"Hey, what are you doing here?"
Lu Yuan brushed the little hand off his nose and asked in an annoyed tone.
Sanbao glanced at his father indifferently, then looked at his mother with a toothless smile and stretched out his arms, "Mom, hug me!"
Wen Moxue has never been able to resist her son. "Okay, Mommy will hug you."
As she spoke, she reached out to hug the child.
Lu Yuan couldn't bear to tire his wife out, so he grabbed Sanbao by the back of his collar and lifted the baby up.
Wen Mo patted him lightly and said reproachfully, "If you want to hold him, then hold him properly. It'll be uncomfortable to carry Sanbao like this."
Helpless, Lu Yuan could only hold his son tightly with one arm and hold his wife's hand with the other as they walked towards the place where Xiao Gao's valuables were stored.
This was the first time Sanbao had noticed that there were so many sandalwood boxes and two large vats in the space. Sure enough, the space was very large, and there were still many places he hadn't explored yet.
The main problem is that he enters the space very rarely; his parents often go into the space without him, even when they are away.
Sigh, my parents were true love; those three brothers were an accident.
"Brother Yuan, I've forgotten which boxes those ancient books and notes were in. How am I supposed to find them among these hundreds of boxes?" Wen Moxue was a little worried.
Lu Yuan put Sanbao down and said gently, "It's alright, wife. I'll go get you some fruit and snacks. You and Sanbao play over there while I look for them."
Wen Moxue smiled and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. "Honey, I'll go get the food myself. You can look for it here first. Go get two big yellow croakers from that big tank for Sanbao, and he can play by himself for half a day."
Lu Yuan smiled and said, "Okay, go ahead."
Sanbao frowned slightly, wanting to say that he didn't like playing with fish.
However, when his mother ran away happily, and his father reached into the large, waist-high vat and took out two large yellow croakers and a few small yellow croakers, placing them in front of him, his eyes lit up immediately. Wow, it smells so good!
It turns out this fish is not that fish!
Two small hands immediately grabbed two large yellow croakers, but seeing that there were still several small yellow croakers on the ground, they quickly put down the large yellow croakers and picked up the small yellow croakers first, putting them into their pockets before grabbing the large yellow croakers.
Then he stared intently at the two large vats.
Is this tank full of fish?
It's a pity he's not even as tall as the vat yet, so he can't see what's inside. Sigh, when will he grow up!
Lu Yuan ignored the little guy, gave him the yellow croaker, and then started opening the boxes one by one to look for ancient books. He also took the opportunity to organize and register all the valuables.
Upon opening the first box, one finds a box full of antiques.
The second bite was also an antique.
Lu Yuan changed the direction, opened it, and found gold; he opened it again, and it was still gold.
As soon as Sanbao looked up, he saw the glittering gold. His body reacted faster than his brain, and he had already crawled to the box containing the gold with his little bottom sticking out.
Lu Yuan wanted to close the lid of the box again, but Sanbao stopped him.
"Dad, Dad, don't cover me up, let's play!"
Lu Yuan chuckled, knowing that his son was about to be blinded by the gold bars again.
"Okay, you can play with it!"
As he spoke, he found a box containing jade jewelry but didn't close the lid.
"Sanbao, you can play with this too."
Sanbao turned his little head, and his golden eyes immediately turned green...
The little mouth was wide open, and crystal clear liquid flowed all over the ground.
Lu Yuan opened thirty or forty boxes and found the box containing ancient books and manuscripts; this pile was full of calligraphy and paintings.
Lu Yuan opened the lid of the box containing the books, intending to take them out and put them on a bookshelf for easy browsing.
Wen Moxue then pushed a shopping cart over, which was piled high with items.
"Honey, Sanbao, come over here and have some late-night snacks."
Lu Yuan walked over, but Sanbao remained unmoved.
The young couple ignored him; apart from the teething toys they got from the baby store, none of the other foods were for the three babies to eat.
Lu Yuan also moved a table and two chairs, had some late-night snacks and drinks with his wife, and then got back to work.
I brought over a few bookshelves and started organizing them while browsing through the books.
Wen Moxue also came over to help. Sanbao finally snapped out of his daze from the pile of gold and jewels. Seeing his parents engrossed in reading, he became interested as well. He grabbed two large yellow croakers and scrambled up to the bookshelf.
A glance at the books on the bookshelf, on the floor, and in the boxes caused his pupils to dizzy; they were all priceless ancient books.
It contains martial arts manuals such as "Wu Jing", "Quan Jing", "Nei Gong Si Jing", and "Bing Qi Ji Yao", as well as famous medical books such as "Huangdi Neijing", "Mai Jing", and "Qian Jin Fang".
There are also military treatises such as "The Art of War" and "Six Secret Teachings," as well as precious books on divination and mechanical arts, a wide variety of categories.
Sanbao looked at these books. Some of them he had read before, but most of them he had never seen or heard of.
He immediately dropped the large yellow croaker in his hand, grabbed a military treatise he had never read before, and began to read it.
Lu Yuan and Wen Moxue didn't think much of it, assuming he was just imitating them by looking at the books. They didn't consider what an eight or nine-month-old baby could understand, as long as he didn't tear up the books.
The little guy flipped through the pages much faster than the couple, so Lu Yuan and Wen Moxue didn't think he was reading; they just thought he was playing around with the pages.
Sanbao was so engrossed in his books that he blocked out everything around him. After finishing one book on military strategy, he picked up another martial arts manual. His big, round eyes grew brighter and brighter, and his little hands would occasionally gesture.
But when he realized that he was still a baby who couldn't even walk steadily, he immediately deflated.
If you can't even control your urination, how can you control this clumsy little body?
