Chapter One: Feigned Seriousness

"Princess, watch your words!" The palace maid supporting Qian Shengyan shouted sternly, "This is the Fourth Prince of the manor. The Prince and his wife have already investigated him thoroughly. Does Your Highness's statement imply any doubt about the Prince?"

Geng Gege seemed to still have some reservations, and didn't say anything more. She just walked over, shoved Qian Shengyan's shoulder hard, and left angrily.

Qian Shengyan quickly protected the child, turned around to look at Geng Gege, and frowned slightly.
