The three men and women behind them were groping around in the dark, occasionally letting out a shout, it was unclear whether they had touched or bumped into something. Their actions seriously affected Cheng Shuang's judgment, causing the young girl to involuntarily whisper, "Shut up!"
The three were startled, clearly unaware that a fourth person was lurking in the darkness.

Nianying called out anxiously, "Shuangshuang, is it dark where you are? I should be not far from you, don't be afraid!"
What are you afraid of? Are you afraid a zombie will pop out of the room?
Cheng Shuang said softly, both amused and exasperated, "I'm not far from you. I won't move, and I'm not afraid of the dark. Please keep your voices down, or you're giving me a headache."
"Okay!" the three said in unison.
Sure enough, they lowered their voices. They wanted to find Cheng Shuang, so they moved a little too loudly. Before long, Qiu Sheng and Wen Cai hugged each other. The two felt something was wrong and jumped away from each other with a cry, then quickly covered their mouths.
Cheng Shuang placed a thicker piece of double-sided tape on the floor in the direction where the first apple disappeared, and then threw the second apple a little to the side.
After the apple hit something, it veered off course and rolled a long way.
The little girl immediately perked up, stuck on the second piece of double-sided tape according to the correct direction, shifted her finger slightly again, and threw the third apple.
This time, the apple fell smoothly down the stairs, making a thumping sound.
