No one present dared to say they could withstand a punch from Ye Zi.
At this point, Ye Zi had stopped pretending and was clearly planning to make a move.
Ye Zi was facing a group of people alone, but his advantage lay with her.
None of the people on the other side dared to make a move.
Ye Zi raised her hands and extended her middle fingers, gesturing towards the contestants.
Then he pushed aside the young white woman and went straight to the Japanese soldiers who had come earlier.
The Japanese soldiers wanted to escape, but no one dared to stop Ye Zi.
They grabbed the Japanese soldier by the back of the neck, dragged him to the cart, and forced him to the ground. Then they picked up a bottle filled with soil, pried open the soldier's mouth, and poured the soil into his mouth.
There wasn't much soil to begin with, and some of it was still stuck to the inside of the bottle, so very little of it ended up in the mouths of the Japanese soldiers.
Throwing away the earthen bottle, Ye Zi grabbed the bottle she had vomited into and poured it into the Japanese soldier's mouth as well.
It was only one bite, but it was really disgusting.
Finally, the young man from Bayang poured the last bit of water into the Japanese soldier's mouth instead of into his mouth, directly onto the soldier's face.
Then, looking at the terrified Japanese soldier, he said:
"If you dare to play dirty tricks next time, you're as good as dead."
After Ye Zi finished speaking, she generously drew her own machete and swapped it with the Japanese soldier's, then threw it at the Japanese soldier.
Ye Zi glanced around dismissively, then sat back down in her previous spot, took out a cigarette, lit it, and stared at the Japanese soldier who had been thrown out.
The Japanese soldier was thrown out, and when he landed, there was no one to catch him; he crashed solidly to the ground.
After rolling two and a half times and stopping, the Japanese soldier looked up at Ye Zi with a cold gaze.
But the moment his eyes met Ye Zi's, his expression turned terrified.
Ye Zi, with a cigarette dangling from his lips, stared intently at the Japanese soldier, pondering how to kill him.
In the afternoon, everyone found a place to stay and conserve their energy. The program director, who had left at noon, finally returned and immediately called on the staff to prepare for the contestants to set off.
Then the young white woman went to complain.
Upon seeing that it was Ye Zi, the white man immediately led his staff over and said:
"You will need to be searched before you can participate in the following arrangements."
Ye Zi didn't waste any words and directly took off her shirt so he could search her, but naturally there was nothing there.
The white man turned to look at Tongtong, a wicked smile on his lips, and Ye Zi spoke threateningly:
"A body search is fine, but you'd better send a woman, and even if it's a woman, she can't be too rough, or she'll get a beating."
The white man's face stiffened, and he stared at Ye Zi with anger.
Ye Zi wasn't intimidated. She stuck out a finger and pointed it at the white man's chest, saying:
"If you want to play, I'll play along. Let's see who makes a fool of themselves."
Although the body search still happened to Tongtong, the female staff member was very polite. She simply touched around Tongtong's waist and symbolically patted Tongtong's trouser leg before finishing.
Then the contestants began packing up their survival tools.
More than a dozen off-road pickup trucks drove into the camp, each with a number on it, just like the ones on the balls when the lottery was drawn.
The white people immediately had the contestants find their corresponding vehicles, and these people would then take the contestants to the starting point.
Yezi and Tongtong sat in the back of the cart, with Yezi carrying her own cart in her hand.
That's right, it's carried, not pulled.
The off-road vehicle was very fast, and it was traveling in the wilderness. If you weren't careful, the cart could fall apart, so Yezi had to carry it.
The pickup truck drove for about an hour before finally stopping. Then, the people in the truck bed threw Ye Zi a tracker, told her how to use it, and drove away.
Ye Zi looked around and, finding no filming equipment, immediately took out two bottles of water, handing one to Tong Tong and filling the other into a water bottle.
After filling the water bottle, Ye Zi took out a handful of beef jerky and handed it over with a mischievous grin:
"This should be our first challenge. If we choose to build a shelter before dark, we will have to rest on an empty stomach. If we find food, we will have to sleep in the wilderness."
"Two cups of poison to choose from. While there's no filming equipment, let's quickly eat and drink our fill."
Tongtong took the beef jerky without hesitation, and asked while eating:
"Does this mean we no longer need to worry about food and water?"
Ye Zi smiled and nodded, then proceeded to flaunt the beef jerky.
After eating and drinking her fill, Yezi began to gather usable items from the surrounding area to build a shelter.
When no one arrived to film her, Ye Zi was starting a fire with flint.
After the fire was lit, Ye Zi used the collected branches to build a makeshift shelter on the cart.
The reason it was placed on the cart was mainly to keep out insects. After dark, everything was ready.
Ye Zi sat by the fire, constantly looking around.
Tongtong asked curiously:
What are you looking at?
"Let's see if any wild animals come by, and get some hides and meat to make the journey easier."
"What's the plan next?" Tongtong continued to ask.
“I plan to build the shelter on the vehicle, something like a carport, which will save some time in setting up the shelter each day. We can rest on the spot before dark, and you can sleep in the vehicle.”
"And what about you?"
"Just by the fire."
Tongtong said:
“We can take turns keeping watch. Although I don’t have much fighting ability, I can keep watch without any problem. When I keep watch, you can rest in the car.”
That way, I won't have to sleep on the floor.
Ye Zi smiled and said:
"I don't need to keep watch at night. Even when I'm asleep, I can hear the sounds around me. I'll wake up if an animal the size of a rabbit gets close to me."
"That's amazing?"
"Of course, I've practiced this for over 20 years living on the grasslands, and it's never caused any problems."
Tongtong nodded, and then said:
“We can’t let you sleep on the ground every day. If you catch a cold, we’ll be in big trouble. So we take turns sleeping in the tent in the car every other day.”
"No need for that. The main reason for having you sleep in the car is to prevent insects."
I don't need insect repellent.
Mosquito bites do not discriminate between men and women.
Ye Zi continued to explain:
Do you read novels?
"I watch it occasionally, but not often. Why are you asking this all of a sudden?"
"After killing many living beings, a person will naturally develop an aura that makes those who look at him unconsciously afraid."
Not only humans are afraid of them, but mosquitoes are too; these people are basically not worried about mosquito bites.
Are you one of them?
"That's right, I'm one of them too."
So I can sleep on the floor, but you can't; you have to sleep in a tent.
"What other plans are there?"
"The next plan is to hunt some animals to ensure food supply and obtain the hides we need, so that we can make the tents as soon as possible."
That way I won't have to sleep directly on the ground at night.
"I'll do whatever you say."
"Yeah, listen to me and you'll win. You'll definitely make money." Ye Zi joked, making a universally recognized hand gesture.
"It would be best to win, but it doesn't matter if we don't, as long as we're not the first to quit."
"Relax, there hasn't been anything on the entire Black Continent that can make me feel dangerous yet."
Except for guns, anyone who sees one will cower in fear.
