Chapter 158: Win or Lose, No Matter Life or Death
Yin Fu stayed in the hospital for a few days and recovered quickly.
The system asked her, "Host, why don't you continue to be sick? Huo Wenye stays with you every night."
Yin Fu replied lazily, "Do you think his favorability has increased?"
The system checked Huo Wenye's favorability value, and it remained at 33%, unchanged.
The system was puzzled. [He has been so gentle and compassionate to you these past few days, sleeping in the ward every night to look after you, why hasn't his emotions fluctuated?]

After she finished washing up, the driver sent by Huo Wenye was waiting for her outside the ward and said respectfully, "Ms. Yin, Mr. Huo asked me to take you to dinner first and then to the boxing match."
Yin Fu nodded.
Huo Wenye is indeed more considerate now than before, and he arranged nourishing herbal food for her.
She finished her meal slowly. As night fell, it was the beginning of a wonderful time for this city.
The driver took her to a street full of lights and wine.
Luxury cars and ragged beggars shuttle through this area, giving it a psychedelic sense of class interweaving.
The car finally stopped in front of a bar covered in graffiti.
"Ms. Yin, please." The driver protected her carefully.
There are all kinds of people here, and Mr. Huo instructed us to protect Miss Yin at all costs.
Yin Fu followed the driver into the bar.
Deafening music hits me in the face.
The driver did not stop, but turned into a special passage and went down the stairs to the basement.
There is a different world on the bottom layer.
Yin Fu looked intently and saw a huge arena in the middle, surrounded by spectators who were shouting loudly -
"Hit him! Beat him to death!"
"Didn't you fucking eat? Try harder!"
In the ring, two muscular men were fighting fiercely. Their punches were vicious, and every blow seemed to take someone's life.
The audience around were all people who had placed bets. They were excited and shouting loudly, swearing.
Yin Fu listened to the sound of fists hitting flesh, which was both adrenaline-pumping and shocking.
"First time watching black boxing?"
Behind her, a man's deep and magnetic voice suddenly sounded.
Yin Fu turned her head and saw Huo Wenye's handsome and sharp face close at hand.
There was a lot of noise around them, so he leaned close to her ear and whispered, "Don't faint when you see blood later."
As soon as he finished speaking, a loud thud was heard on the ring, and a small group of people around him cheered excitedly, "Win! Win!"
Yin Fu looked back and saw the muscular man who was knocked down with bruises all over his face. He fell on his side, spitting out a mouthful of blood and gasping for breath miserably.
He could no longer get up, possibly because his internal organs were ruptured, so two men in black came on stage and carried him down.
"This is underground black boxing. There's only winning and losing, no matter life or death."
Huo Wenye whispered in Yin Fu's ear.
Yin Fu turned around and looked into his deep eyes. "Then why did you risk your life to do this?"
He is not short of money and is not a gambler, so why would he risk his life to fight an underground boxing match?
Just to vent?
It seems that there is more to it than that.
Yin Fu's curiosity was aroused.
