He originally had the aura of an immortal, but now he looked so flustered and embarrassed.
He looked at the two people surrounding him and swallowed fearfully, "You, don't come over here, or I'll shout!"
Hearing the Imperial Observer's words, the assassin in black nightgown laughed out loud: "Why don't you try and see which is faster, your voice or my sword!"
The Imperial Astronomical Observatory knelt on the ground and said, "Two heroes, I know you are here to silence me. Could you please let me die with a clear conscience? Let me know who will kill me!"
"You're about to die, yet you still have so many demands!" As he said this, he raised the long sword in his hand and stabbed it down fiercely.
The Imperial Astronomical Observatory screamed and closed his eyes in fear.
Then a sword pierced his chest, and the Imperial Observatory fell down.
The two men in black looked at each other and went in the same direction.
When the two of them arrived at a house together, they saw a person waiting in the room, yawning constantly, and a bright red lip print was printed on the cup beside him.
When she heard the knock on the door, she immediately perked up and said, "Come in!"
The two men in black entered. Aunt Hong stood up and looked at them with a smile: "You're all back? How's everything going?"
The two men in black knelt on the ground, and one of them reported, "He stabbed the other man in the heart with his sword."
As she spoke, she looked at the person beside her. Aunt Hong asked hesitantly, "Just because someone is stabbed in the heart doesn't mean they're dead!"
This sentence alerted the two people. Aunt Hong said with a serious face: "Go and take the head off!"
The man in black stood up and walked out, but he didn't expect that another man in black walking behind him would stab him with the sword.
The man in black widened his eyes, then drew out his sword and fell to the ground.
Aunt Hong looked at the masked man in black in surprise: "You, you, are you betraying me?"
But when she looked into the other person's eyes in the dim candlelight, she realized that he was not hers at all!
"Someone come here!" Aunt Hong roared, but the sword in the black-clothed man's hand was faster, causing Aunt Hong to feel a sharp pain in her neck and swallow the words that were about to come to her lips.
Looking at the man in black, he gnashed his teeth angrily and said, "You killed another man, replaced him, followed my people, and came here?"
The man in black didn't respond, but struck out with a palm, knocking the man unconscious.
When Aunt Hong regained consciousness, she discovered that her hands and feet were tied up and it was difficult for her to move.
She looked up at the seat at the top, where a man and a woman were sitting, both looking at her lazily.
They had been waiting for her to wake up.
Aunt Hong shuddered, then lowered her head, not daring to breathe, probably because she recognized the identities of Ni Yueshan and Jing Yuchen.
Ni Yueshan yawned, "Auntie Hong? Sending people to assassinate the Imperial Observatory?"
Aunt Hong didn't say anything. Ni Yueshan taunted her, "Your mouth has been cleaned. The poison sac is gone. If you want to die, I'm afraid you won't be able to fulfill your wish."
Aunt Hong's face changed, and she looked a little terrified. Ni Yueshan continued, "Killing the Imperial Observatory was to silence him, right? I wonder if that girl named Ran'er in the brothel you manage has confessed yet."
Aunt Hong's expression changed further, and she finally asked back, "Madam, who are you? I didn't provoke you, did I? Why did you tie me up and say such strange things?"
Ni Yueshan rolled her eyes at her and looked at Jing Yuchen: "I have a very bad temper right now. I can't stand people who pretend to be stupid. If she doesn't tell the truth after being questioned once, I will either cut off her arms or kill her directly. You can judge her!"
Jing Yuchen coughed awkwardly. Today he was dressed in crescent white and sitting on a chair. Compared with the irritable Ni Yueshan, he looked much calmer.
Aunt Hong frowned and began to feel fear in her heart, but she still didn't say anything.
Jing Yuchen looked at Qing Feng who was standing beside him and said, "Throw her into the water tank, put a fire underneath, and let her burn slowly."
"Yes!" Qingfeng went down to do as she was told. Aunt Hong glared at her. Was he asking her to be boiled to death?
"Please spare my life!" Aunt Hong begged Jing Yuchen for mercy, but Jing Yuchen seemed not to hear her. He picked up the tea beside him and drank it slowly.
Ni Yueshan yawned and watched the person being thrown into the water tank. Aunt Hong watched in horror as others lit matches and then ignited them. The feeling under her feet was getting hotter and hotter.
Heat began to rise from her body, she found it difficult to breathe, and her face was covered with steam.
She felt that even if she was not scalded to death, she would be scared to death.
Finally, he shouted, "No, stop burning it, just give me a quick death, I know only a little bit..."
As she spoke, she roared and cried. Qing Feng looked at Jing Yuchen, who said in a cold voice, "Burn a bigger fire."
After that, the fire became more and more intense, and the warm water gradually became boiling hot. Aunt Hong felt that she could not breathe and her eyes were dizzy.
Ni Yueshan was somewhat disappointed. "Didn't they find out anything from Ran'er's interrogation? Did the Imperial Observatory take that sword attack in vain?"
Jing Yuchen responded calmly, "It wasn't in vain. He lied first and testified against the Prime Minister's Mansion. This is a lesson for him. After losing half his life, perhaps he will learn to cherish the ordinary days and not be greedy for money."
When Aunt Hong woke up again, her eyes were blindfolded, and the area below her abdomen was immersed in water. There seemed to be something in the water, which churned and made splashing sounds from time to time.
Aunt Hong screamed, and another woman beside her also screamed in fear.
Both of them were tied up and couldn't see, so their situation made them even more frightened.
