Wei Guihua said such a thing because Xie Hongchao and Tian Fang had already told her about Xie Zhizhi's background.
But Xie Zhizhi didn't know that; she thought she was talking about Tian Fang.

Tian Fang told Xie Hongchao about Xie Zhizhi's background and explained the implications to her.

Xie Zhizhi looked at her with admiration, "I will definitely follow in your footsteps, sister-in-law!"
Wei Guihua was so angry that her face contorted as she listened to the two of them singing in unison, but she could only endure it and dared not say another harsh word.
Because he was afraid Zhou Lin would charge him rent and interest.
