Chapter 436 is completely unreliable.

Chapter 436 is completely unreliable.

Shen Buyu saw through his teasing, snorted, and turned to leave.

Now, if she says anything more, he will lead her by the nose.

I'm not going to pay any attention to him.

Two hearty laughs came from behind her, and then she felt a lightness as Si Jingxu lifted her up from behind.

"Si Jingxu! Put me down, that's not what I meant!" She was really tired.

"Don't move," Si Jingxu pressed her down. "I know, I won't do that. I know you're tired. Just sleep tonight, okay?"

"Really?" Shen Buyu stopped struggling and looked at him with a mixture of belief and doubt.

“More real than real gold.” Si Jingxu stepped into the house.

He kept his word, returning to the bedroom to prepare a bath for her and fetching her a change of clothes.

He quietly closed the door and left without saying another word.

Shen Buyu raised an eyebrow; men are more likable when they're well-behaved.

She took a relaxing bath and sipped the warm brown sugar rice wine next to her, then contentedly closed her eyes for a moment.

Not having to think about work and having an obedient husband—this kind of life is simply wonderful.

She was soaking in the bathtub, her head resting on the headrest.

The comfortably warm water and the steamy vapor quickly made her drowsy.

When she woke up, Si Jingxu was gently placing her on the bed, wrapped up in his arms.

"Brother Jingxu?" she called out in a hoarse voice.

Upon hearing her voice, Si Jingxu began to nag, "You're such a worry, child. If I hadn't been watching the time outside, no one would have known you slipped into the bathtub. How dangerous!"

Shen Buyu blinked, still not quite coming to his senses.

I interrupted him when I heard him mutter: "I can't let you take a bath by yourself anymore. I'll sit next to you and watch you take a bath."

"I'm just too tired these past two days. I've never been like this before. Besides, if I slip into the water, I'll just choke and wake up. How could I drown?"

"Pah, pah, pah, you just got married and you're talking about dying?" Si Jingxu's face changed, and he became serious. "Sit up and spit on me."

Shen Buyu: … "Pah, pah, pah."

"Lie down and go to sleep." Si Jingxu sat on the edge of the bed, staring at her earnestly as she lay there. "You're married now, a grown woman. Be careful what you say from now on, don't say anything unlucky, you know? We're going to live a peaceful and healthy life together."

"Oh, I understand," Shen Buyu replied softly. "I won't talk nonsense anymore, Brother Jingxu."

"Good boy." Seeing her looking at him like that, Xiao Sijingxu suddenly became interested.

Si Jingxu's Adam's apple bobbed as he leaned down and kissed her forehead.

She reached out and turned off the bedside lamp. "You go to sleep first. I'm going to take a shower. Don't wait for me."

Okay, good night.

Goodnight, my wife.

Shen Buyu swore that she wanted to wait for Si Jingxu.

It was only the second day of their marriage, after all.

But after taking a bath, she felt even more tired, and her eyelids were drooping.

She held on for two minutes, but couldn't take it anymore and fell into a deep sleep.

In her sleep, she lay on the lush green lawn basking in the sun. The environment was beautiful, but the downside was that the sunlight was a bit too cold.

Later, a heater suddenly appeared next to it.

She warmed her hands by the heater, but that wasn't enough; she hugged the heater to her chest.

Feeling warm all over, she finally drifted off to sleep, completely satisfied.

This was a real hardship for Si Jingxu.

It's already quite an achievement for a man who has just tasted the sweetness of passion to resist touching her.

But she was restless, touching him and rubbing against him every now and then.

He was almost at his breaking point.

Several times he wanted to launch a counterattack, but when he saw the dark circles under her eyes, he held back.

Shen Buyu slept so soundly.

The next day, she opened her eyes and moved slightly.

"You're awake," Si Jingxu's voice came through the phone.

"Hmm," she stretched comfortably, then rolled over to Si Jingxu and wrapped her arms around his waist. "What time is it?"

"It's still early, ten minutes to midnight," Si Jingxu said. "Are you hungry? Should we get up and eat or go back to sleep?"

"Midnight?" Shen Buyu exclaimed in surprise. "I slept for more than ten hours?"

"Fifteen hours and forty-seven minutes," Si Jingxu said unhurriedly.

"Ah, then I have to get up." Shen Buyu said, getting up.

“Why are you getting up?” Si Jingxu pressed her hand down, preventing her from moving. “We have no in-laws, no jobs, and it’s just the two of us in the house. Why are you getting up? Lie down and do whatever makes you comfortable.”

After thinking about it for a moment, Chen Buyu realized that it made sense.

On the second day of the wedding, I could do whatever I wanted.

So she lay down again, enjoying the pleasant scent of Si Jingxu, and closed her eyes.

"The scent of your perfume has faded; it all smells like shower gel now," she said casually.

Si Jingxu said quietly, "Oh, really? Maybe it's because I took three showers last night."

"Why do you take so many baths?" Shen Buyu asked, puzzled.

Si Jingxu sneered, "I felt sorry for you and told you to rest well without touching you, but what did you do? While you were asleep, you groped me all over, hugging and touching me, kissing and biting me. As soon as I went over to touch you, you pushed me away because you thought it was too hot. After I calmed down, you complained that you were cold and moved over. What do you take me for?"

The person next to me spoke in a calm tone, but I could hear the sorrow and grievance in their voice.

Chen Buyu fell silent.

Could it be that the heater in my dream last night was him?

But she dared not speak; if she did, the young master would have even more to say.

She got up and sat down obediently to the side. "I'm sorry, Brother Jingxu. I've been sleeping alone for so many years, and it's a little strange to suddenly share a bed with someone. I'm sorry to have troubled you."

Si Jingxu hummed in agreement, waiting for the next part.

But nothing came of it.

He raised an eyebrow. "That's it?"

"Then tonight..." Shen Buyu looked at him cautiously, "I'll sleep in the second bedroom?"

Si Jingxu closed his eyes and took a deep breath.

There's absolutely no hope for them.

Enough, enough, this whole thing was pointless.

He should go downstairs and cook. What should we have for lunch today?

Eat some animal hearts, livers, spleens, lungs, and kidneys.

Because his wife is heartless, he wants to nourish her.

I'll also take this opportunity to nourish myself, so that I don't end up dying a few years earlier because of her.

When he opened his eyes again, he had already given up hope. He threw back the covers and got up, saying, "I'd better go cook for the young mistress."

It had barely moved.

A soft, gentle body pressed against my back.

The scent of her favorite peach-scented shower gel wafted over.

Then, in a soft voice, she said, "Honey, I've rested well. How about you? Are you tired? If you're not, shall we discuss what happened last night, the hot and cold thing?"

Si Jingxu's eyes lit up; he was really counting on it!

Before she could ask a second time, Si Jingxu immediately turned around, pinning her down, and slowly curled the corners of his lips into a smile. "Let's discuss going deeper first."

Although Shen Buyu was shy, she still smiled, reached out and put her arm around his neck, pulled him down, and shut him up after he had been complaining for so long.
