Chapter 149 Making Clothes
Bo Wei came out of the shower with her hair already dried.
Li He was leaning against the headboard playing on his phone when he saw her come over and sit on the edge of the bed. He threw down his phone and came close to her.
He held her in his arms, buried his face in the back of her neck, and gently sniffed and teased her.
She was using his usual toiletries, which smelled of him and were very fragrant.
His possessiveness was somewhat satisfied, and he kissed her hair, saying, "Your hair smells so good."
Bo Wei pictured the doll in her mind; it had long hair just like her own.
I don't know why, but I feel inexplicably annoyed and don't want to talk to him.
But he was physically weak; even his gentle breathing near her ear felt like a flirtation.
Li He brushed her long hair aside and kissed her fair nape.
Bo Wei's body trembled uncontrollably, and her breathing rhythm changed instantly.
He kissed her as he asked, "Would you prefer a Chinese or Western style wedding?"
Bo Wei tilted her head slightly, her expression somewhat lost. "Anything is fine, whatever you want."
Li He bit her earlobe, "You're so indifferent, it makes me feel like you don't even care about me."
Bo Wei murmured softly, her mouth a little dry, "No, I've never experienced the life of a wealthy family, my imagination is limited. If you want to hold a grand event, I really can't think of anything."
Li He chuckled softly in her ear, the laughter reaching deep into her body, incredibly sensual.
"If you've never seen it before, I'll let you see it for yourself. I'll make you the most beautiful bride."
He turned her around and took her lips into his mouth.
He reached forward and started unbuttoning her nightgown.
The room was enchanting.
The scent of indulgence permeated from the room into the bathroom.
Li He carried her back to bed.
Bo Wei's body felt weak. She raised her feeble hand and tugged at the pillow, only to touch a piece of fabric that was different from the bedding.
She propped herself up on her arms and flipped the pillow over.
Below is a neatly folded men's shirt.
"Yours?" she asked, her voice a little hoarse.
Li He had just put on his pajamas and was buttoning them up when he looked at me, raising an eyebrow.
He walked over, and the smile on his face puzzled Bo Wei.
"Put it here." He took the shirt and put it back under her pillow.
Bo Wei was puzzled. "Why not hang it in the walk-in closet?"
Li He: "We have a family tradition of sleeping with the clothes of the men in the family under the pillow for seven days. If you do this, you will be able to have your man completely under your control in the future."
Bo Wei looked suspicious.
Li He got into bed, turned off the light, and plunged the room into darkness. He then pushed her back onto the bed and said, "Go to sleep."
Despite being exhausted from his antics, Bo Wei lay down for a long time but couldn't fall asleep.
With my eyes open in the darkness, the strange look in Li He's eyes and the tenderness in them flashed through my mind.
She didn't know Li He very well, and all her feelings of attraction stemmed from his personal charm.
Her understanding of Li He came entirely from work hours. She knew nothing about what kind of person he was in private, what he had been through, or his past.
They didn't talk about these things, nor would they deliberately talk about them; love seemed to come out of nowhere.
Today's dolls didn't just sit there for no reason; they must have some meaning.
What is the significance of this?
If she thought about it carefully, she would feel uneasy.
Suddenly, I felt a sense of panic, as if I had stepped into thin air.
She turned over in his arms, lying on her side with her back to him.
Behind him, Li He opened his eyes.
Not used to it?
Or is she thinking about another man?
She seemed a little off that night.
It doesn't matter.
If she's not used to it, let her get used to it gradually.
If she thinks of other men, he will never allow it; he will do anything for her!
Bo Wei had her back to him and was almost asleep.
Inside the blankets, her pajama bottoms were pulled down again.
...
The alarm clock rang.
Bo Wei couldn't open her eyes no matter what she did; her soul had been awakened, but her body couldn't.
When Li He woke up, there was no trace of sleepiness in his eyes.
He reached for her phone and turned off the alarm.
The woman in front of me, as white as a magnolia, trembled slightly with her eyelashes, and fell into a deep sleep again after the alarm clock was turned off.
Li He chuckled softly, kissed her on the cheek, and then got out of bed.
When Bo Wei woke up, it was already noon.
The room was quiet; she was all alone.
She scrambled to her feet in a panic, feeling a mix of emotions—a sense of wanting to cry but unable to.
This is the Li family home.
Li He actually left her here alone.
I quickly picked up my phone, ready to call him.
The door was gently pushed open.
A man in a sharp suit walked in; he was handsome and had a stern, unsmiling demeanor that exuded an inexplicable air of authority and dominance.
In this respect, he perfectly inherited it from his father.
Bo Wei looked at him without saying a word.
When Li He saw her silently gazing at him, he frowned.
Approaching, she said coldly, "Can't you tell who your husband is? Looks like you still didn't get the feeling last night."
After saying that, he began to unbuckle his belt.
Bo Wei was so frightened that her mind went blank. She quickly got up and stopped him from unbuckling his belt.
"No more," she pleaded shyly, "I can't take it anymore."
She comforted him with her eyes and helped him fasten his belt again.
Li He's eyes were deep and unfathomable. He lowered his head and looked down at her hands as she fastened her belt.
He reached out and patted her head, saying, "Untie it the way it's fastened now, tonight."
Bo Wei: ...
She looked up at him pitifully and said, "Can I ask to rest for one night?"
Li He laughed comfortably, "You're really naive."
Bo Wei's face turned bright red, and she punched him, "Li He, how can you act like a hooligan?"
"What do you mean 'similar'? I am."
He pulled her into his arms, rubbed and kneaded her, and kissed her lips.
"Go wash up, I'll wait for you."
"You came back from the company?"
"Yes, I had a meeting and processed an important document, so I rushed back to pick you up."
Bo Wei pursed her lips, feeling both touched and annoyed with him. "What were you doing last night? Was it your last meal before your execution?"
Li He chuckled at her words, "You're young and energetic, of course you'll use your strength on your wife, aren't you happy about that?"
Bo Wei: ...
"I advise you to know what's good for you. Out of ten thousand men, you won't find one as capable as me. In other words, I am the most capable man you know, without a doubt. You can judge the value of that yourself."
Bo Wei was stunned for a moment, then burst out laughing, "Hahaha."
"Is it that funny?" President Li said, embarrassed and angry.
Bo Wei looked at him with a smile in her eyes, "I think you're kind of cute."
Li He's heart skipped a beat, his expression somewhat arrogant, "Good to know, then cherish it more."
Bo Wei couldn't help but laugh again, and said while holding back her laughter, "You should also take good care of your body. Frequent use will make your body break down quickly. After all, no matter how strong a man is, he will be fifty after he turns twenty-five."
Li He's face darkened. "What did you say?"
Bo Wei quickly rushed to the bathroom and closed the door.
After tidying up, she changed her clothes.
Knowing she would be staying overnight, she went home after get off work to pack a set of clothes to bring with her, so she had something to wear today.
