Chapter 21 This family can't live without you
The air fell silent for a couple of moments.
Lu Liufeng pursed his lips, his amber eyes filled with even more guilt.
"The female master..."
He was about to speak when Jiang Xi quickly interrupted him.
"Here's what we'll do: you put the charcoal in the stone pot and take it to my room."
She was afraid that he would say something strange again.
"It will be much warmer at night if there is charcoal fire."
The wooden house was drafty, so Jiang Xi didn't have to worry about carbon monoxide poisoning.
The purpose of coming to the fire room is to keep the embers burning in the hearth.
Lu Liufeng hesitated.
Jiang Xi pressed her advantage.
"Look, isn't the kitchen warm because of the charcoal fire?"

The man easily picked up the stone basin and headed towards the back of the courtyard.

Mu Ling chewed on the meat, his sharp wolf eyes flashing with dissatisfaction, but he did not back down.
"Who does he think he is, acting so high and mighty all the time? We've all been exiled to the Cursed Land, who's superior to whom? If he's really capable, he should find a female who can find him the Golden Soul Fruit!"
Seeing that the atmosphere was not right, Jiang Xi quickly changed the subject.
"How about we make some potato noodles? They're easy to store this time of year."
Upon hearing about food, Mu Ling turned around sharply, her cold, wolf-like eyes instantly becoming clear.
What is potato starch?
Jiang Xi: "..."
Lu Liufeng was speechless.
Jiang Xi: "Potato flour can be used as breakfast."
Mu Ling didn't understand, but he understood that it was delicious.
