Chapter 391 Doesn't Suit My Temperament

Cheng Shuang put the broken doll back in its place, opened the bottom drawer, and sure enough, saw the narrow box that contained the doll.

She carefully placed the intact dolls, along with their stands, into the box one by one.

All of this couldn't escape the eyes of the plastic girls, except for the key girl who spoke up, feigning concern: "It's temporary ownership, miss. Temporary ownership expires when you leave the children's play area!" She drawled, "You can't take them with you!"

Cheng Shuang did not stop; instead, she sped up.

She originally thought she couldn't even take her to play house outside!

She filled eighteen boxes, stuffed them into her backpack, leaving only the broken dolls behind, closed and locked the door in one smooth motion, and then the plastic girls watched as the young lady walked with an air of indifference, putting the dolls next to her into empty boxes one by one.

Cheng Shuang ignored the lingering, urgent gazes of the plastic girls and reached out to the girl with the key.

The girl with the key, carrying a pretty doll, suddenly revealed a smug smile. But Cheng Shuang, quicker to read her mind, twirled the pearl keychain in her hand. "Ownership was lost the moment you lost the game! So, put that doll down. If you break the rules and damage her, well, you know what will happen!"

Cheng Shuang was just guessing randomly, but she didn't expect that the girl with the key would indeed become hesitant, and the upturned corners of her mouth slowly turned into an inverted arc.

It said bitterly, "What you can't take with you is that prison!"

"It's all in vain!" Cheng Shuang patted its little head condescendingly. "Child, instead of wasting time being naughty, you should read more books and learn some culture."

Before the girl with the key could get angry and open her hand, the little girl raised her hand first, snatched the doll away, and put it into the box.

The dolls feel exactly like Barbie dolls; they have no breath and no heat, and every single one of them is like that.

Despite knowing that she was doing something futile, Cheng Shuang still wanted to go through the trouble. She wanted to focus all her attention on the doll rather than trying to determine if the key was real or fake.

"Miss, if you leave this area, you have to return the key!"

The girl with the key held her head high, her smug smugness radiating from her very bones. Otska definitely owed this faceless little girl a big prize!

After handing the mischievous key to the key-wielding girl, Cheng Shuang walked out of the pretend play area without looking back.

The plastic girls were eating, lamenting their dolls, and wanted to stop Cheng Shuang, but they had to consider the rules of the competition.

The key girl, on the other hand, danced with joy. She was more thoughtful than the other plastic girls, especially eager to see the expression on her face when the doll that the bad sister had packed up was returned.

That urgent feeling completely overshadowed the disappointment and anger of losing the game.

Meanwhile, the boys in the nearby building block area had a clear view of the girls' squabble. As Cheng Shuang passed by, they all lowered their heads, a mixture of anticipation (for candy) and fear of this sharp-tongued young lady.

For a moment, the entire building block area was eerily quiet. Every young boy was lost in thought: If she takes a liking to my building blocks, how many bags of sweets will I have to trade with her for? They're delicious, but if my toys are taken away, what will I play with?

Having received her return ticket, Cheng Shuang didn't want to stay any longer. Ignoring the many expectant yet conflicted gazes behind her, she found the receptionist holding a child and asked, "Big sister, is there anything else fun? I don't think the games here suit my style; they're too childish!"

The receptionist was speechless. "Elegance?" she thought. "Infuriatingly low quality?"

"Yes!" The receptionist gave a perfunctory smile, "Go to the back, to the very end, the children's activity area."

You can sense that gloating attitude even without looking at its empty eye sockets.

Cheng Shuang glanced at the doorway discreetly; it seemed impossible to get the receptionist to let her leave.

The little girl wasn't disappointed. She thanked them and turned to walk towards the children's activity area.

Uncle Sun mentioned the children's activity area, where there was a domineering kid. Uncle Sun thought he had won him over with snacks, but he didn't expect the kid to go back on his word, causing him to be careless halfway through and almost fall for it.

In the end, I wasted a one-time use card to fool the other party and let him pass the level.

The activity area is the largest, and it includes a miniature train, children's trampolines, rock climbing, and bungee jumping.

As soon as Cheng Shuang approached, a cacophony of tinkling music filled the air, a playful mix of childlike charm and a touch of chaos.

She stopped, only to see a wave of water coming down from the sky, about to splash her all over.

The little girl quickly picked up a small plastic toy that ran by and put it on her head.

The plastic child, completely dazed after being drenched, stood up on the ground, soaking wet. Just as it was about to cry, a small box of ice cream appeared in front of it.

The plastic toy immediately forgot to cry, happily ran away with its ice cream, even afraid that a child would try to take it from it. It didn't even care who was using it to block the water behind it, and it disappeared in a flash.

Cheng Shuang then looked up and saw a plastic figure about her height holding a water gun and bungee jumping. The stream of water was coming from the water gun.

It was intentional!

With just one glance, Cheng Shuang could tell that the other party was radiating intense malice.

Cheng Shuang glanced at it lightly, then stepped forward to continue walking. There was a small back door behind all the attractions in the children's activity area; it seemed that was the real exit.

As soon as she stretched out her leg, a tremendous, rumbling noise erupted, as if the earth were shaking.

Cheng Shuang suddenly turned her head and looked over. She didn't know when, but the whimsical little train had turned into a real, steel-framed train, speeding towards her.

The wind howled, and even the protectors, whose skills were gradually surpassing those of ordinary people, could not outrun the train.

The plastic boy who had been bungee jumping was watching the direction the train was heading with a smug look on his face, until the train's tail passed by. But instead of the expected pool of flesh and blood on the ground, the human girl was standing perfectly intact not far away.

She held an exquisite blue-eyed doll in her arms, and raised her face, which was more delicate than any other doll. Her peach blossom eyes quietly watched it. Although she was standing below the bungee jumping platform, she had a deep and sharp insight that seemed to see through its every move.

It's as if they're saying, 'Little boy, your pranks are nothing compared to what you've got!'

Cheng Shuang: No, I didn't, don't talk nonsense!

Cheng Shuang certainly didn't think that way. She was just startled by the sudden event, and her brain cells, which were called fear, didn't even have time to react before the matter was over!

But all of this appeared to the plastic boy on the bungee jumping platform as a king challenging king!

It immediately ripped open the highly elastic safety rope, swooped down from the air, and accurately blocked Cheng Shuang's path.

Three loud snaps were heard.

Cheng Shuang clapped her hands in admiration!

Plastic boy...(╰_╯)# I'm not a circus monkey!
