Chapter 33 Yuan Chunfeng's Tui Bei Tu

In the Dali Temple prison.

Hua Yuanzhao sat with his legs propped up against the cold wall, his eyes slanting on the withered yellow straw. He seemed to be able to vaguely see some living creatures crawling in the grass.

She scratched her head in annoyance, feeling annoyed by the series of events.

She originally thought that encountering medical troubles in her previous life was annoying enough, but when she came here, she realized that the troubles she encountered in her previous life were nothing compared to what she encountered now.

This place only cares about imperial power and not reason, and saving people became her fault!

Even her blood relatives would do anything to kill her, as if her death would bring peace to the world.

She was a doctor and had great merits in her previous life, so why did she end up with such a crappy script after her rebirth?

"Yuan Chunfeng, where is the Tui Bei Tu?"

The person asking the question spoke in a casual tone, as if it had become a habit and he was too lazy to put in any more effort.

Hua Yuanzhao was stunned for a moment and subconsciously looked in the direction where the sound came from.

Her cell was close to the torture chamber. Through the wooden bars, she could vaguely see a man hanging on the rack. The man's prison uniform was so tattered that it was impossible to tell its original shape.

The jailer held a bone-piercing whip in his hand and swung it down without waiting for a reply.

Yuan Chunfeng's shrill screams immediately resounded throughout the cell, making people shudder. Hua Yuanzhao shuddered violently and subconsciously stood up to stop it.

Only after taking a step do I think about the time and space I am in.

There's no such thing as no lynching in this place!

"Yuan Chunfeng, we have been dealing with each other for more than ten years. If you had spoken out earlier, wouldn't you have been freed sooner?" the jailer said impatiently, waving his hand and whipping him down again.

The whip mark was exactly the same as the previous one. The barbs on the whip hooked into the flesh, and as the jailer moved, it almost tore off a piece of Yuan Chunfeng's flesh.

After only five lashes, the wound had already split open, and the white bones underneath were faintly visible.

Yuan Chunfeng was almost fainted from the pain. The jailer withdrew his hands and winked at his men.

The man immediately poured the prepared cold water over him. Yuan Chunfeng choked on the water and struggled to look up at them.

"The second question." The leading jailer said, "Where is Tianshu Pavilion?"

"I don't know..." Yuan Chunfeng almost squeezed out these words from between his teeth. He closed his eyes tiredly, feeling drowsy and sleepy.

"I have no idea……"

"Tsk!" The leading jailer moved his wrist and searched up and down before he barely found a piece of good meat.

He swung the whip down, and screams immediately lingered in the prison.

After pouring cold water three times and there was no place on Yuan Chunfeng's body that could be whipped anymore, the leading jailer stopped, walked to the table, picked up the medicine bottle on the table, and poured out a pill of medicine.

"You are lucky today. You don't have to be beaten again." The jailer sneered and signaled his men to pry open his mouth and force the pill into it.

"This medicine was just delivered. Wow, it's said to amplify the pain in the body ten times, and the person in pain will go crazy and become a fool who says anything he is asked." The jailer said lightly.

Yuan Chunfeng, who had been looking at the jailer numbly, suddenly became excited. His wounds burst into blood and dripped, and the shackles on his body rattled.

"We have been together for more than ten years. I will give you a favor." The jailer said casually: "As long as you confess, I will give you the antidote. We can both save some energy. How about it?"

"I! Don't! Know!" Yuan Chunfeng tried his best to squeeze out a few words from between his teeth.

The leading jailer curled his lips and waved his hand to signal his men to throw the man back to the cell.

Hua Yuanzhao stood by the fence and watched the jailers throw the wounded man into the haystack in the cell next to his.

One of the jailers passed by and saw her standing stupidly by the door. He sneered and said, "Young lady from the Prime Minister's family, you'd better stay away. This lunatic will kill people when he gets mad!"

His companion had just locked the door. He glared at him after hearing this and muttered, "Why remind her? This lunatic has killed several prisoners next door!"

"The Third Prince placed her here just to push the blame on this lunatic after she dies," the jailer's companion whispered.

Hearing the jailer's footsteps receding, Hua Yuanzhao unconsciously turned his head to look at the man in the haystack next door.

The man was lying on the ground in the same position as when he was thrown in. His back was already covered in blood and pus was flowing under the rotten flesh.

This person, could he be dead? Hua Yuanzhao thought to herself, and she walked over tentatively and called out cautiously through the fence.

"Hello."

Unexpectedly, the man lying on the ground whose life or death was unknown suddenly jumped up, put his hands through the gap in the fence, and grabbed Hua Yuanzhao's neck.
