After listening silently, Hongli frowned. "This young master Wu has no ability to marry her, so why bother with him? He's already in the wrong for having an affair with someone else's fiancée, and yet he dares to hit someone? And he hit one of my people!"
Hongli immediately ordered Li Yu to report to the authorities and have Young Master Wu arrested, but Demin stopped him.
"Thank you for your concern, Fourth Master. Yesterday I intended to report this to the authorities, but Miss Zhao repeatedly begged me not to take this matter to the government office. I have already promised her that I will not pursue the matter further."

The gentle spring breeze awakened several crabapple trees in the courtyard. Every March, when the crabapple trees are in full bloom, Su Yushan likes to sit under the crabapple trees and read. After lunch, Hongli went to his study. Su Yushan called Changyue to her side and told her about the matter, asking her what she thought.
