Chapter 82 Wen Shi’s Opinion

Han Qing returned to the palace. At this time, Wen Shi was asking Leng Yan what happened yesterday.

Leng Yan said calmly: "I made that formation myself."

Han Qing just happened to hear this when he came in. He asked, "Why did Yan'er set up the ambush array?" Leng Yan's tone remained unchanged, "I have an inner demon."

As soon as these words were spoken, the hall fell silent. Wen Shi looked at Leng Yan with a hint of anticipation and asked, "Why did Yan'er develop such a demon in her heart?"

Leng Yan remained silent and didn't answer. She couldn't say that she had a demon in her heart because of fear. If she said that, she would probably be laughed at by them.

Seeing Leng Yan, who had been silent for a long time, Wen Shi felt a little impatient, but he suppressed it. He looked at Leng Yan and said in his usual gentle tone: "Since Yan'er doesn't want to talk, then I won't ask."

At this time, the Taoist boy's respectful voice sounded outside the hall: "Your Majesty, the elders and leaders of other sects have arrived and are waiting for you in the hall."

After hearing this, Wen Shi said, "I understand. Please leave." The Taoist boy immediately said yes respectfully and left.

Wen Shi looked at Leng Yan and smiled gently, "Yan'er, I have something to go out for."

Leng Yan said calmly on the bed, "Disciple respectfully bids farewell to Master." Wen Shi reluctantly turned his gaze away from Leng Yan's face, then turned back to look at Qingyu and the other two with a cold expression. "You three, come with me."

As he spoke, he walked towards the palace door. Seeing this, Qingyu and the other two had no choice but to follow Wen Shi. Before leaving the palace, Qingyu turned around and glanced at Leng Yan, and found that Leng Yan had his head lowered, wondering what he was thinking.

After Wen Shi left the bedroom, he waved his hand and set up a barrier around the bedroom. Leng Yan noticed this and looked up at the door, just in time to meet Wen Shi's smiling eyes. Leng Yan looked away calmly.

Wen Shi was in an extremely happy mood at this time. He had wanted to lock Leng Yan in his bedroom so that no one could see her for a long time, but he had no reason and he didn't want to scare Leng Yan, so he had been restraining himself. Today, he finally realized it.

Wen Shi's happiness resulted in him plucking the petals from the flowers lining the path, leaving the ground covered with petals as they walked. The flowers and plants within the Qing Yuan Sect, nourished by spiritual energy, bloom year-round without fading.

Although Wen Shi has plucked out the petals of these flowers now, they will grow back tomorrow.

In Wen Shi's bedroom, Leng Yan released Jun Wu after Wen Shi and the others left. She took out a box of ointment for healing wounds and gave it to Jun Wu, asking him to deliver it to Qin Du.

After Jun Wu left, Leng Yan leaned against the jade pole at the head of the bed and took out an ancient book to read. The restriction outside could trap people but not spirit beasts, so in Jun Wu's view, it made no difference whether the restriction existed or not.

Jun Wu swam to Lengyan's courtyard and then to the window of the house where Qin Du lived. He used his tail to open a crack and swam in through the crack.

After entering, it saw Qin Du lying unconscious on the ground. It put the ointment aside, made its body bigger, bit Qin Du's collar and dragged him onto the bed.

After dragging him onto the bed, Jun Wu transformed back into his tiny form and used his tail to roll up Qin Du's trouser legs, exposing his bloody knees. Jun Wu dipped some ointment with his tail and applied it to Qin Du's knees.

Qin Du felt a cool sensation on his knee, and he unconsciously murmured "Senior Sister." When Jun Wu heard it, he paused and then continued to apply medicine on his knee.

When Jun Wushang was about to leave, he slapped Qin Du's face with his tail, thinking to himself, "Boy, you actually covet my master. I'll beat you to death."

Then he went back to find Leng Yan. When Leng Yan saw him come back, she put down the book and asked, "What happened?" Jun Wu shook his head to indicate that it was not good.

Seeing this, Leng Yan released the little rabbit as well. When the little rabbit came out and saw Leng Yan, it immediately said, "Sister, Rabbit missed you so much." Then it looked at Leng Yan's face and said, "Sister, you look prettier after not seeing you for a few days."

Leng Yan held it down to prevent it from rolling around in her arms and said, "Stop being naughty and follow Jun Wu to my junior brother." Then she took out a white bead and gave it to the little rabbit.

The little rabbit held it in its front paws and sniffed it, then said, "Wow, it smells so good." Leng Yan warned him, "Don't eat it, or I'll stew you today."

When the little rabbit heard this, it started to cry in Leng Yan's arms. Leng Yan ignored its fake crying and continued to instruct, "Remember to feed this bead to him."

After saying that, he picked up the little rabbit that was still pretending to cry and threw it out. The little rabbit stopped crying immediately after being thrown out of the bedroom, and then followed Jun Wu away skipping and jumping.

The two little ones went in through the window. The little rabbit took out the beads and fed them to Qin Du. The beads melted in his mouth. Seeing the wound on Qin Du's knee healing at a speed visible to the naked eye, the little rabbit opened Qin Du's mouth with some curiosity, but found that the beads were gone long ago.

The little rabbit closed Qin Du's mouth, then it pried open his eyelids and looked. Seeing that Qin Du didn't move, the little rabbit stopped. Then it saw Qin Du's clean robe and muttered to itself, "Wait, I'll leave a paw print and let him know who his savior is."

As he said that, he jumped out of bed and ran to the table to grind some ink, dipped one paw in the ink, and then jumped towards Qin Du with his other three legs. Finally, he left a black footprint on Qin Du's face, and wiped his paw clean on Qin Du's clothes on his chest.

Jun Wu just watched from the side without participating or stopping. After the little rabbit finished everything, he said to Jun Wu: "Stinky snake, let's go."

Jun Wu hissed, "Who are you calling a stinking snake, a dead rabbit?"

The little rabbit said, "I'm calling you, stinky snake."

The two children cursed as they left Qin Du's room. When they reached the door of Wen Shi's bedroom, they both shut up and quietly entered the hall.
