Chapter 57 Little Star

Chapter 57 Little Star

If Shu Wan looked back now, she would definitely see that Rong Chen's eyes were full of tenderness. As long as she looked back slightly, she would fall into that bottomless tenderness.

When the song was over, she stopped what she was doing and looked back with a sweet smile.

"Does it sound good?" She felt good about herself, but she urgently needed Rong Chen's affirmation.

"Okay!" Rong Chen came back to his senses, and then, like a kid who had been caught doing something wrong, he avoided Shu Wan's gaze with an extremely unnatural expression. He had no idea what Shu Wan had just said, but he was anxious to cover up his gaffe so he raised his hands to applaud, but he accidentally catered to Shu Wan's question.

"Thank you!" She didn't know whether Rong Chen concealed it too well or Shu Wan was too slow in recognizing feelings, she didn't notice anything unusual about Rong Chen.

"What kind of song are you talking about? I've never heard of it before!" Rong Chen now had an illusion. He felt that the person standing in front of him was not the Shu Wan in the rumors.

"Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" Shu Wan made a heart shape with her thumb and index finger, and said with a smile, "It's a very simple song. I'm not as good as others, so I don't dare to try a complicated song." She hadn't touched the piano for a long time, and she didn't know how different the piano in front of her was from her world, so she just tentatively chose a simpler song. After playing the song, there were subtle differences, but fortunately, the difference was not very big and controllable! "It's very beautiful." Rong Chen felt that he was becoming more and more fascinated by Shu Wan. What else about her did he not know?

"Thank you. Since you think it sounds good, can it be used to offset the gift you gave me?" Brothers should also settle accounts clearly. Shouldn't they? Although Shu Wan felt that she had taken a priceless treasure from someone else, the gift she gave back was not worth mentioning, but Rong Chen had everything he needed. Well, if there was a chance in the future, she would make up for it.

However, she should just keep this in mind and not let Rong Chen know.

"Of course." Rong Chen answered her seriously, "And I think it's a good thing that I can listen to such a beautiful song!" How could he not see the little thoughts in Shu Wan's eyes, but what he said was also from the bottom of his heart.

"Hehe," Shu Wan smiled innocently, "Then I'll find someone to move this thing back." There was actually another reason why she was so happy, and that was that this proved that she was still alive.

"I'll help you find it!" Rong Chen's eyes unconsciously began to reveal an emotion of doting again. While speaking, he raised his hand and made a gesture, and then after a few breaths, several secret guards appeared.

"Greetings, Master. Greetings, Madam." Feng Ling led a few people to half-kneel and salute.

"It's you!" Shu Wan greeted warmly, "We've met before, what's your name?" She had met Rong Chen in his study a few days ago, but she forgot to ask his name.

"In reply to madam, my name is Feng Ling." Feng Ling glanced at Rong Chen quietly, then answered cautiously.

"Feng Ling...what a nice name, Fengling Ferry Chu..." Shu Wan stopped the urge to praise him, "Please help me move this piano to my yard, thank you!" She thanked him politely first.

"Madam, please forgive me. This is the duty of my subordinates." Feng Ling replied politely.

"Okay, let's get started!" Rong Chen interrupted their conversation and gave Feng Ling an ambiguous look. The latter felt a chill down his spine for an instant.

So the four secret guards including Feng Ling took action immediately, slowly lifted the piano from four positions, and walked out extremely carefully.

Shu Wan was really worried, fearing that they would accidentally bump into the piano, so he had no choice but to run after them, even ignoring Rong Chen who was still standing in the room.

"Be careful not to break it. This piano is precious! If it breaks, it will be gone." She reminded them as she ran.

Feng Ling and the others naturally became more careful after hearing this, as if they were holding up not a piano, but the whole world! "Twinkle, twinkle little star, the sky is full of little stars..." Shu Wan followed them away happily, unconsciously humming the song "Twinkle Little Star" that she had just played.

Rong Chen stood there in a daze. It would be a lie to say that he didn't feel disappointed. However, despite the disappointment, he couldn't help laughing. This little girl!

So he shook off the distracting thoughts in his head and followed.
