Chapter 89 Cross-Enforcement
At the junction of Mincheng's West District and South District, there are bright lights, wine, women and singing and dancing every night. It is not as vibrant and prosperous as the East District, but has a mixed urban atmosphere.

"He attacked a police officer—" the young policeman said indignantly.
"Shut up." Guan Wenzhen took the key from him and personally unlocked the handcuffs for Wan Lin.
