Chapter Eleven
The job search didn't go as smoothly as Wen Yixing had imagined.
She interviewed with four companies. Two of them said they required overtime, which wouldn't be suitable for her as she also needed to take care of her child. The other two companies didn't give her a clear answer, only telling her they would contact her in three days.
Wen Yixing had a good attitude; she took her resume to interview at her last company.
This is an entertainment company, quite well-known in the industry. Currently popular actress Su Nian and top singer Nan He are both signed artists with this company.
This company can be considered a competitor of Fang Shiyan's company.
When Wen Yixing saw the company's job posting online, she was somewhat surprised, since she had interned at the company seven years ago, when Yunhua Entertainment was still a small startup.
With a "let's give it a try" attitude, Wen Yixing submitted her resume. To her surprise, her resume was quickly approved, and she received an interview invitation.
Since her resume passed the test, Wen Yixing decided to give it a try. Even if she didn't get the job, it would at least provide her with some experience.
Wen Yixing arrived at the company's office building at 10:00 AM. The company is located in a large office building in the city center, with convenient transportation and several large shopping malls nearby.
Wen Yixing was brought here by her family's driver. She asked the driver to park the car near the office building, then got out and went inside.
It was rush hour, and the elevator was quite crowded. After getting on the elevator, Wen Yixing noticed that everyone inside was a young person, probably someone who had recently graduated from university.
The elevator was slowly ascending. Wen Yixing was standing at the back, lost in thought, when she heard a girl next to her whisper, "Are you here for an interview too?"
Wen Yixing glanced sideways and saw that the young woman was talking to her. She smiled and said, "Yes, I'm here for an interview."
The girl was dressed simply, looked quite young, had a round face, and wore her hair in a bun, exuding youthful energy.
She was very outgoing and started chatting with Wen Yixing in the elevator.
After a brief chat, Wen Yixing discovered that they had interviewed with the same company.
However, the positions were different. Wen Yixing was interviewing for the operations department, while this girl was interviewing for the live-streaming artist position. The girl was excited and nervous, and she talked a lot to Wen Yixing, who responded with a smile.
Finally, the elevator arrived.
The company is on the 23rd floor. Once the elevator doors open, you can see inside. In the outermost lobby, many employees are working, each with their own desk, busy with their own tasks.
After Wen Yixing arrived, she first went to the company's front desk to register. Soon, the receptionist led her to a special interview room. The room was small, and three women were waiting inside. When someone came in, the three women looked up at each other.
The receptionist brought her here and then left.
Needless to say, everyone sitting here is competing for the same position. After all, the salary and benefits for this position are not low, so the competition is naturally even fiercer.
No one spoke in the room; the atmosphere was awkward and tense. Wen Yixing casually chose a seat and sat down, waiting quietly.
"Sister, are you also interviewing for this position?"
The girl who initiated the conversation with Wen Yixing was sitting next to her. She was pretty and had exquisite makeup on her face.

The girl blinked and asked again, "Did you change careers?"

Besides this girl, the other two girls in the room were also very interested in this issue, and they listened quietly.

Wen Yixing: "Yes."

The room fell silent again, until a few minutes later the girl sitting by the door excitedly asked, "Was that Nanhe who just walked by?!"
Upon hearing this name, Wen Yixing also looked up towards the door.
"This company has a lot of celebrities, don't make a fuss."
The sophisticated-looking girl who had spoken earlier replied indifferently, her gaze sweeping arrogantly over everyone.
Wen Yixing didn't pay attention to the girl's gaze. She replied softly, "It looks like him, but I couldn't see it clearly."

Nanhe hadn't been to the company for a long time; he came back this time to deal with some issues related to a signed contract.
As a popular singer, Nanhe is required by her manager to wear a hat and mask even when she comes to the company, because there are too many people in the company and it is easy to cause unnecessary trouble.
