Chapter 78 Live broadcast!

Chapter 78 Live broadcast!

The next morning, Zhou Cheng received a call from Director Li. He thought the department was too busy and asked him to come to work early, but it turned out that the hospital leaders wanted him to talk to all the doctors in the hospital about the award-winning project in Los Angeles.

"Zhou Cheng, how is your recovery? Can you teach?" Director Li asked with concern in a stiff tone.

"No problem. Where can we talk?" Zhou Cheng was afraid of disturbing Su Qingyan, so he got out of bed, closed the bedroom door, and walked into the living room before speaking.

"You can do it remotely. At 3 pm, the medical department will share the conference room with you." Director Li heard Zhou Cheng speaking in a low voice and thought it was because of lung injury.

"Okay, I'll get ready." Zhou Cheng said as he turned on the computer.

"Take good care of yourself. There's no need to rush back to work. The dean specifically mentioned to me today that scientific research personnel shouldn't be on duty on the front lines unless absolutely necessary."

"Director, this is not necessary, right? Clinical work is also important..." Zhou Cheng frowned. He could do scientific research, but he would never let go of clinical work.

"Let's talk about it when you go to work. Take care of yourself first." Director Li interrupted him, gave him a few more instructions, and then hung up the phone.

It's really rare to receive Director Li's concern.

Zhou Cheng hung up the phone, and then saw the message his mother had just sent. After replying a few words perfunctorily, he locked his phone screen and added the new guidelines he learned at the meeting to the courseware.

After Su Qingyan got up, he saw Zhou Cheng typing on the computer in the study, so he muttered a few words and told him not to sit for too long.

"I have a class this afternoon, starting at 3 o'clock. Are you going to the company today?" Zhou Cheng stopped and looked up and asked Su Qingyan.

"Who are you going to lecture?" Su Qingyan sat on the chair opposite the desk.

"Colleagues from the hospital. If you are at home, please wait until I finish my lecture before entering the study." Zhou Cheng felt it necessary to emphasize discipline with Su Qingyan.

"Are you afraid that I will cause trouble?" Su Qingyan immediately stood up and walked to Zhou Cheng, then sat on his lap.

"Please spare me, the whole hospital will see it..." Zhou Cheng hugged Su Qingyan's waist and said to him in a flattering manner.

Su Qingyan did have to go to the company today, but he still rushed back before 3 o'clock and postponed the meeting until the evening.

Zhou Cheng entered the conference room 10 minutes early. Only the medical staff were online now, but Geng Shili soon appeared on the screen.

"Xiao Zhou, how is your recovery going?"

"It's nothing serious. Thank you, Dean Geng." Zhou Cheng was a little surprised, but still greeted Geng Shili politely.

"Your attendance at this meeting really put a dent in the Yankees' prestige."

"Ahem, Dean Geng..." The staff member turned on the microphone and whispered a reminder to Geng Shili.

"Learn from each other, learn from each other." Zhou Cheng didn't feel that he was already riding on others' heads.

Soon, Dean Geng was asked to leave the video by the staff. Just as Zhou Cheng opened the courseware, the door of the study was pushed open.

"Has it started?" Su Qingyan came in exhausted and asked in a low voice.

Zhou Cheng immediately turned off the microphone and camera.

"Not yet, why are you back?" Zhou Cheng asked vigilantly.

"I missed you." Su Qingyan blew a kiss to Zhou Cheng and closed the study door.

When Zhou Cheng saw him go out, his heart, which had been alarmed, slowly calmed down.

The hospital attached great importance to this meeting, as it was, after all, a matter of national honor. But to be fair, it was also due to Su Qingyan's recent strong support for the hospital. The hospital was tacitly aware of President Su and Dr. Zhou's romance, but due to Su Qingyan's sensitive status, no one dared to speak out. Even if some did, it wouldn't affect Zhou Cheng, as he simply didn't care about what others thought.

