I have launched a call for submissions with everyone before, and finally confirmed with the editor that the three cities are: Chongqing, Hangzhou, and Shanghai.

Hangzhou: August 26, 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, specific location yet to be determined
Shanghai: August 28, 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, specific location yet to be determined
