After arranging the photo matter, Su Jieyu did not delay. After saying goodbye to Zhao Gang, she rushed directly to the army, intending to go to the political department to settle the marriage report issue first.
Soon, she arrived.
In the office of the army's political department, Su Jieyu knocked on the door, straightened his back, and after hearing a response from inside, he strode in.
"Director Wang."
The director of the political department was a middle-aged man in his forties, slightly plump. When he smiled, the wrinkles on his face were squeezed together, looking a little funny.

When he saw Su Jieyu, Meng Huaizhou raised his eyebrows slightly, but after a moment, he pretended not to see it, picked up the teacup and continued to sip his tea.
Out of the corner of his eye he saw Su Jieyu walking towards him, and Meng Huaizhou couldn't help but curl up the corners of his lips and smile.

But he didn't want to pay attention to her. Just when he saw her, he felt nauseous and subconsciously became a lot more irritated.
So after a moment, Meng Huaizhou turned his head away, avoiding Su Jieyu's sight, stood up, picked up the information, and planned to go out directly.
Su Jieyu looked at him, the corners of her mouth slightly raised, and her hand holding the application form tightened a little.
She looked straight ahead and did not wait for Meng Huaizhou to leave. She walked straight to the table, blocked his way, raised her arm high, and slammed the report in her hand heavily on the table with a "bang".
She said calmly: "Wait a minute, don't leave yet, I have something to tell you."
The courtyard was extremely quiet, with only the occasional sound of wind, which seemed particularly abrupt and clear.
Meng Huaizhou was stunned for a moment, and didn't react at all. He looked up at Su Jieyu in surprise and frowned, "What do you mean? Are you crazy? Don't bother me, I still have work to do!"
After saying this, he was about to leave, not wanting to communicate any more with Su Jieyu.
Su Jieyu looked at him, raised her hand to block his way, picked up the report on the table, shook it in front of his eyes, and said in a cold voice: "Divorce report, sign it."
As soon as she finished speaking, she seemed to remember something, nodded thoughtfully, and continued: "Oh, this house was also allocated to me by the unit, it has nothing to do with you, after you sign, don't delay, just pack up your things and move out of my house."
Su Jieyu spoke calmly, as if she was talking about something very ordinary. After she finished speaking, she turned her head to look at Aunt Zhang standing beside her, smiled, and said, "Aunt Zhang, I'll leave this matter to you. You should supervise him and make him move out quickly."
Su Jie's tone was calm, and it was hard to tell whether it was hot or cold.
Aunt Zhang was listening to her words with a complicated expression on her face and she felt so heartbroken. She knew her wife best and understood how she felt right now.
Don't be fooled by her calm appearance, as if nothing happened. In fact, she is extremely upset at this moment.
After all, all the efforts made over the years were not fake. Suddenly finding out that her husband had cheated on her, she must have felt very bad.

Aunt Zhang nodded but didn't say anything.
Meng Huaizhou was just about to walk out, but when he heard this, his movements froze instantly, as if he was under a spell.
He turned his head slowly with a look of shock, his eyes wide open, staring at the divorce report in Su Jieyu's hand, and asked her in disbelief: "Divorce report? You want to divorce me?"
"Su Jieyu, are you sure?"
He shook his head, his brows furrowed tightly.
There was only a flash of panic in his eyes, but after a moment, it was covered up by strength and calmness.
Su Jieyu sat down on a stone bench at the side and said in a deep voice, "Well, sign it. From now on, you and I will have nothing to do with each other."
Meng Huaizhou frowned, staring at her with a sharp gaze, and said in a low, somewhat impatient voice, "Su Jieyu, what are you talking about? I don't have time to argue with you. At this age, there's no need to do that anymore, right?"
"I'm not making trouble with you." Su Jieyu didn't say much.
Meng Huaizhou's expression froze for a moment, and he looked down at the divorce report she had placed on the table. A smile appeared on the corner of his mouth, and he straightened the collar of his shirt and said lightly, "Do you think I will sign it? Don't be naive. Just tell me what you want. There's no need to play these childish tricks and put on such a show."
Originally this morning he was still wondering why Su Jieyu had changed so much, she stopped making trouble and became much more obedient.
Now it seems that he was overthinking.
