Chapter 13 The Old Bachelor



The old bachelor followed her hand and took off all his dirty clothes, even unbuttoning his pants. Pointing to the bruises on his body, he said, "Look, it hurts so much."

"Let me rub it for you." With that, Widow Lin placed her hand on it.

A tingling sensation spread throughout his body, and the old bachelor kissed Widow Lin's forehead, nose, and mouth: "Darling, thank you."

Widow Lin chuckled and raised her hand to stop her: "Oh, which little vixen did you learn this from?"

Upon hearing Jiang Jinxiu's voice, Yang Dongmei hurried over and looked her up and down.

"It's good that you're alright. Here, have a bowl of ginger soup to warm you up."

The first thing Yang Dongmei did upon returning was to cook ginger soup, worried that everyone would catch a cold from being caught in the rain.

After all, catching a cold in the middle of summer is a very unpleasant experience.
