Chapter 142 The Punishment That Deserves It

Cheng Shuang did not get the answer she wanted.

Because she was locked in the bathroom, the man used the same hose she had used before to roughly pour cold water all over her.

The water was cold, but it didn't feel as biting as I had imagined when it hit my skin; it was as if something was shielding my senses.

But the current was strong, and the little girl couldn't open her eyes. She tried to huddle in the corner and protect her head with her arms to avoid water getting into her face. She even had the mind to make a self-deprecating joke - this must be the legendary payback!

The meticulously groomed man, still wearing makeup, kept complaining, "You stink! How can you smell so bad! You're suffocating me! Come on, take a good shower!"

Fortunately, seeing the small figure huddled in the corner completely soaked, he decided not to stay in the bathroom. He took shampoo and shower gel, placed them on the sink, gave a few more instructions, and then turned to leave.

Cheng Shuang heard the sound of the lock clicking shut.

After thinking about it, she finally couldn't resist the temptation to take a bath.

The lingering fishy smell acted like a compass, specifically helping the enemy to reveal her whereabouts.

Cheng Shuang wouldn't be foolish enough to use the things left behind by the man. She took out a travel outfit from her space, intending to wash it along with her clothes, and then find a safe place to change into clean clothes later.

The little girl used a foaming net to create a lot of foam as quickly as possible, intending to apply it directly to her body and then rinse it off, but the door moved and Fei Sishi walked in.

His eyes were gloomy. He slammed the door shut and turned around, revealing what he was holding.

Two steel wool balls.

Cheng Shuang leaned warily against the wall, her hands full of foam, like a kitten taking its first bath, filled with fear and panic in the face of the water.

Fei Sishi suddenly smiled. He greatly admired the little girl's trembling expression, and his mood changed from gloomy to sunny, even showing a hint of tenderness.

At that moment, he resembled a forgiving parent who, after being angry with a child who had made a mistake, would forgive them.

However……

"Don't even think about running away from home next time. You should know you can't get out! Ferro, be a good boy and stop getting yourself all dirty and smelly. Come on, let me scrub your back!"

Back rub?

What should we use to rub it?

As he approached step by step with the steel wool in his hand, the little girl knew exactly what he wanted to use to scrub her back!

madman!

He's insane!

Cheng Shuang cursed under her breath.

She almost had the illusion that she had misunderstood him.

This is clearly a way to gain a child's trust.

For Faith, it was a game he never tired of.

As the man reached out to grab her in a frenzy, Cheng Shuang looked up and smiled sweetly. Taking advantage of his surprise, she suddenly jumped up and smeared her hands full of foam on his face.

"You damn brat! I should beat you to death! Ahhh! My eyes, what is this? It hurts so much!"

Caught off guard, Fei Sishi never expected that the usually obedient Fei Luo would rebel. It should be said that even the most stubborn child would learn what it means to obey and accept one's fate after being disciplined by him two or three times.

He cursed loudly, covered his face and looked around for water, but the faucet was connected to a hose, and he couldn't find the right outlet for a long time. Frustrated, he wiped his face casually with his sleeve and changed his target to grab Cheng Shuang to vent his anger.

The bathroom was small, and his two large arms scratched haphazardly. He was tall, and even with his eyes closed, he almost grabbed the little girl who had shrunk into a tiny strip several times.

Because he kept failing, he angrily grabbed whatever he could find and threw it away, without caring at all that he was dealing with a vulnerable child.

Cheng Shuang nimbly dodged the buckets of water and bottles of shampoo that suddenly flew at her, until a small silver knife-shaped razor grazed her scalp and stuck into the gap between the tiles. The little girl puffed up her cheeks and became as angry as a pufferfish.

She glared at Faith and snapped, "Why did you do that! I didn't hurt you. If you're so tough, go fight the bad guys! You can't beat up other adults, so you take it out on me. You're really something, you're your parents' pride!"

Such a light accusation naturally wouldn't stop a violent man; instead, it gave him the opportunity to find the little girl by following the sound.

Fei Sishi paused, grabbed the mop on his side, and slammed it down hard.

Cheng Shuang pursed her lips tightly.

She wasn't a defenseless child who would let him beat or kill her. Even so, she believed that such an adult should receive the punishment he deserved.

The little girl was no longer passive. She released the bear cub and coldly watched it leap into the air and kick the man over. The fluffy bear JIOJIO mercilessly stepped on his face.

Fei Sishi let out a scream.

A man's shrill voice immediately rang out from outside the door, "Si Shi?"

With a mouthful of bear paw hair, Fei Sishi naturally couldn't answer. In his struggle, he knocked over the bucket he had thrown on the ground.

The knocking intensified. "Sishi? Sishi? What's wrong?"

"Stop playing around! Ferro is relatively obedient; we'll teach him a lesson next time he makes a big mistake!"

"Sishi, are you alright? Be careful, if Ferro dies too, there will be too many problems!"

"Even if you become the sponsor, it might be difficult to continue adopting them by then."

"Sishi, did you hear me? I'm going in now!"

The door lock clicked as it turned. Cheng Shuang hesitated about how to deal with the man outside who had been trying to persuade Fei Sishi, but upon hearing the next sentence, the girl's face tightened, and she lost all her resolve.

"Oh dear! The person who suggested you adopt a cub was to satisfy your little quirk, not to make you kill it..."

The man who had just entered the bathroom stared in disbelief at the massive brown bear that occupied half the space. His delicately drawn eyebrows and eyes were filled with astonishment.

The next second he let out a piercing scream and turned to run out, but the door slammed shut. He slowly looked up, the black cloak like the gaze of death looking down at him.
