"stammer?"
The fat man stared at Mu Anxiang for a long time, then slowly placed the knife against his neck.
Mu Anxiang couldn't believe that he had been exposed so early on, so he simply gripped the dagger in his hand and decided to force his way in.

Mu Anxiang continued walking in, carefully observing his surroundings as he went. He needed to find Lanxi's location as soon as possible.

One of them imitated Mu Anxiang's stuttering accent and recited a classic line, which made everyone laugh so hard they almost fell over.
The leader chuckled a few times and then stopped, looking at Mu Anxiang and saying, "Alright, you can go in now."
Yes, yes, yes.
Mu Anxiang was shoved into the woodshed, and the door slammed shut with a click.

Lanxi huddled in a damp corner, trembling all over. Her hair was disheveled and hanging loosely to the side. Her face was pale and her eyes were red, as if she had just been crying.
Hearing the door open, she trembled violently. The moment her terrified eyes met Mu Anxiang's, Mu Anxiang felt as if his heart was breaking.
He had never seen Lanxi so vulnerable before.
"Please don't bully me. I have money, I have lots and lots of money. Please."
In her panic, Lanxi begged for mercy, her trembling voice filled with sobs.
Mu Anxiang bit his lower lip, his fists clenched tightly inside his sleeves, veins bulging.
He quickly walked a few steps and squatted down beside Lanxi, only to see her shrink into the corner, scream in surprise, and then burst into tears.
"Lanxi is me."
