Chapter 53: Honey on the Mouth
It seems that Fu Lingyuan's affairs spread very quickly. What happened last night had already reached Shen Jinglan's ears this morning.
"I see. I've been staying away from the Fu family lately. Go get busy. I have to get ready for work too."

"I'm fine. My complexion is rosy. Don't worry. I told them that your law firm has an urgent matter and I'll be there in a few days."
Fu Yanci pinched her cheek and raised the corners of his lips slightly.
Shen Shuli pushed him away, feeling helpless, “Why don’t you go to the company yet?”
"Take a rest today. I'll stay at home with you. I have to make sure you take your medicine and get better soon."
Fu Yanci held her fingers with his backhand and played with them one by one.

Shen Shuli's little head only showed a crack, "Stop seducing me, go to work!"
Fu Yanci's chest rose and fell slightly, and the sigh seemed to seep out from between his bones.
"Then remember to take your medicine. I'll check on you when I get home from get off work."
"I know, go now!"
Shen Shuli urged.

Shen Shuli knew he was joking and joked along with him.
Fu Yanci propped up one leg on the bed and lifted her quilt, "Say it again if you dare!"
Shen Shuli really liked his jealous look. She wanted to laugh but kept holding it back.
"Come on, why are you so slow today? I need to rest!"
Fu Yanci was really helpless, so he kissed her little face, turned around, changed his clothes and went out.
He naturally knew that she would not date any muscular man. After all, he arranged so many bodyguards for her, and he knew exactly who she met at any time.
Shen Shuli waited for him to leave for a while, and then, according to the doctor's instructions, took out the portion of the medicine that should be taken and flushed it all down the toilet.

He has made an appointment with the police and is now going to the Chaoyang Law Firm to retrieve the surveillance footage.

Fu Yanci entered the law firm with a cold figure, and even the air seemed to be stagnant around him.
The director quickly greeted him in a flattering manner, "Mr. Fu, the officer is checking the surveillance footage from last night. What happened?"

"Lili was attacked at the law firm yesterday and almost died."

The director was so angry that he couldn't even breathe. He never imagined that someone would dare to commit a crime in the law firm!

Fu Yanci did not respond, but just stood in front of the surveillance monitor and watched the police retrieve the surveillance footage.
Just as Shen Shuli came out of the bathroom, Fu Lingyuan pinched her neck and pushed her against the wall.
