Chapter 38: A Short Separation Makes You Happy

It was already evening, and Solans didn't want to disturb Saint Anlan's rest. He had just returned from a busy day and suddenly learned that the princess had transferred her spiritual power to someone today. He was a little worried and wanted to come and see what was going on.

I sent a greeting, but it was quiet inside.

Solans calmed down and asked again: "Princess?"

When she woke up, Saint Anlan did not expect Solans to visit her late at night, nor did she expect someone to climb into her bed so late at night.

The former was quite polite and knocked on the door to ask.

The latter sneaked into her room without even saying hello.

She glared at the bold man in front of her with some annoyance, but the instigator seemed to be completely unaware. He hooked her hair scattered on her shoulders and played with it in his hands, his eyes slightly raised, full of affection.

The lights in the room were not turned off, and a small night light was on to make it easier for her to get up at night.

The dim light shone on each other's face, highlighting the other's high nose bridge and affectionate eyes. Such a mean behavior did not look obscene at all at night, but instead gave rise to some ambiguity.

Sheng Anlan was in no mood to watch the somewhat erotic scene in front of her. Seeing that the person next to her was not honest, she slapped his hand away and signaled him with her eyes not to make a sound.

It was late at night, and Saint Anlan wanted to pretend to be asleep and pretend that he didn't hear Solans knocking on the door.

But if you think about it carefully, Solans is not such a reckless person.

I guess he saw that the light in her room was still on, so he came to knock on her door.

Fearing that he really had something to ask her, Saint Anlan raised his voice and asked, "What's the matter?"

Solans heard no movement inside and thought the other party didn't hear it.

Unexpectedly, a gentle voice came out from inside.

He frowned immediately and said, "I heard that the princess is feeling unwell, so Lance came to ask about it."

How did he know that she was feeling unwell? Saint Anlan was puzzled for a moment, but she soon figured it out. Perhaps the servants had told her.

When she came back from the street, she felt a little weak and not in a good mood. The servants who followed her could easily see the color of her face.

She calmed down and responded, "I'm fine."

Solans heard that she was indeed fine, so he did not insist on going in. After all, the other party had already gone to bed to rest.

He withdrew his hand and said gently, "Since the princess is fine, Lance will take his leave. Princess, have a good rest."

Having said that, he turned and left.

Saint Anlan breathed a sigh of relief when he heard the sound of footsteps moving.

Before she could deal with the person beside the bed, the other person's hand suddenly reached into her neck, slowly moved down, and his fingers were about to sink into her clothes.

Saint Anlan wore a V-neck nightgown when she slept, and if someone put their hand in it at this moment, it would be equivalent to putting their hand inside her clothes.

A warm and numb feeling spread to her body, and Sheng Anlan instantly raised his hands and pushed the person away from him.

The other party obviously didn't expect that she would reject him. He raised his hand with great force. He was leaning on her. With this movement, his whole body was instantly thrown to the side, hitting the side of the bed, making a crisp sound.

When Solans heard the loud noise, he suddenly changed direction and returned to the door. "Princess, what happened?"

The other person was quite heavy, and when Sheng Anlan threw him out, he used a lot of strength in his hands, which immediately caused pain.

Enduring the pain, I was about to scold the person who climbed onto the bed, but suddenly there was another noise outside the door.

Because of the pain, she was slow to respond. When she cleared her throat and was about to reply that everything was fine.

Suddenly, the door moved.

In a flash, Saint Anlan immediately lifted the quilt and covered the body of the person standing next to him, covering him tightly.

He then stuck his head out, facing the door, with his back to the person behind him, trying to hide himself more tightly.

In order to make it easier for servants to take care of her and to prevent her from being unable to get timely help when something else happens, the princess's bedroom door is usually not locked.

So Solance pushed the door open easily.

The person inside didn't respond for a long time and the voice was loud. Solans was worried that something was wrong, so he pushed the door open and walked in.

When Saint Anlan saw the person who suddenly broke in, he was a little surprised and asked, "Why are you back again?"

Solans glanced at the person on the bed and said in a calm tone: "I heard a loud noise and came to see if something happened to the princess. Princess, are you okay?"

"I......"

Just as Sheng Anlan was about to speak, she suddenly felt a tightness around her waist. A pair of hands came from behind and rubbed her body in a dishonest manner.

Fortunately, he was under the quilt, otherwise Sheng Anlan felt that he would be dead at this moment.

But even with the quilt covering her, she still didn't feel comfortable. The hands on her waist were very dishonest and made her skin itchy.

She gritted her teeth to prevent herself from losing composure.

There was someone in front of him looking at him, and Sheng Anlan felt like he could even go and act.

She used her other hand to tightly pinch the other person's moving hand. After seeing that the other person's hand stopped, she said, "It's nothing. I accidentally hit the bedpost when I turned over just now."

Solans glanced at the bed, then turned his gaze to the person on the bed. After seeing that there was indeed nothing wrong with her, he withdrew his gaze.

"Then Lance will not disturb the princess's rest."

Sheng Anlan nodded with difficulty, and said with a forced smile: "You should also go to bed early."

This time, Saint Anlan made sure that Solans had gone far away before turning around and pulling out the person behind him.
