aren't all people in uniform good people?
However, having experienced so many ups and downs, Huo Juncheng had reason to tell the truth, but he was not in a good mood to tell his experiences in front of so many outsiders.
The security captain and the young nurse standing at the back were very embarrassed. Although they seemed to be standing there, they seemed to not exist in front of the two people who were having this conversation.
"I'm really defeated by you." Lin Yilan sighed. Although she refused in her heart, she still honestly put her hand on Huo Juncheng's wheelchair.
Turning to the security captain, he said, "Excuse me, uncle. I'd better send my fiancé back first, otherwise he will talk more soon. I'll come downstairs later to explain the situation to you."
When Huo Juncheng was named, he didn't want to talk for a moment and even wanted to lose his temper, but thinking that this woman had always been like this, he endured it for the time being.
"Didn't they say that the surveillance cameras captured it all? I don't think it's necessary for my fiancée to go and explain the situation to you all. After all, she still has to take care of me, her injured fiancé, right?"

"And didn't the nurse next to you see what happened?"

Lin Yilan stood behind Huo Juncheng, watching them exchange a few words and then walk away. Her rough mind was a little confused for a moment: "Didn't you just ask me to go? Why did you suddenly say no?"
"Instead of thinking about this problem, why don't you send me back to my room? I'm tired." Huo Juncheng held his forehead with one hand, looking a little impatient. In fact, he was not at the point where he needed to sit in a wheelchair. He just followed Dr. Chen's advice in order to go out and find someone.
Lin Yilan also came to her senses. She was an optimist and would not continue to let things bother her if she couldn't figure it out, so she sent Huo Juncheng back to the ward.
When they arrived at the ward, Lin Yilan looked at the clock on the white wall and saw that it was already late, so she hurriedly helped Huo Juncheng to the bed.
"It's getting late, I have to go home. You should have a good rest and stop running around." Lin Yilan didn't have a backpack or cloth bag or anything like that, so she tidied up her clothes and prepared to go out.
Huo Juncheng sat on the hospital bed, his eyes following Lin Yilan's movements: "Are you in such a hurry to leave?"
"What else? Do you provide food and accommodation?" Lin Yilan didn't even look at Huo Juncheng, she just said it casually.
However, the speaker may not have intended it, but the listener took it to heart. Huo Juncheng's lips curled up slightly: "Isn't this simple?"
No matter what kind of delicacies he wants to eat, there is nothing that Huo Juncheng cannot get, except what Lin Yilan can't think of. He used to think that the money in his personal account was just meaningless numbers, but now this money has some meaning.
"I'm just talking casually, don't take it seriously. I'll come to see you tomorrow." Lin Yilan waved her hand, thinking that her fiancé on the hospital bed was making a fuss out of nothing.
"What's so good about going home? Is the bed bigger than here? Or is the food better than here?" Huo Juncheng's dark eyes were quite creepy, and his bony fingers were crossed and placed on the silk quilt.
The facilities of this hospital can be said to be among the best in the country.
