Chapter 220 Jun Molin Descends from the Sky

Yun Qingran and Green Immortal removed Nangong Xu's upper body clothing, looked at his back, and exchanged a glance.

“Nangong Xu has no tattoos on his back, so he is not our Valley Master,” said Green Immortal, looking at Nangong Xu’s smooth and clean back.

"Are you sure your Valley Master has a Heavenly Demon Sect totem tattoo on his back?" Yun Qingran asked.

“Indeed, I saw it; everyone in the entire Demon Valley saw it,” Green Immortal replied.

Yun Qingran rubbed Nangong Xu's back. It was his back; nothing had been done to it. There really were no tattoos on his back.

"So, in that case, Nangong Xu is not your valley master."

"Hmm, probably not." Green Immortal nodded in agreement.

"ah……"

A scream came from the side. Yun Qingran immediately looked over and saw that a guard's arm had been bitten by a giant crocodile.

Yun Qingran quickly stood up, ran towards the guard, picked up the sword from the ground, twirled it, and with a swift stroke, severed the guard's arm. The giant crocodile, still clutching the guard's arm, retreated into the mud.

"Thank you, Princess Rongchang." The guard was in so much pain that his face turned pale, he was drenched in sweat, and he couldn't even speak.

If Yun Qingran hadn't decisively severed his arm, he would have been dragged into the swamp by the giant crocodile.

"Stand still, don't lie down." Yun Qingran said as she took out some wound medicine from her bag and poured it on his severed arm. Then she tore off a piece of her skirt to bandage the guard's arm and finally stuffed a few pills into his mouth.

"Thank you so much, Princess Rongchang, for saving my life." The guard thanked Yun Qingran again.

"Master, we can't hold on much longer!" Eagle Feather shouted.

Looking over, Yun Qingran saw that everyone was being forced to retreat step by step, and several giant crocodiles had half their bodies climbed up to them.

Everyone on the bamboo raft is in danger!

"You stinking crocodile, I'll fight you to the death!" Yun Qingran gripped her sword tightly, and was about to charge forward.

"Ranran." Just then, a voice rang out.

The deep, magnetic voice was like a babbling brook in the mountains. When Yun Qingran heard this voice, she felt as if an electric current was running through her body. Her heart was filled with boundless joy, and she immediately looked up in the direction from which the voice came.

In the shimmering darkness, Jun Molin arrived with several guards, stepping through the air. The darkness did not conceal his elegance; instead, it accentuated his noble and mysterious, alluring and exquisite appearance.

Yun Qingran pinched the Green Immortal who had followed her over.

"Ouch, that hurts!" Green Immortal winced and cried out in pain.

"It's not a dream, it's real!" Yun Qingran exclaimed with delight.

Green Immortal: ? ? ? ...

"Jun Molin, I'm here, I'm here!" Yun Qingran waved vigorously at Jun Molin. She laughed joyfully, her laughter like countless lotus blossoms blooming in an instant, a breathtaking sight.

When Jun Molin saw her, although she was covered in blood, she seemed to be alive and kicking, so she was probably not injured.

Her radiant smile and captivating beauty were the deepest longing in his heart. This cheerful and resilient woman, like a little sun, illuminated the heart of this cold and aloof man with her warmth.

Jun Molin landed steadily in front of Yun Qingran. "Ranran, are you alright?"

"I'm fine, Jun Molin, what brings you here?" Yun Qingran looked at him happily.

With Jun Mo Lin around, I don't have to die.

"I met my subordinate on the way, and he told me you had come to Southern Chu, so I brought my men here." Jun Molin put his arm around her shoulder and pulled her into his embrace. "I'm glad you're safe and sound."

"Yes, I'm safe and sound, Jun Molin, don't worry about me." Yun Qingran also put her arms around Jun Molin's waist.

His waist was very slim, and he could easily wrap his arms around it.

"Is that you, Master's wife?" Green Immortal approached, smiling at Jun Molin.

Jun Molin looked at Green Immortal as if he were a fool.

"He's not stupid. He's my apprentice, named Green Immortal. He's a wandering doctor, and he's very skilled at making medicine," Yun Qingran introduced to Jun Molin.

“Green Immortal, this is Jun Molin. You can call him the Northern Cold King.” After Yun Qingran finished speaking, she leaned closer to Green Immortal and whispered, “Don’t call him Master’s Wife.”

“Your Highness, the King of Northern Cold,” said Green Immortal, though he still felt that “Master’s Wife” sounded better.

Jun Molin nodded amicably to Green Immortal, meaning that Ranran was one of his people.

With the addition of the experts brought by Jun Molin, the giant crocodile was forced back into the swamp.

"Jun Molin, how did you get in?" Yun Qingran asked Jun Molin.

It couldn't have flown in; this place is more than ten miles from the shore. No matter how powerful one's martial arts are, it's impossible to fly that far continuously.

"We came by light boat." Jun Molin looked at the situation on the boat and saw Nangong Xu lying on the ground, his life hanging in the balance. His brows furrowed immediately. "Is he dead?"

"Almost." Yun Qingran gestured with her finger.

"That's a real pity. It's true what they say, a scourge lives on for a thousand years," Jun Molin said regretfully.

Yun Qingran: ...

"Your Highness, the King of Northern Cold, please save our Prince Xu!" The head guard ran over and knelt on one knee in front of Jun Molin.

"What makes you think I would save him?" Jun Molin looked down at the head of the guards, his cold and domineering aura returning.

“Your Highness, although you and our Prince Xu are evenly matched and have clashed several times on the battlefield, that’s what happens on the battlefield. Off the battlefield, you should be rivals who respect each other. So you will definitely save our Prince Xu,” the guard leader said.

"You're being too clever for your own good." Jun Molin sneered, mocking, "Do you think that by flattering me with the compliment of mutual respect between an opponent and a rival, I will save Nangong Xu?"

The guard leader grew anxious. He saw Yun Qingran standing to the side, gritted his teeth, and said, "Even if Your Highness, the Prince of Beihan, shows no mercy to your opponent, you should at least know how to repay kindness. Our prince was seriously injured because he shielded Princess Rongchang from the giant crocodile's attack."

Upon hearing this, Jun Molin felt a surge of jealousy, but he still asked Yun Qingran gently, "Ranran, is what he said true?"

"Mm." Yun Qingran nodded awkwardly.

Jun Molin looked at Nangong Xu lying on the ground and really wanted to fly up and kick him to death. Nangong Xu seemed gentle, but he was actually cold-blooded and ruthless. He actually shielded Ranran from the giant crocodile's attack. Even a chicken in his foot could tell that he definitely had ulterior motives towards Ranran.

This shameless bastard, doesn't he know Ranran is his woman? Why doesn't the giant crocodile kill him?

Jun Molin maintained a calm expression, but inwardly, a small volcano was already erupting.

"Ranran, do you think I should save him?" Jun Molin looked at Yun Qingran tenderly.

"Save them if you want, don't save them if you don't want to," Yun Qingran said gently.

Nangong Xu and Jun Molin are enemies. Although Nangong Xu saved him twice, it was his own business and he couldn't pass on his gratitude to Jun Molin.