The first half of the meeting went smoothly, but when the study door was pushed open again, Zhou Cheng was so startled that he covered his mouth and nose and coughed strategically.

Su Qingyan walked into the study wearing only a white shirt, resting his arm on the computer, supporting his cheek, and tilting his head to look at Zhou Cheng who was pretending to be calm and teaching seriously.

Zhou Cheng's eyes wandered, and after glancing at Su Qingyan a few times, he didn't dare to look again. Seeing his forced meditation, Su Qingyan took advantage of the situation and sat down on the desk, her long, white thighs swaying in front of Zhou Cheng.

Zhou Cheng clenched the mouse in his hand, took a deep breath, gritted his teeth, and continued teaching.

The private chat in the conference room rang a few times. The staff of the medical department noticed that he was acting strangely and asked if he needed to rest.

Zhou Cheng replied with the two words "No need" while speaking.

Seeing his attitude, Su Qingyan was not discouraged at all. He raised the corners of his eyes and slowly unbuttoned a few buttons of his shirt. Zhou Cheng couldn't help but look at him again, and then he started coughing violently.

Su Qingyan wore several body chains under her shirt, which shone brightly in the light, swinging back and forth across her chest. Zhou Cheng's blood rushed to his chest. After saying sorry and pausing for a moment, he quickly clicked the button, stood up, and left the camera's range.

"Stop making trouble..." Zhou Cheng pulled Su Qingyan up from the desk.

"Doctor Zhou?" The staff member found that they could still hear Zhou Cheng's voice, so they quickly turned on the microphone, but there was no response.

"I didn't make a fuss." Su Qingyan said with a smile.

The whole hospital heard this flirtatious conversation. The staff acted decisively and manually kicked Zhou Cheng out of the meeting room, then told everyone on the microphone to take a 10-minute break.

It turned out that Zhou Cheng had mistaken the mute button for the microphone-off button in a panic.

"Do you like it?" Su Qingyan asked as he unbuttoned all the buttons.

"I'll deal with you tonight. Get out now." Zhou Cheng looked at the thin chain dotted with diamonds shining on Su Qingyan's neck and chest, with a long chain hanging in the valley of his chest. He felt that his nose was about to bleed again, so he quickly pushed him out.

"Give me a kiss and I'll go out." Su Qingyan acted like a spoiled child and rubbed Zhou Cheng in his arms.

Zhou Cheng kissed him several times, wanting him to leave quickly.

"Your face is as red as a monkey's butt." Su Qingyan said while pinching his cheek.

When Zhou Cheng returned to the computer, he found that he was offline, so he went back into the meeting room. This time he did not turn on the camera, and spoke the whole time by voice, finishing the second half of the speech seriously.

Dean Geng then made a summary and finally called on all doctors in the hospital to learn from Zhou Cheng. However, Zhou Cheng left the meeting room early and walked out of the study to settle accounts with Su Qingyan.

Su Qingyan stood in front of the mirror, neatly dressed, putting on a brooch.

"Why do you know how to put on clothes now?" Zhou Cheng walked towards him with the chains in his hand.

"I have to go to a meeting." Su Qingyan put on the brooch and went to pick out perfume.

"Stop the meeting." This was the first time Zhou Cheng stopped Su Qingyan from dealing with work matters. "Deal with my situation first."

Su Qingyan felt uneasy when she saw Zhou Cheng's deep eyes, and hurried to please him.

"Brother, this is really a serious matter. I have to go. Can you tell me when I come back?"

"I can't wait any longer." Zhou Cheng walked over and grabbed Su Qingyan's tie, pulling it out in a few seconds.

"It's about your little lover!" Su Qingyan hurriedly called for help.

"I don't have a little lover, only you." Zhou Cheng said and pulled his suit again.

"I was wrong. I won't play around next time..." Su Qingyan didn't expect Zhou Cheng to be so strong today. Usually, he would just give in and be coaxed.

"It's too late."
